The Empire (2021– )

Awsome series

Don't let negative reviews spoil it for you before or while watching it. The series is worth watching and praising but you will get this point only if (a) you are not expecting history atleast not pure history and (b) you don't have any comparison with some other show like GOT or any turkish show everyone is talking about .

Most of the people who are reviewing it negative haven't even watched the series i can assure you, they are just brainwashed and blinded by hatred . Worst is they think they know each and everything yet Don't understand the concept of historical fiction.

Watch it as a show and not a history class for god's sake. Its a great experience of cinematography and engaging story .

Yeah it has its low points but if makers would improve it for latee seasons the series have a great potential.

Wounded Love (2016–2018)

I am in love with show's dialogues , monologues

I have no words to express my actual feelings for this show . This series is a gem .

The characterization , character complexities , different aspects of people , representation of situations , family values , love , respect all are so beautifully shown in this that i can't get enough of this . Now this was about the drama lets move to the history . Show is based on independence war of turkey and how makers showed history with drama is just out of this world . If you have watched indian shows or even indian web series based on our history you would know that even after we have a rich history and many historical stories , our show and series makers never do justice with them , with our wars , struggles for independence and so on . You hardly get any inspiration from Those shows but this gem of a show will make you realise all those struggles .

Acting in this series is top notch literally you will cry because of dialogue delievery and face expression solely . And yeah how can i forget the dialogues , the writing of the show not only how the story progress but also the dialogues and monologues itself are so inspiring ,thought provoking and full of feelings.

Unfortunately its not like there are no negative points . There are some e.g. Some end plans of cevdat seems quite unrealistic and most of the times hilal's character is completely one dimensional , dragging of dagstani's theme way to long and bad handling of character of ali kemal, also the whole divorce - marriage thing is quite weird and not at all as i have heard about Muslim laws and rules , biggest minus point is its 2hr duration of one episode . But even after all this i can't bring myself to not give this series a perfect score because this series is again i am saying a gem , infact a hidden gem . This show should be there on netflix for all to know , its not fair that it is not world famous and many people are losing the chance to experience this beautiful potrayal . I have watched many world famous series , shows , web series but i can say i haven't watch a show this beautiful . Please watch this once ir you are missing something very beautiful .

The Witcher (2019– )

Overrated

Ok so i started to watch this show because i wanted to watch something fantasy after GOT and i read in many articles that this show is either like GOT in quality or better that that . So yeah i watched it and i am dissapoint in it , this show is simply overrated , acting is cheesy at many places and even special effects seems very artificial sometimes . Story is good but confusing because makers didn't feel any need to mention year when there are 3 stories are going on , i can get the point when my confusion took me to Wikipedia to understand its episodes , some episodes are out of this world but mostly boring . I don't know why it consider better or like GOT because that show has a quality which Witcher don't possess for even a second . Even story is not superb its just ok . Yeah but music , costumes are literally good . Best thing i like its use of female cast in show , they won't seem forced and they won't seem wasted , females are important part of a series and this series has proved it for this i like it atleast but this is only one time watch , lets see what next season will bring with it , hope for good .

Medici (2016–2019)

Amaaaaaaaazing

After GOT i thought i would never find a period show even half good as GOT in politics but Medici series proved me wrong . This show , this series is amazing in any manner .

Season 1 - 9/10 This season was near perfect in all manner , acting , script , characters everything. Yeah in the end there were many things that doesn't make sense so not 10 but it was near perfect and will keep you hook to the series .

Season 2 - 8/10 Now this scene was a downfall for series, contrary to previous one this was quite melodramatic in start but as it proceed it was a beautiful screen presentation of love , betrayal and politics . Simonetta and Giuliano are love . And clarice and lorenzo are example of arrange marriage.

Season 3 - 8.9/10 This season was amazing and full of twists and turns ,it shows dark side of medicis and also has a brilliant political presence on screen but many incidents seem same like season 1 , in the end this season will keep you hook again .

The bottom line is i don't know about medici history so can't say whether it is historically accurate or not and its not fiction so i am not comparing it with GOT either but this show won't dissapoint you if you simply want to watch something related to politics , love , betrayals and mind games with amazing characters, music and script .

