Hell: A Cyberpunk Thriller (1994 Video Game)
7/10
Good use of talented actors in an imaginative game.
7 August 2000
Okay, so I bought it so I could see Stephanie Seymour bouncing around on my video monitor. But the surprise is that Dennis Hopper and Geoffrey Holder are great in it also, and it is a game that literally keeps you up all night, just to see where you'll end up next. For 1995, the graphics were amazing, although by today's standards it's a little slow. Hopper as Mr. Beautiful, a demon, is as sinister and ruthless as you'd expect, and yes, Seymour as Cynna Stone is gorgeous and can actually act a little.

The year is 2095, the government controls the gates of Hell and has declared you a fugitive for sins against the state. You must unlock the secrets of the underworld to prove your innocence as you battle demons amid a cyberworld of deceit and evil.

Beyond imagination, to the pits of man's fears, lies a new breed of evil. Prepare for the horror... of Hell.

True Colors (1991)
Lies. Deceit. Betrayal. It's what I felt about renting this movie.
6 November 1998
John Cusack is one of my favorite actors of all time, and James Spader has some talent as well, but this movie, from the "shoot-me-in-the-head-before-I-vomit-my-brains-out" opening theme, through the first half hour (which was all I could stand, and I sat through "Hunk" when it came out in the theater), was one huuuuuuge disappointment.
