Fool Me Once: Episode #1.1 (2024) Season 1, Episode 1

Please cast kids so they could be related to their parents!

So I saw this on Netflix and wondered if it was worth watching. The acting seems good at the onset but the weird hazing bs scene to start was ridiculous. Why is it always a rich hazing incident that may be the cause of how messed up or why people kill others?

Out of the shoot at the wedding I am looking for kids who could be related to Joe and Claire and I didn't see any with a skin complete "dark" enough to be theirs. Then she has a daughter who doesn't look like here. Same with her sister's children. Why did they cast this show and have kids that couldn't be possible related by not having any of their mum's traits. Why do show try to cast completely different looking offspring by skin tone, hair color, or height? It undermines the credibility of the show and sets the precedent that this casting director was completely lazy and just threw some people together. I am forever disappointed in this show because of it. Lazy lazy lazy!

What a show and what a season

Yeah there is so not so good fighting between Salvor and the other dude. That stuff is ok to not be so convincing. The fact that they had the story on how Dermerzel came to be by Empire's side was interesting. I like the fact that those who figured it out were also trapped so they couldn't tell anyone. I hope Brother Dawn and Queen Sareth get put down. I kinda like Cleon being the ruler so Seldom can take him down himself.

How sad it was to see terminus literally implode- have to see the physics behind that. For every action there is a reaction and to have the planet kinda implode without drawing in Cleon's ship I will have to look that up. Oh man, sad episode but I don't think Cleon would actually do it and he did. I can't wait to see the season finale! One of my favorite shows.

There is no way this story is even close to being true

This whole show is ridiculously over done. The sorry the characters. The only people who are normal are the people who live on the house. The realtor is also a piece of work. She is a horrible person and I hate her character! If you wanted a movie that your viewers hate the story, the characters and almost everyone in the series, you have done a great job! The only reason I am watching this garbage is because my wife made me watch it with her. His wife is a dumb character who is so nieve and that daughter is a bratty kid. Why is there a bratty teen and a story about statutory rape happening, yes this is ! She is 15 and she is with a 19 year old!!! These aren't adults and this story line is pervy!!

The amount of idiotic therapies that these stupid FBI people Briley e is amazing!!! How could Emily be in a mental facility and still have your family kidnapped??? She couldn't, Nick!! The writers who obviously are brain dead have a story that has clowns running around as police man and FBI agents! I am only watching this because Stana is an excellent actress. And the person who is playing Alice is a complete Buffon!!! It is amazing that these actors were cast and have the intelligence to play any characters. Emily's family are the best actors and are more believable than Nick and Alice! Embarrassing.

Amazing actors and interesting stories

Bertie and Carlyss are great actors and the reason why I watch this show. Dalgleish is a different show with the way Dalgleish speaks and the intelligence he has that he hides. I like the pauses and the unwillingness to give people answers when their suspects when they don't answer a question.

The twists and simple countryside locations also add to the simple setting. Nothing extravagant but that is why British/Irish crime dramas don't need to reply on special effects or to a of action. They rely on their acting and ability to keep the audience interested. The acting is what sets Acorn TV and Britbox shows apart from other streaming applications.

How dumb are Norwegians??

Amazing storyline but amazing how stupid these characters from Norway are. Waiting doesn't listen to his daughter. Line doesn't listen to her daughter and out an FBI agent - what a bit** move that was. She deserved to get kidnapped for that reason alone. FBI agent for sleeping with someone you don't know. Morons all around this little city in Norway. The only person you can trust and is their right mind is Carrie Anne Moss.

If Line was kidnapped and running away from the kidnapper, why would you go in any area where he could tack you through the snow? Why not run along a groomed road and he wouldn't see your footprints? These characters are soooo dumb. Carrie Ann Moss, you shoot Godwin but he survives and tries to hit Wisting in the head and you don't shoot him again?? Where the heck were you?

The one detective with the druggie niece was just a waste of space too.

Star Trek: Discovery: Project Daedalus (2019) Season 2, Episode 9

Too much emotion sometimes

This show is great! The characters have been developing over the last two seasons. Michael is by far the star of the show and a great actor! Glad I was able to choose this show out of the paramount network list of shows. Picard season 2 was a woke joke and this series of Star Trek is making me like it again. Although I watched the 1st season of Discover new worlds and then watched Discovery it didn't matter because it didn't ruin who these characters are.

The problem I have with Tilly is she is so dang emotional and can't just follow an order without bubbbling into a cry or laugh. The episode was also frustrating because Michael couldn't follow orders and almost cost everyone their lives. In this case she should have followed orders and not care about one person's life over the billions she was sacrificing. Looking forward to the rest of the season!

