Robbie wants to be buff for a girl dino, but he has trouble getting there so he munches something that represents steroids and gets buff. This is a preachy episode but Robbie turns into a delicious green reptillian beefcake so it's fun to watch. Things don't end so well because Robbie turns into a bit of a jerk and takes out his steroidal aggression on friends and family. Things are resolved well enough as far as Spike is concerned because he gets to raid the Sinclairs' refrigerator. Again.
All in all, it's not the best episode of the series but it gets a good rating from me because Robbie is fun to ogle in all his muscular glory. It's a good episode if you're into buff green reptillian dinosaur guys and also if you think you'd like to see a musclebound Robbie try to take Spike on. He doesn't do so well because he was never a fighter. Alas he had the muscle but not the moves.
