I love it!
10 May 1999
This is one of my favorite comedies. As a writer I can identify with the characters and plus how can you not get a kick out of "Momma". This movie is great!

2nd Only to "Rocky Horror"
10 May 1999
This is my favorite cult hit next to "Rocky Horror". The sound the tomatoes make as they attack is priceless. I laugh every time I see this movie. Anyone who likes camp value will LOVE "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes"!

Loved it!

I've watched this movie 6 times now...I think it's hilarious! It's cheesy, for sure, but John Leguizamo steals all the scenes and when he's not on screen Mindy Clarke, my favorite cute red-head is!

Wow...

I just finished watching this movie for the fifth time, and you know what? The ending still blows me away. This is THE best suspense film I have ever seen. It may be somewhat slow at times, but man does the end ever make it worthwhile.

It's Campy and it's Good!

I love this movie. I nearly wet myself laughing it was so hysterical. I wish they had made more than 3 of these films, because each one just keeps getting campier and funnier.

Disturbing
30 April 1999
This was a documentary and not a movie, but it was a damn good documentary. It really makes you think about Western Civilization and the problems of America. It was just sick, but also it was true.

Just freakin' scary
18 April 1999
I'm going to admit that I didn't sleep very well for about 2 weeks after first watching this movie. I love Stephen King and am used to the macabre, the dark and the disturbing but for some reason this one really got to me. Not for the faint of heart...

What the hell was this, horror movie or soft-core porno flick? Bobbie Bresee was naked more often than not and either seducing or humping different men. The "demon" make-up was the worst I've ever seen and the acting was just pathetic. This movie should pride itself on being one of the worst films out there.

Shocking that this is a sequel to RHPS
24 March 1999
I felt like crying throughout this whole film. O'Brien doesn't have the cool accent of Riff Raff, Quinn is sans the sexy French maid outfit and Little Nell was distinguishable only by her voice. How on earth could they consider this a sequel to one of the greatest movies of all time? Couldn't they have tried to get someone to look like Sarandon? The music isn't even a quarter as good as that of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. This is a pathetic excuse for a sequel ever, well, a pathetic excuse for a musical...okay a pathetic excuse for anything.

What's that on your neck?
24 March 1999
Well, for the most part, this movie stunk. It was so bad it was funny, although I must admit that the little manitou guy was kind of freaking me out with his mismatched eyes and evil smile. The ending is so cheesy that is makes the flick worthwhile.

Here come the Men In Black...
23 March 1999
Finally, a semi-accurate portrayal of the infamous Men In Black, although I doubt the real MIB agents are alien/human hybrids. Okay, so the plot line was thin and sounded like an x-file, but lets give the writers credit for doing some research in Ufology. Hard core conspiracy buffs and those looking for alternatives to the "Will Smith" and "Tommy Lee Jones" MIB only.

Somewhere Beyond The Sea
15 March 1999
Hey! The Gemini Killer was Brad Dourif, from the X-Files episode "Beyond the Sea", playing practically the same character! I guess the X-Files writers were watching this movie too...anyways, besides Dourif's creepy performance, this movie was pretty lame. "The Exorcist" didn't need a sequel, let alone a threequel!

Monkey Business

I personally found this movie kind of slow and the only disturbing aspect of the film was the experimentation on helpless animals. Predictable and with a sappy, happy outcome.

Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!

I love this movie! It's got everything, a whiny goth girl, ghosts, and a bio-exorcist. You can't help but laugh.

Beautiful
15 March 1999
This is the best comedy ever made. Entertaining from beginning to end. Hilarious but touching. A real-life kind of story with humorous mishaps! My father and I must have watched this movie about 100 times and it's still funny.

Giger did designs for this?
15 March 1999
This was just plain boring. The worm creature at the end was just laughable, which leads me to wonder how well they studied Mister Giger's original designs...Full of cliches and predictability. Definitely does not do the original movie justice.

A great werewolf movie
15 March 1999
There are not a lot of movies out there that sympathize with the werewolves, but this one does. The atmosphere is creepy, the characters mysterious and the plot-line more than half decent, which is one of the reasons why I have trouble believing Whitley Strieber wrote the original novel this movie was based on!

Best Les Miserables movie
11 March 1999
A fairly decent adaptation of my favourite novel. A lot of the plot line had to be cut out as the book was some 2000 pages long, but there was enough of the original story. Uma Therman was a surprisingly good Fantine. Accurate portrayal of Hugo's characters. The best Les Miserables movie of the many versions out there.

Why do I waste my money?
11 March 1999
I've seen some bad horror flicks in my time, but this is the absolute worst, with the possible exception of "Berserker". It was so boring I turned it off mid-way. It had no plotline, no good special effects and it was rated PG13 anyways, so how much gore could there possibly be room for. The worst werewolf movie out there.

When will you people learn alien/human hybrids are a bad idea?
11 March 1999
Okay. Sil was amazing, courtesy of H.R. Giger's designing, other than that this movie reminded me of a bad X-files episode. Not very original but there was lots of blood, nudity and gore to substitute for the lack of a plot-line.

France to Germany?
11 March 1999
Ummm, please forgive me, but weren't more than half the characters missing? In the original novel, Valjean is a man imprisoned for 19 years for stealing a loaf of bread and then attempting several times to escape. He breaks parole and is pursued relentlessly by the police inspector Javert. Along the way there are MANY characters that weren't in this version. Some worth mentioning would be Fantine, Cosette, M & Mme. Thenardier, Eponine, Marius, Gavroche, and Enjolras. The only character with the same name is Javert. I was confused and frustrated throughout the whole movie, trying to see how it was in any way connected to Victor Hugo's epic novel.

Sympathy for the devil
11 March 1999
The thing about this movie was that I felt sorry for Candyman and found myself frequently shouting "kill 'em! kill 'em!" during the course of watching it. The sad, melodramatic tale of Candyman kind of makes you want to see him kill his victims, the descendants of those who had first murdered him.

Not a bad adaptation...
11 March 1999
Not a bad version of Poe's short story. There seemed to be some lesbian overtones I didn't catch in the book, but that's okay. Beautiful women and a fairly spooky plot. I liked it.

More Funny than Freaky
11 March 1999
This movie was, if you excuse the expression, a scream! I was doubled over laughing in some scenes. Black comedy and a bit of horror, the perfect combination! People who liked the first movie will love the second!

Downright freaky!
11 March 1999
If you like disturbing thoughts and imagery, go rent this flick. Not a heck of a lot bothers me, but this movie gave me the creeps! Weird, far-out and full of blood and gore.
