Great to see this again after so long
29 April 2012
I just saw this again. I can't remember exactly when I saw it first, must be 45 years ago. This movie is just plain silly fun. I thought I might be disappointed, it being so long since I saw it last I figured childhood memories would be mystical and bright, and I was partially correct. I remember thoroughly enjoying this, and tonight I laughed again. My wife saw it for the first time and loved it also. Don't expect an intense or intricate plot. If you like silly, fun family movies, then watch this. My 3 year old watched it with us. I hope to eventually see the others. This is a classic I am glad I saw again. IMDb wants more lines, what more can I say? A hilarious fun flick the whole family will enjoy.

Good Flick for all to enjoy
8 April 2006
I'm sure this film will get under rated. I wish it had come out when I was in my teens. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Giggly teen romance, slapstick comedy, just plain good humour, even people with super powers. Don't expect Superman or Ultra Man though. Even though I don't understand Cantonese, it has subtitles that do not get in the way. It is a lot like a Disney movie, just plain enjoyable to watch regardless of your age or gender. I was surprised to find that the main star is a canto pop star also. Isabella Leung. I'll have to look into that. The translation does leave a bit to be desired whenever they are talking about romance. I may be wrong, but I am sure given the context of the moment they had meant to say "Moon is in love", but the translation was "She is in heat". Totally different meaning in English and I have no idea what the meaning is in Cantonese