Give it a chance and enjoy it . 🙂

The Forgotten Army - Azaadi ke liye (2020)

If nothing else it shows how thankless independent India is towards those who are responsible for its independence

Ok well be honest its not as bad as many reviews are saying , its quite good but typical not exceptional. I would say this web series is a wasted opportunity. Good points are it is telling about something we don't knew yet , it show how thankless their contribution was who gave their life for our country . This thing is completely illogical that these army men and women considered traitors by independent india when the one they fought for making india independent. It shows how much loyalty India sorry "independent" india hold for those britishers who tortured us for 200 years . Along with this it shows how much empowered Netaji wanted to make women and knew about their value when even today people think army is not for women . It also shows how much relevent these army men and women's story for our generation . Bad points are in abundance -Makers had a superb and less known story but instead of making it amazing they stick to old school bollywood style and kinda ruined it, makers had quite good actors but instead of utilizing their potential they ignore the chance and show inconvincing acting . Its a big budget series which is shown in almost each scene . Picturisation is also not realistic . So i would say it was a good start to remind us about contribution of "forgotten army" but its execution was really bad because makers didn't came out of that old bollywood style .

This is one of the best series i have ever watched with all that needs to be there . A gripping storytelling , amazing story formation , thrilling cliffhangers and superb acting and dialogues along with out of the world writing . It has all elements of mytho , psycho , crime , thriller everything . Along with this its a proof that to make a perfect web series trash of nudity is not important because its literally the first web series i have watched which i can even watch with my family if i want too . Its amazing and not to be missed .

Pretty Little Liars (2010–2017)

Not worth watching

I saw its advertisement and promos along with praise it is getting so i thought it is amazing . I started watching the show and be frank i didn't like acting even a bit , it was deliberate and cheesy. Story formation is so slow and boring . Watched 7 episodes of s1 and honestly some of them were really good others were stupid . I couldn't complete its 8th episode it become that boring . Please don't watch this show its weird . Someone blackmailing four girls and they are doing nothing about that and not taking any help , they are ignoring the blackmailer like its a little girl who can't harm them . Their 'lie' is so childish because it is for teenagers . Please invest your time in some quality content .

Ramaiya Vastavaiya (2013)

Even though this movie has no new story but a typical bollywood rom-com yet i like this movie . Its not like you can watch and remember over and over again , also acting is good but movie execution is good and its worth a watch.

I am actually surprised by all negative reviews for the movie . Yeah it is not a really well made movie but its a must watch for sure even if for once but must seriously . It has both negative and positive aspects . Many things seem force as a story , acting is bit over sometimes BUT even after all this makers tell a good story infact a fresh one , a story which is actually needed in present times because kids want their space and parents think it will going to create problems when in real not giving the space will definitely create problems which is ignore by our elder ones . I GUESS MAIN REASON THIS MOVIE DIDN'T WORK IS MORE THAN ITS MAKING , THE REASON IS PEOPLE ARE EMOTIONAL ENOUGH TO SEE PARENTS CRYING BECAUSE OF THEIR KIDS BUT NOT SENSIBLE ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THAT PARENTS UNKNOWINGLY CAN CREATE PROBLEMS FOR KIDS TOO OR JUST WANT TO IGNORE THIS FACT . This movie is worth watching , give it a chance .

Sanju (2018)

NOT TO BE MISSED

Well be frank i never watch this movie as a movie on sanjay dutt nor i know anything about cases of sanjay dutt but lets get back to the topic , yeah this movie seems like an attempt to clean image of sanju baba as complete innocent person who had no fault which seems a bit force . I don't know the fact so won't say anything else . I watched this movie as an emotional story of family love , self love and power of friendship with good acting which can teach me many things about life . I don't have a lot of words to say except this - just give this movie a try if not as a biopic but as a very good movie . ITS A MUST WATCH . enjoy .

I like housefull series but this one was bit over . Acting was perfect by every actor and settings were good too but it was not that funny as you expect from a housefull movie . Story could be really improved .

Okay i loved kangana's acting in tanu weds manu series and fashion both so when i heard she is acting as jhansi queen manikarnika i was really excited because i adore both women but i dissapoint after watching movie . Manikarnika is nowhere near a historical movie literally nowhere . Settings and setups were great but Actors are not fit in their roles except mohammad zeeshna he was literally most fitted actor in the movie as per role and acted really well but rest were not ,i couldn't believed that kangana was not fil at all , her body language , fight scenes were amazing but face expressions , dialogue delievery was really poor and her voice was weak for rani jhansi role . story telling is lazy really lazy , dialogues seem forced and effects seemed really fake . I was hoping a great historical movie for JHANSI KI RANI but this movie was a dissapointnent .

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018)

Okay i literally can't understand why people hate this movie . Its a fantastic movie seriously . Yeah its slow but not boring . Whenever i watched harry potter i fell for the energy that movie series had which is quite missing in this series ofcourse but it doesn't mean its not worth watching . You will watch some amazing acting in it , really actors have done a great job , locations and special effects are really amazing and story , i can say its the strongest part of fantastic beasts . Its true that this is not harry potter and its good actually , no matter how amazing harry potter is we can't ignore the fact that it was a one dimension story . Makers , writer were handling one thing at a time but in this prequal makers are taking risk to show different places and time in a movie which gives a positive impact on audience for makers and specially writer. Be honest i didn't liked the FB 1 but this second part is amazing . Definitely worth watching .

