I love Adam Sandler and this movie is not his fault!

First, I wanted to say that I really do not know how I feel about this movie. I truly really love Adam Sandler I believe his acting was astonishing like always. My issues with the movie was that it was very slow. A lot of times I contemplating on just turning it off and switching to something else. The movie never picks up pace. I wonder what made him decide to choose this role, I wonder what made him read the script and think this is a great script to act in. Adam Sandler is that one actor that can play any type of character from being serious to being a Comic. This movie did not do him any justice. When I read the reviews, a lot of people either really liked it or really hated it. People are saying that if you have mental health issues you will like this movie. I do not recommend this movie, but I do recommend Adam Sandler.

Await the Dawn (2020)

Not bad but not great

First, let me just say that I love horror movies. Await the dawn had a very interesting concept. I did enjoy it, but not because of what was going on but because of the little girls acting. I believe everyone else is acting was horrible! But the little girl was amazing! She did such a great job! After the little girl, the mother was next. She also was really good. Not great but good. I would recommend this movie. It is a hit or miss. I do not believe this movie will be a waste of your time. I do not recommend this movie for little kids. One of the good things is that the movie is not too long. It's an hour and a half. Any longer I believe it would have gotten less stars.

The Hallow (2015)

Great Movie

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews! I actually really enjoyed this movie. The acting was great! The storyline was different! I really enjoyed it. Look I love horror and the movie was not scary but it did have some amazing gruesome parts! Whoever did the makeup also did an amazing job! I would recommend this movie to everyone who doesn't mind a little gore. I am not talking about a movie like the hills have eyes gore, it's even less then saw, but there are some parts that will scare little ones. I am glad my firestick recommended this movie for me! Ali don't want to add any spoilers o just watch and enjoy.

Vampus Horror Tales (2020)

Meh

I bought this movie from Apple's iTunes because it was only $1.99. I love all horror movies so I said why not in the beginning I actually really liked it. The stories were really good but then all of a sudden all the stories sucked. It's like they dragged you in the beginning knowing that you're gonna want to see if any other mini movie is just as good and it's not. You end up disappointed I would recommend this movie only because there are two really Good mini movies. My favorite mini movie was the first one where the bride and the fiancé's best friend keep reliving the same nightmare and ends the same way. Okay Nevermind I was trying to think of another one I really enjoyed but couldn't. I will leave this one up to you to choose to watch or skip.

Spiral (2021)

Not bad but should have had different actors

So what are my favorite horror movies series is Saw! It's not just because of the amazing storyline but it's also because of the thought it takes to create these machines. I wonder if they come from their nightmares LOL! Spiral was the first Saw movie I waited to see just because the trailer didn't thrill me and I had mixed feelings. When It was finally on sale at ITUNES I purchased it. The first time I saw this movie I was very disappointed. The 2nd time I watched this movie I enjoyed it more. The details of the gore is GREAT! This was the first time I had to close my eyes at some of the scenes. I read somewhere that they are going to do another Spiral but without Chris Rock? I am not sure if this is true or how they would do that! I know they decided to do SAW X which I can't wait!!!!!! There are so many rumors going around. I would recommend this movie to people who like horror movies and can handle gore. Don't worry it's not as bad as The Hills Have Eyes with the gore. Its just different.

Mortal (2020)

Loved the 2nd time around!

The first time I watched this movie I did not quite understand what was going on. That was about a year ago I decided to watch the movie again and I ended up falling in love with it. I caught things that I didn't catch before which now makes sense to me. I wish there was a part two to this! It was a great idea! I would recommend this movie to every age. I watched this movie on prime. The acting was great except for the psychologist. There was something about her acting I did not like nor enjoy. It just seemed so fake to me. I'm curious if Thor has any other decedents? Is he the only one? So many questions rush through my mind. Bring on Part 2!

The Disappointments Room (2016)

I love horror movies! This one would have been good if I understood the plot better and the ending. I was reading reviews to see if anyone mentions the ending of the movie, but I didn't see any. At the end she is twirling the little doll and smiles. To me that makes me think the director was trying to say the little girls possessed her. In a different part of the movie though we see the little girls ghost running away. Everyone is giving this movie very low rating. I honestly didn't think it was that bad. I watched it once and would never watch it again. I would not recommend this movie to anyone. Skip it if you see it on PRIME.

Nix (2022)

Don't waste your time!

First, you need to know that I love horror, movies. This movie could be scary if you don't care about a good plot? The monster does look amazing and freaky! That is probably the only reason I gave it four stars. Okay the acting wasn't that bad either. I would not recommend this movie to any age! When the brother passed away and you are able to see inside the folder in his room, what is with the newspaper articles that had nothing to do about the what's going on? It's like the director hoped nobody would pause the movie to read the headlines. Omg I forgot to mention the crackhead mother! Was I the only one who laughed when I watched her acting? Once again! Do not waste your time!

Talon Falls (2017)

Not bad!

This movie wasn't so bad. It was a typical haunted house horror movie. The acting wasn't that bad except for all the screaming. I liked the electric chair part where one of the actors kept turning it on and off. I just knew at that a point he was going to be in that chair by the end of it. What I want to know if why did everyone only scream for help instead of saying their full name and number so someone could get them help or at least let their parents know they're dead. I would recommend this movie to horror lovers. Just remember it's not really scary unless you don't watch these kind of movies often. Enjoy!

The Enfield Haunting (2015)

Great poltergeist show!

It is not often you get to see a great poltergeist series. This short series kept you wanting to know what's going to happen next. It was like a horror and drama together. You felt the emotions each actor gave. All the actors did an amazing job! I do not think there was one part in this show I disliked. The only reason I did not give it a 10 is because I have seen better shows, but that's not a bad thing. For a 2015 film (8 years old) they did an incredible job. My favorite part is when the medium and Janet spoke at the same time! I would definitely recommend this show to everyone of all ages. I watched the show on Prime. Great job everyone!

