The Glass House (2001)
Fantastc Show
Ever since I heard Wil Anderson and Adam Spencer on Triple J in the morning I have been in love. Wil Anderson is cute and is the typical Australian comedian. He is the main man of she show and sits in the middle of the panel with his pluggers (thongs, flip flops) on. Corrine Grant is one of Australia's best female comedians who I think represents the average Australian female that has a sense of Humour. Dave Hughes, well what can I say, how can you not love the guy. He enjoys being the baby of the group and usually says things that just have you on the floor or finding you need to change your pants. Keep an eye out for episodes that contain Arj Barker, Molly Meldrum, Pinky and many other regulars that are on the show and just create a hilarious environment. It is about time people take all the events of the news and just have a laugh, we would go crazy without these guys! Keep up the good work Glass House and the ABC!!
Stacked (2005)
Not a funny comedy.
A rather boring 30 minutes, I am sure that this type of comedy has been done before. Pamela Anderson really needs to give up on television and grow some hips before she falls over. I found all the characters to be annoying and this show to contain episode story lines that have been seen before. However, if you need to watch a show without having to think then this is perfect. Do not watch if there is something you need to get off of your mind. The bookstore coffee shop has a very similar look to the coffee shop from friends. How old is Pamela Anderson now anyway and why does she talk like a 15 year old. I see that this show has lasted 2 seasons, pretty good effort for the show I think.
The Chaser's War on Everything (2006)
Fantastic
This is exactly what Australian Television and Australian Politics needs, people with a sense of humour!!! Good on ABC for supporting these guys. The show is based around a couple of Aussie blokes who know how to take the mickey out of politicians or other people in the limelight. The boys use Sydney as their main base for making a splash in the public. Keep an eye out for the Crazy Wharehouse Guy or Mr Ten Questions. The guys who perform these acts are the same guys that presented CNNN. If you enjoyed CNNNN and the Glasshouse then you will love this show. I am still interested in knowing which stunts are real and which are purely acting because there are some questionable actions made by the guys...
