The Father (2020)
Superb Acting, very moving and emotional
This film may help many understand dementia that little bit more and for that in itself it deserves all the plaudits it has received. An emotional and eye opening film, hooked from start to finish with an unusual narrative that isn't linear and thought provoking changes in characters throughout make it hard hitting and powerful. Anthony Hopkins is superb in his role as Anthony. Incredible, a must watch.
Stay Close (2021)
Binge worthy but also silly in parts...
At one point Richard Armitage (Ray) sneaks out of the front of a house past two police vans completely unnoticed. This scene was laughable but overall it was well worth a watch in my opinion.
You Don't Know Me (2021)
Loved it
Brilliant watch, the ending was very fitting of it's title. I was really engrossed in the trial and my thoughts on the lead protagonist I questioned all the way through to the end.
A Gripping watch, loved it!
People Places Things (2015)
An Aussie sense of humour...
If you like dry humour you will love this film. Worth a watch, some heart warming and funny scenes.
The Pact (2021)
Gripping stuff
I thought this was great, so many twists and turns in the plot. A story about, family, friends and loyalty. Who and what do you value most important? Really impressed with this series, a massive thumbs up from me 👍
The Gentlemen (2019)
Just great
Great narrative, plenty of twists and a gold standard cast involved. Had me gripped from start to finish. Guy Ritchie smashed it here, a must watch.
The Social Dilemma (2020)
Eye opening
Crazy how it opens your mind to the power of social media. A must see.
