Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021)
After the movie.........
After watching the Eternal's FLOP few days ago i can say that this is waaaaaaay better movie. It is not as the movies from the Infinity saga, but i liked it. For me, it is too much the expanded world, but probably this is the way to see new characters and progression in the MCU. Again, after the eternals i can say that MCU is NOT getting the needed momentum to make us wait for the eventual endgame style movie to end the phase 4.
We'll see, we'll see.
Eternals (2021)
First impression
I am in the middle of the movie and i am writing the review.........
First of all, congratulations for the work and the effort of everyone from the production.
The movie is very good visually, but doesn't have the progression and the dynamics to keep you in your seat as the other MCU movies. Lacks the spirit of Iron man 1.
I know that the characters are too strong and developed for their time on Earth and can't develop more than they had, but still something is missing. I don't feel the need to wait for the end of the movie. I just wait to see what they have created.
Can't wait to see SPIDEY.

After the FIRST episode
The first episode was too rushed. Probably because the screenwriters wanted the episode to be intense the whole time. I don't know.
Some things happen, but why no one gives a clue. Probably we'll see it afterwards. We'll see. I hope to see it.
The dialogue was typical for a bulgarian movie with forced swearing. Sometimes i think that the bulgarian writers are eager to write this type of words. The communication was generic. Nothing organic.
The acting was not natural. I did not believe it. May be Vergov's acting was almost at point. Other actor's presence was stiff at most of the time. Couldn't believe that they are police officers. Most of the time i had the feeling that i am in theater and not watching a series. I had the feeling that the actors are out of the theater, but the theater was not out of them.
The "surprise" in the end of the first episode was amateurishly foreshadowed way back in the begining and i was expecting it.
The camera was mainly static or with less to none movement. If you want to shoot an action series and the spectators to be immersed in the story, then make them feel like they are with the characters in the scene. Move the camera, give different angles with more "life" in the scene.
I think that the series was shot similarly to "Broen"/"The bridge". To be honest, i was expecting someone to write similar series to the scandinavian one for quite some time now. Ok. Let's say that it is ok to copy some part from it. If we have to compare this episode with the first episodes from any season of "Broen" the latter are so methodicaly and fine writen that you can't say that they are rushed. And i won't even start to think about to compare the acting.
To summarize after watching the first episode i am somewhat disappointed from what i saw. The producers are aiming to create series with world class quality and that is visible, so congrats about that. The actors must believe that they ARE the characters, because they are them for the time the series are shot. Give more "life" in the scenes. Immerse the spectators in the story.
WandaVision: The Series Finale (2021)
Did not live up to my expectations
I was disappointed by the ending. I was hoping for much more intense ending.
I know that the producers have a plan for Rambeau, Vision and Agnes, but their story lines in this series were ended some kind of clumsy and amateurishly way.
Star Trek: Discovery: Su'Kal (2020)
Finally.....
Finally an episode that moves you and makes you wonder if they will succeed or not. Enough of the crying in every episode and wondering when to cry again. The old series TNG, Voyager, 00s Enterprise had so much action and 50/50 chances to to beat the enemy, without wondering when to cry.
Make more episode like this one. Stop with the fillers and make it more dynamic with stories that span within the next two or three episodes.
The Mandalorian: Chapter 11: The Heiress (2020)
Going in the right direction
Elexire for the soul. Can't wait for Ahsoka.
Just GIVE, GIVE, GIVE Star wars to Jon and Dave. You will have The Renaissance of the STAR WARS. Jon Favreau has made what MARVEL is today. I can only imagine what Star Wars will be in 10 years.
THIS IS THE WAY.
Doctor Who (2005)
Overall review as a person WHO didn't watch any of the old series
For a veeeery long time of have heard the name of the series. Every once in a while the name "Dr. Who" came to my ears at some places i have visited. So... four months ago i heard it again. Then i decided to check it out.
The first season(2005) was good. Saying that as a person who never seen the old ones.
Mr. Eccleston was pretty interesting in the portrayal of the Doctor for me. Didn't had any other actor/Doctor to compare him, so i think he was quite good. So i decided to watch the second season.
Mr. Tennant was BRILLIANT(imagine him saying that word). I couldn't wait for th next episode. Probably i watched the series with him faster than with any other Doctor. Writing, dynamics and acting was marvelous. Not any filler moments. Great structure for every season with all the "bread crumbs" leading to the final.
Mr. Smith was good in the beginning. Didn't caught me initially, but his second season was good enough. Some say that his 3rd season was poor, but i liked it too. The writing was a bit off, but good. The two comparisons were interesting. They were thinking on their feets, sometimes even better than the Doctor. Strange, but... I will remember him as the Doctor.
Mr. Capaldi was a bit different. Crazy. I had the feeling that he didn't know, in te begging, what he was doing.Didn't had the "smart" movement like Tennant and Smith. Since the beginning he was in my eyes like a teacher figure, not a Doctor.(Eventually he end up teaching in a university, i think) Still, i liked him until the end. The writing in the series was far from perfect as the writing during Tennant's years. Probably close the Smith's years.
Mrs. Whitaker did not caught me at any point. Tried to imitate Tennant. Probably because they are friends, but didn't end up like him. She was like a kid acting as a grown up. The writing was messed up. All the Hollywood problems were pushed in to her scripts. Probably this is what "ated her head" as the Doctor. Too many filler moments. Unnecessary too many companions.
Overall the series started to go down about the time of Mr. Capaldi. I think that he is a great actor, but the writing stumled him reaching Smith's performance, comparing with Tennant's, because it was BRILLIANT.
Too bad that the central idea is moved from a science, action and comedy series that is fun to watch to series with a social theme. Don't get me wrong. I am probably on of the most open minded people, but we have seen and seen that theme in the Hollywood products TOO many times.
I am giving rate of 9,only because of the great 2 to 7 seasons and some what good 8 to 10 with the hope the series to become better with the next season.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: As I Have Always Been (2020)
The BEST "AGENTS OF SHIELD" episode!!!
Out of words.
This should be in the textbooks.
Bravo to THE director.
The Mandalorian: Chapter 8: Redemption (2019)
This is THE WAY, This is THE STAR WARS WE WANT
Let Chow, Favreau and Filoni take care of every Star Wars movies from now on.
The Mandalorian just washed all sins from the last three movies. Every second gives the action that EVERY Star Wars fan wants and needs to feel The Force.
If i could give a rate of a 100 i would have give it. It deserves it.
Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
Too bad that the story ended this way
The Mandalorian beats this movie with one hand tied behind back.
They totally misunderstood the whole Force idea.
Many people say that the prequels are bad, but these three movies were much much much... much worse. Too bad that they finished the saga that way.
The only thing i liked in this is movie is the small tech guy that rebooted ****. Reminds me of old Yoda.
The Mandalorian: Chapter 4: Sanctuary (2019)
Expected more.
Nice episode. From the four episodes till now this one has the most common plot for all Star Wars series. There was a slight development in Mando's character, but not as the last episode.
The beginning of the episode just gives you the whole plot. Gina's character was not needed until the end of the episode(literally THE end of the episode).
The Ewoks took down a whole battalion of Imperial stormtroopers and a few walkers.
I gave it higher score, because of the better quality of the previous episodes.

The Mandalorian: Chapter 3: The Sin (2019)
This is the way
The BEST show on TV. Bravo to Favreau, Filoni and company. This is much MORE BETTER than the last two movies. This is Star Wars. I can't wait for the next episode.
I hope that Favreau and Filoni will work on the possible The Old Republic movies. They should. THEY MUST.
