12 Desperate Hours (2023)

For goodness sake just run off !!

This should have been a good film but the "hostage" could have run off several times without a problem, For instance: sitting patiently untied in the car while he made a phone call !!!

And instead of telling the gas station attendant to call the police and legging it while he was still in the car, she wasted time negotiating free petrol so she could get back in the car and be driven off again !!!!!!

Hilarious and just silly.

The guy was not that scary at all, and obviously just needed someone to go along with him and all would be well, but I suppose it would have been a very short film, to be honest his girlfriends mother was more frightening,

Some of the scenes were not realistic.

The glasses were the best actors, I have never seen such ridiculous removal and put back glasses action, literally every few seconds !!!! It must have been sponsored by a spectacle company, at one point I just rolled about laughing at it, nobody is that bad an actor ARE THEY !!!!!!!!! Worst movie I have seen ever, how it made it out of the cutting room is beyond me, beyond awful.

What a dismal, depressing series, just what we need at the moment, NOT !!!!!! If you like arguments, falling outs and lots of shouting and F-bombs, then you will love this, I still don't know why I watched it all, I thought it could only get better, wow was I wrong !!!!!!! News 24 is more up beat, and that's saying something.

Saving Grace (2000)

Neither a drama or a comedy, but a let down.

Basically too many expletives and not enough humour to be a fun film, I was expecting something along the lines of the Booze cruise, which is brliiliant, I was hoping for so much more considering the actors involved.

Cut the F words and spider scene and you have a great family film.

This movie was surprisingly good, but could have been a lot better if the constant barrage of F words and the stupid and pointless spider bite scenes were cut out, it could have been a brilliant family film but they missed a trick in my opinion. Why is there so much bad language in films these days, I can swear with the best of them, but it is nice to escape from it in a film sometimes.

Watched this last night after reading good reviews, In my opinion this could have been a great movie, but it is completely overacted ( no one talks or behaves like the main characters, they were more like children than the children were ) I like a laugh, but this was just plain too loud and silly to be fun.

I'll Be Next Door for Christmas (2018)

I know we all have a different sense of humour, but I really do not get anyone giving this a good review, it is overacted and just plain stupid, for me a comedy must be a bit believable to be funny, but all of the characters are, well, pathetic !!!! the father, well how he managed to have kids in the first place is a miracle ...... if this had been written by a 6 year old it would make sense, we lasted about 20 mins before we switched it off, and that was longer than deserved.
