Battlestar Galactica (1978–1979)

Short Lived Yet Impactful

Battlestar Galactica (1978) is an undeniably classic piece of sci-fi history, and rightfully so. The short lived yet impactful series has decent plots, plenty of action, and even provides a laugh from time to time. Now I'd like to point out that they do not over use the comedy making the rare laughs feel special in a way that kindles heartfelt joy. There is something for everyone to enjoy in this show. I highly recommend Battlestar Galactica (1978). It's a must see for science fiction fans and I believe many people who are not sci-fi fans would enjoy it too.

Carnival of Souls (1962)

An Okay Film

Carnival Of Souls isn't a bad movie, but it's nothing special either. It's interesting but predictable. The organ music is a little over the top and annoying. The movie is worth watching, but you shouldn't expect much from it.

Psycho III (1986)

A Great Edition To The Franchise

Norman is back at it again in this one. He is back to his old ways and slipping mentally. Psycho 3 is a great edition to the franchise. Why this movie doesn't have a higher score on this site I don't know because it's really good.

Psycho II (1983)

Holds It's Own

Psycho 2 is a very good movie. Of course it's not quite as good as the first one, but it's still very entertaining. If you are expecting a movie based on the second book in the series you may be disappointed because that's not what it is at all.

An Absolute Masterpiece

Hercules (1997)

Amazing Movie

I actually think I like this movie more now in my mid 20s than I did when I was a kid. Not that I didn't love it as a kid. Hercules is just an all around great movie. Good story, excellent voice acting, and pleasant animation. It's very entertaining and they don't overdo the singing.

Life (I) (2017)

Very Entertaining

What Life is not is overly different than other trapped in space with a hostile alien movies. What it is is great acting, well written, and very entertaining. These three things make Life superior to most movies of the same type. I highly recommend this movie.

The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane (1976)

The Little Girl Who Lives Down The Lane is an absolute masterpiece. It's an interesting story and the acting is superb. I would definitely recommend this movie

Becky (II) (2020)

Not A Bad Movie

Becky is a wonderful movie. I really enjoyed it. I watched it because I'm a big fan of Kevin James and I've never seen him play a villain, but after all the silly things I've seen him do in tv shows and movies it's hard to find him intimidating. Other than that I have no complaints about the movie.

Braven (2018)

Entertaining And Inventive

In a time where we assume we've seen people die on screen in every way possible Braven proves us wrong. Braven is entertaining and inventive. A definite must see.

Heatstroke (2013)

Not Terrible

Heatstroke is better than critics would have you believe. It's not the best movie ever but it's definitely worth watching.

An absolute must see for Seth MacFarlane fans, but if you are not a fan of Seth MacFarlane's brand of humor you can probably skip it.

I liked the idea of zombie animals, but Syfy seems to have a way of ruining movies. I think they actually TRY to make bad movies and they definitely succeed.

The Scarehouse (2014)

Not Bad But Could've Been Better

It's a good concept for a movie. 2 sorority rushes get sent to prison for 2 years after they are pressured to partake in a sorority prank turned deadly and the girls who put them up to it get off without even a slap on the wrist. These two rushes get out of prison and begin killing the girls who got them sent there. Sounds good to me, but it could have been done better. The Scarehouse isn't a bad movie but it's nothing special. It's definitely worth watching once but I don't think I'm coming back for seconds.

Sorority Party Massacre (2012)

A good bad horror movie

Now if you are looking for a good bad horror movie this is your movie but if you are a fan of bad horror movies you already know that any horror movie that has ron jeremy in it is a good bad horror movie. That's why I gave it a generous 5 stars. That being said, I watched this movie because I wanted to watch college kids dies. I literally looked up "movies where college kids die" on Google and this wasn't the movie I was looking for. I wanted realistic deaths and gore but this movie wasn't that. It WAS a good bad horror movie but that's all it was.

Karla (2006)

A messed up true story

Karla is a true story so you can't really fault it for how messed up it is. You know what you are in for before watching this movie if you read the description but it's still a little unsettling. That being said, Karla is a thoroughly entertaining movie. I honestly believe it should be rated NC-17 even though it doesn't actually show any of the rapes in detail. Karla is definitely not a movie you should allow children or maybe even teenagers to watch, but for us adults it's definitely worth checking out.

The Cabin In The Woods is an okay movie, but the ending is definitely frustrating. When I said "okay" I meant okay. Not good not bad but just okay. It's very overrated.

Shark Lake (2015)

Better Than I Expected

Let me start off by saying that Shark Lake is a good movie. It's entertaining, exciting, and for the most part the acting is good. That being said, the sharks and gore look really fake, and the police characters are bad. They don't follow any kind of police protocol I'm aware of and they seem entirely incompetent. There also isn't enough Lundgren vs. shark which is the whole reason I watched the movie, but I love shark movies and this one is pretty decent so I'm happy I watched it.

White Zombie (1932)

Overrated And Boring

While White Zombie is worth the 16 cents i paid for it, it's not worth much more. It's highly overrated and very boring. I spent most of the movie wishing it would just get over.

Scarface (1932)

Wonderful Movie

Scarface is a wonderful movie. Realistic gunfire, gripping violence, and an incredibly entertaining storyline.

The Strangers: Prey at Night (2018)

The strangers prey at night is so much better than the first one. My suggestion would be to skip the first one all together. You don't need to have seen the first one to watch the second one.