Chhichhore (2019)

Realistic - new bollywood

Now this is something you call a heartwarming movie . This is the most realistic representation of college life and even life after college i saw after 3 idiots. College life is not what karan johar showed in soty series . Its not fancy clothes , friends' siblings wedding , love triangles and competetions between rich and poor . College life is what you will see in this , its to find a family in hostle just in 2 months , competition to make a name and friendship and support . Life is not result but our honest attempts . I literally got tears in my eyes , i got laughter therapy too and lessons . Its not usual stuff . Now this kind of movies should represent college in bollywood .

Sherlock (2010–2017)

Better late than never

Why i didn't watch this show before ???? This is literally an amazing show truly amazing , every moment of every episode is a masterpiece . Benedict and martin's acting skills are flawless. Their acting is amazing in different situation and timings in show , they are really great actors . This show can make you laugh like a comedy , can amaze you which you would expect because its a thriller genre , and also can make you feel like cry in its emotional moments . Its true that it was at its peak in s1 and s2 but it doesn't mean last two seasons are worthless , many people will say this just ignore them and watch it . The thing is last two seasons took emotional aspect more than suspense which sometimes seem forced and makers have add more special effects which has no need . Fans say that last season was dissapointing but literally its amazing and took both emotional and suspense aspects with balance and also acting is getting more and more ,better with seasons . Don't listen to the critics or anyone say against the show its amazing and worth a watch not only 1 time but as many times you can .

Third Star (2010)

Not usual one ...

Now maybe maybe this is not a very well made movie but definitely the one you will remember , it will be in your memory for sure . Benedict's acting , the potrayal of a cancer patient and acting of cast is just amazing . It will going to make you laugh when there are funny moments and will take you in feelings in its most beautiful and difficult moments .

Badla (2019)

What a wonderful movie and performances . Mindblowing story , you can't guess even till the last minute what will happen next . It will seem boring and pridictible but trust me its not , i was about to leave it in middle but glad that didn't . Amazing movie .

I like the series because it has a different kind of love story but somehow makers couldn't get out of old love story masala. They were dealing with a sensitive issue and it should be deal with that point of view and not like any other love story . Acting was good but story and storytelling must be more effective . But atleast something fresh and daring .

Jodha Akbar (2013–2015)

From brilliant historical to typical daily soap

This show was good when it started , it was historic and cast , acting was great but as it is typical ekta kapoor show so it become all that sas bahu drama instead of a historical and become extremely boring . I wouldn't recommend anyone to watch this , i also think that it is the main cause why mytho and historical shows has become crap now because before this show any historical or mytho show used to had limited episodes and good to the point story but now all become sas bahu drama .

Kedarnath (2018)

Missed a good opportunity

Well just finish watching the movie. Honesty i was not highly expected from the movie but it dissapoint me either. First of all makers copied this from titanic in all way and still couldn't manage it. It could be a great movie but it turned dissapointing. Plus points are Acting and effects are amazing no doubt, sushant and sara were good and so are other actors, locations are beautiful. Minus points are representation. It was a total copy of titanic with some differences but it was not well executed, makers gave more weightage to love story which is not impressive because of poor representation and laid very little emphasis on tragedy. Tragedy part is start only in last few minutes and end. So at the end it can be said that talent has waste in this movie. Good songs, good acting, good effects but there should be good execution and good story telling too.

Friends (1994–2004)

F. R. I. E. N. D. S - best show made on ' friends'

This show is amazing, no other sitcom is even comparable to this one. All characters - joey, phoebe, rachel, chandler, monica and ross are seriously my best friends thanks to this amazing show. All comic timings and scenes are superb, acting is awsome and emotional scenes are so good that i always get tears in my eyes. This is an amazing experience, more than just a show and people who don't like this seriously have no sense of humor.

RadhaKrishn (2018–2023)

Something different but show is loosing its magic

Initially i just love this show, it is still good, but is loosing its magic, in start i never leave its even a single episode but now barely watch this. Makers introduce a new concept but i think now they are unable to handle this, plot is loosing its direction and becoming a regular daily soap. Costumes, actors, acting and specially songs are still amazing but makers should try to rebuild its plot and maintain its magic as before.

Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai (2015–2024)

When i start watching this show it was amazing and for a time it remained amazing, everything was good in this show, acting, comic timing and plots of different episodes. But now it list its magic, repeatation of same story irritates. If i am still watching this show then only for actors good acting and their good comic timing, dialogue delievery.