Poltergeist II: The Other Side (1986)

A Classic!

I really love horror movies. I have not watched a poltergeist series in many years. So I started with the first one and now I just finished with the second one. There were a lot of things that I forgot. I had to Google on why the oldest daughter was not mentioned. I knew she passed away, but I didn't realize it was in between part one and part two I wish they didn't play it off like her character was never there in the first place, but I know there has to be reasons on why. The storyline of course was not as great as the first one, but I still loved it. I would still recommend this movie, to every generation. Now on to the 3rd one!

Poltergeist (1982)

The one movie as a kid that made me love horror!

Poltergeist was released on June 4, 1982. I was born in 1983. This was one of the first horror movies my dad showed me when I was very very young. It scared me to death but made me love horror movies! In the middle of the night my dad use to call my first and middle name like Zelda did in the movie. I still say it and I laugh cause it makes me remember a great moment with my dad. For a movie in the 80s and the production of it is unbelievable! I did look up where the cast is now and I found a 2022 article. I can't believe what happened to both the girls. It's so sad. It makes me appreciate this movie even more. The acting was unbelievable! I would recommend this movie to almost everyone. These little kids are not built the way we were so it's probably to scary for those under 10 now. I can watch this movie 100 times and never get bored.

Leroy & Stitch (2006 Video)

I love stitch!

I cannot believe I have never seen this movie! I put it on as something simple to watch why I play on my iPhone. I love stitch. This was such a cute movie. I would definitely recommend it for any age. I started looking up more details on the characters on google. Did you know Lilo is autistic? I had no idea! It makes this movie and her character even cuter! I believe it said this movie is 21 years old. My 15 year old were debating on what came first this movie or Pokémon. Because of similarities and it ends up being Pokémon is 27/28 years old. So my daughter won that argument. I would definitely watch this Disney movie again! Stitch is the best!

Return of the Evil Dead (1973)

So I had no idea, this was a sequel until a minute ago when I was reading other peoples reviews. I searched on YouTube and the iTunes Store, and could not find the 1st one. Oh well! I heard about this movie when I searched Evil Dead on ITunes and this came up as an option. I was not going to spend $8 on a movie. I usually wait until special bundles or pay $5 or under. Anyways!!!

I believe this movie was OK. The acting was bad. I could not keep up with the storyline and I was not able to understand the actors. Unfortunately, YouTube did not give me the option to use captions. I still do not believe I wasted my time since I love zombies. For those that have not watched it yet. This is not a typical zombie movie. If you read this summary, you'll have more of an idea of what kind of zombie movie this is. Would I recommend this movie? The answer is no. Would I watch this movie again? Maybe once I watch the first one. I gave this movie five stars because I have seen worst movies and this one.

The House of the Devil (1896)

I watched this movie on YouTube as it was suggested in someone's else's post/Question. I loved it! I kept trying to figure out how in 1896 did they figure out how to do this kind of movie! The disappearing and reappearing of items and people! They had so many ideas which were there own during that time! Most movies now a days copy ideas from past movies! I would recommend this movie to everyone of all ages! Even kids! This is an historical event! I do not believe I wasted any time watching this movie! I am glad IMBD had it under horror search or I would never would have known about it! Thank you!

Escape to the Cove (2021)

Very Cute for a Zombie Movie

I love everything zombies! I did enjoy this movie. I thought the movie was vert "cute." Let's talk about the zombies first. The land zombies I could not stand! They look blind so how is it they can only sense you if you are moving? This movie made it look like the zombies were contemplating on what they should do. The sea lion zombies were awesome! Do I believe zombies can swim? Not really, but I do believe they do not need oxygen to live since they are already dead. I thought that part though was a nice touch. The acting I did not think was bad except for the actor who played Luther. Every time he opened his mouth it was very cringe. The story line is what I thought was cute. It was different, which I enjoyed. I felt happy that the daughter went to finally look for her dad. I would recommend this movie.

I Love Zombies

I will watch or read anything about zombies. This movie was one that popped up under horror genre first so I clicked on it. I personally did not think the acting was that bad. I have seen much worse on low budget movies. I was disappointed when we met Max in person. He wasn't what I pictured in my head by the way he spoke to her through the car. When she actually meets him he is acting like a hard a$$ having a pissing contest. I was happy when he got bit. The one part I thought was dumb is how they tried to say if your burn the bite minuets after getting bit by metal you will survive. Come on! Every zombie lover knows this is impossible! Now you're going to have people try this if it ever does happen. LOL just kidding people are not that stupid LOL. Anyways! For a low budget movie I would definitely recommend just for kicks.

Zombie movies and zombie books are my favorite! I have watched this movie multiple times but always seem to get distracted and never finishing it. This time I made sure to pay attention and I am happy I did. The reason I loved this movie is because I can see myself doing this. I wouldn't be the type to move around if I was in a safe place with access to food. Even if I was alone, I would read books to keep my mind busy. Though out this movie there were books everywhere! I am not sure why he never read any? I would luv to know what happened to him afterwards. I know a part two would probably fail, but I am still curious. I would recommend this movie to all ages that love zombies! The main actor did a great job!

I love horror movies. There are not many movies that I haven't seen . When this movie came up under one of my recommendations for my firestick, I decided to give it a try. The acting was awful. I believe the only person I enjoyed watching was Omi. I did make it through the entire movie, but watching the end of the movie made me wish I never wasted my time. I guess for horror movies i prefer more action. Not a let me just hit this ghost with a stick and it's all over. Come on! Seriously ! I love to read, but the book summary does not even tempt me. So overall I would not recommend this movie for any age.
