Edien (2019)
Sad but True
This topic can deeply touch many of us in a sad but sometimes a truly necessary way. This flic allows us to see how a whole family can be affected, and in this case see the light side of things. Enjoy!
Yesterday's Everglades (1996)
Loved seeing the "way it was."
ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN PRESERVING SOME SOUTHERNLY-MOST HABITAT(S) OR AT LEAST KNOWING MORE ABOUT IT:
I feel "Yesterday's Everglades" represents, through a wonderful reenactment, the "way it was."
Even Floridians probably are unaware of the tremendous hardships back in that era and area as well. For those people it was, as Totch put it, a way of life. And such a way of life it was. Everyone should experience it, if not for real, than through Totch's eyes, and this documentary allows such an experience. I understand it is required viewing for all 4th grade Florida public school students. Wonderful! I think it's a must see for all.
Not only should one be made aware of the Everglades' history but be attuned to its current state of affairs, and that could be a rude awakening for many, as the Everglades are in danger of becoming extinct?
Viewer beware.
Sincerely, an Everglade (and Totch Brown) fan of the upmost highest
Edge's Gig (2000)
This has happened to us all at one time or another.
Edge makes you feel like you've been there, and unfortunately done that - rather it's been done to you/us!!!
His frustrations come out clear as day. You have pity for him too. You want to slam the agent, but yet sometimes he's all we've got.
Edge has done what we all want to.
Great sentiments!!
Making Waves (1998)
Appropriate title for a neat family flic. Loved it!
I liked seeing this great film for the family. I never knew much about the water sport as is portrayed in this film, but now I do! Cute ideas throughout and areas that kept you guessing; I like that. Great job!