Into the Night (II) (2020–2021)

Better than I expected - no idea what this show was

Ok, this is a television show and not a try to life documentary. Now upon saying that these people act like there are choices other than working together to live? Sylvie's partner died, ok move on!!! You can grieve when you have found a solution to this dilemma! And Ayaz was a bad dude who at least had a code that was found on following rules to survive. Terenzio did save everyone's life by forcing everyone to take off on the but he is the worst character on the plane. Don't trust that dude.

Lots of stuff goes on these flights and not sure why people sit sleep more knowing they will need their energy.

The amount of whining is ridiculous. When you are working on surviving you have to throw all the bull out the window.

I am on the S1 episode 6 and we will see how this turns out. Hey I binged watch the whole season in one morning and afternoon. It must be pretty good to keep me interested. Also It is the first time watching a show and plot like this. And it's subtitled so it must be good enough for me to keep watching this long, right?

Who was the acting coach and director of this horrible attempt of a Marvel movie? RiRiis an immature actor who should be starring in an immature comedy show on Disney plus. What a shame of the over acting and weak storylines. Angela Basset was good, but how did the people of Namor infiltrate through water? They attacked and got through the most technology advanced city of Wakanda? How? No way.

He also uses his water grenades to break through glass that a vibranium spear can't penetrate? Such weak holes in this movie.

I did get chills when the princess reveals herself as the Black Panther to her people. - that was cool.

This could have been a better movie - retakes of the bad acting, better CGI and a storyline that makes sense. Also the CIA to keep blaming the Wakandans when they know it was Namor, that is dumb too.

Star Trek: Picard: Watcher (2022) Season 2, Episode 4

Complete Waste of time and great acting!!

Amazingly dumb season with all the BS on Political agenda of the left. Any show that depicts that having illegal Americans living in the USA is a gray thing, they also need to show the human trafficking, drugs, gangs, crime, state supported programs that foster illegals to rely on the government for their programs and income distribution. This is what the left wants, to let illegals to come in and give them the right to vote and they will expect the illegals to vote democrat so they can keep getting money and free healthcare for doing absolutely nothing for society besides taking up more benefits and handouts that should be going to the citizens and veterans of the armed forces. I stopped watching at the beginning of this episode and say that this should be cancelled immediately. If Season 3 is like this, I will not watch that pile of garbage too!!!! Don't support programs that are too right or left agenda shows!!! We want entertainment and not left leaning shows!!!! I would give this a 1/2 a star instead of one if o could. What a shame Anne W had to play a key part and now she has passed. Shame on you STP season 2 writers and direct for eating her talent on this pile of poo!!!

What a great 1st season followed by this vile season. Hunters, regime, amazing liberal, climate, social/financial distribution pile of poo. Way to push the agenda is how America is so bad- yet this show wouldn't be made in a communist or socialist society because there wouldn't be any money to make this show. It would be content controlled like China or paid evenly across for talent like Sweden. You don't foster innovation by not incentivizing those who create opportunities for societal gain. If this is going to be season 2 I will skip to the next episode and keep skipping since this isn't what I want to watch. Season 1 was great and now this pile of poo.

Big Star Trek Gen fan here. It was my Star Trek I grew up on- in my 20's..lol. This new series was fun to watch. Great acting especially Santiago Cabrera. Great CGI and even storyline. I am happy to binge watch the seasons as fast as I can while on medical leave. I am excited to see what S2 brings with the new characters. I don't care for Whoopi and I hope she doesn't get brought back. I can't get her political craziness out of my head and separate what her character was on STG.

Directing the show was Great by Jonathan and I am looking forward to more episodes coming up in S2.

I hope the story gets good again.

Ellie is so frustrating!!

In a Zombie Apocalypse and Ellie is running around like a complete stooge? :(. Is there any show in any universe that depicts how a kid or teen should react? Ellie is running around getting into stuff and could die or get infected at any moment but she acts like a complete stooge. This will be very a very disappointing show if she never grows up and acts like a stooge the entire series.

Why can't shows just be a little more realistic and have these people act like they are scared and careful? I am enjoying the show and have high hopes.

This episode was very moving. Bill and Frank's story was a good depiction of how something good can out of a bad situation.

Iris is literally a stupid girl who doesn't understand the concept of trying to stay safe. She goes back tot he person who kept hart as a sex slave her entire life???? This is a dumb storyline and please get rid of her!!!!!!

