The Magical World of Disney: Meet the Munceys (1988)
Season 32, Episode 23
5/10
Would Love To see The Muncey's Again
11 August 2008
Warning: Spoilers
I'm Really surprised this film Meet the Munceys, isn't out any format of any kind. it's quite fun cute family film that aired on the Wonderful World of Disney/Disney Sunday night movie. Spoiler Ahead: The story is about a humble nice girl living in LA, working as a servant to a very wealthy and kind woman. she plays games with her and gets her things as part of job or not depending on the situation. she's fine about her place in serving her employer, only one day is surprising her employer has passed away. during the reading of the will, she finds out she has inherited quite big fortune and the estate also and is shocked to say the least, the other servants are less than thrilled by what they get for their years of service. but when the family get there culture clash as city meets country mid west quite funny and heartwarming . there's a cameo from Vanna white

Gary Coleman Show,What A Wholesome Classic.
3 September 2007
I can't believe the stuff i'm reading about this great wholesome cartoon, sure it's a little cheesy but it a lot better then the crap that out now in my opinion. i actually looked forward to every Saturday morning to see this one along with the cartoons that were on at the time in the 80's i would love to see this series out on DVD, so i could show my sister's kids . the lessons that were learned throughout the show are priceless. sorry this is no devil show i think people that are cynical shouldn't put down a kids cartoons. they should leave them alone, people are always complaining about getting wholesome entertainment, for well me you can't get any better than this Gary Coleman Show and his classic films from the 70's and 80's.

Peace To All.

Flash Gordon (2007–2008)

Modern Flash doesn't cut it.
11 August 2007
Warning: Spoilers
i was excited for flash Gordon to becoming to the small screen so i tivoed it, well it was half and half, half good half bad the good being the actors are good the bad is that they made the story too modern so it not as believable as the cartoon series and the cheesy1980 film. (Spoiler Ahead) good special effects and MIG was not ugly and scary enough he's quite laughable to tell you the truth he looks GQ model in spandex and not as cool as the actor that played MIG in 1980 film in truth it looked like a carbon copy of battle star the 2005 version i could'nt stand watching that version either. i guess i'm an old schooler if it's not broken why i fix it? Hollywood loves to wreck old shows by turning them into something worse ugh. i think i'll stick with the old cartoon series and 1980 film.