She is sooooooo dumb!!! Taylor Sheridan you make women look weak in this show and this is the icing on the cake! All this girl needed to do was go and live her life out in witness protection or just take the free trip to Denver and then find a life out there. She will now be back as a hooker and doing drugs and then Mike's gonna save her. Why is she is stupid dumb b! Oh just saw the trailers for the next episode.

Let's preface this review with a disclaimer that I enjoy all Acorn TV, PBS masterpiece and Brit Box crime shows. The Bay, Ok, I thought this was going to be a good crime show and the first 10 minutes is a LGBT experience tour. I am not a fan of these types of shows - ones that focus on the characters sexuality and not the story and the acting. It could have been heterosexual scene with naked women (which is more typical) and I still would have been turned off by all the sexualization of a good crime drama. Call me homophobic because that is easier than actually believing not everyone wants nudity, sex and drugs taking away from characters' personalities.

This show wasn't for me, now I know. If everyone else wants to leave 10/10 reviews than go ahead. I will stick to my British Shows to keep the focus on the acting and story. And yes boring lifestyles and minimal nudity.

Halifax: Retribution: Episode #1.1 (2020) Season 1, Episode 1

Halifax is dumb and so are Aussie police

Amazingly poor show! Someone is on the loose shooting people and everyone just keeps going along? Halifax is not intelligent and the police are walking around with no Flak jackets and acting like they won't get shot, WHEN THE KILLER IS TARGETING THE POLICE!! BORING BORING THE ONLY ACTION IS THE SNIPER SHOOTING PEOPLE!

Someone leaves a letter and she throws it away and even when Elvis looks at it he doesn't say "let's get this dusted for finger prints and find out where this came from." No he doesn't do anything!!! What is going on with the director of this show?? Have they never seen a crime show or any actual police stories of how a crime like this is investigated? I can't watch this drivel!! Embarrassing effort! Also you pull into your driveway and leave open your gate and kiss onto pod it? Dumb dumb dumb story line!!!

Titans: Hawk and Dove (2018) Season 1, Episode 2

Bs Raven doesn't use her powers!!

So Raven kills a bad guys and sucks the life out of him but she doesn't kill the family that destroys Robin, Dove and Hawk?? What a crock!! Dumb that she was kidnapped without using her powers!! And that family was able to take and beat Robin and the gang?? What a terrible storyline and this show was doing so well with the violence and blood! Make your characters consistent and their strength accurate from what they did prior in their scenes. Even if those dumb kids and the parents shot up with super soldier serum Hawk, Dove and Robin should have been able to take that family on. Raven should have been triggered by Robin, Hawks and Dove getting their butts kicked. I hope this isn't a common thing because I will stop watching this.

Disgraceful display of cruelty to Dodds

I can't believe the show didn't have DCI McDonald apologize perfusely or the Chief SI houseman apologize for treating DS Dodds so cruel!! You can't treat people like DS Dodds was treated and he solves the case, Again! But there was no remorse by anyone in the entire show! How did the director not pick that up and leave the characters acting evil including DCI McDonald.

Ruby is a spoiled and entitled brat! She is a lazy POS and her character is amazingly ignorant and selfish! We know what "allegedly" happened to her but her character is so way to not feel anything but negativity toward her. I would kick her pregnant, whiney, annoying buttocks out of my house.

This is a pretty good story but the Michael Nesbit is a complete waste. The police are idiots, Kayleigh is a complete Terrible Waste As Teenager. If this is how terrible teenagers are and how bad they treat their parents, she deserves to not be alive on this show. Everyone is a complete moron and no one can figure out anything on their own. Everyone lies and the police keep their phones off? Dumb!!! Dumb!!! I will watch the last episodes to see how it ends but terribly disappointed in the Megan's daughter- she is a liar and should get taken care of!!!

Worst of season 2

So episode 6 was not exciting and the only right spot was the feelings at the end of the episode when Lisa calls out Andy for not telling her or the kids about his new family. I can't imagine the feeling Abbie and Rob had when they saw their dad leave without even saying goodbye. The last scene was good to show how important it is to at least have the three of them and not worry about anyone else.

I am sitting here in tears after watching Med die! I can't believe I am so emotionally connected to this Dang show!!! I wrote some bad reviews of season 1 but this show is great! Lisa had her problems and had paid with her demotion and lack of trust from her colleagues. Med was always respectful and was a great partner to Lisa. Episode 4 is a heartbreaker because it is the aftermath of Med's death. I loved that dude!!
