It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: The Gang Broke Dee (2013)
Well they got me too
It was a perfect trash twins episode, it really spoke volumes about who they both are, both Dee and Dennis. His obsession with control and his fear of being left behind really well showcased. I literally cried at the begging tho because yeah, Dee is depressed like that and the show addressed it, even if only for a moment. The end maybe wasn't my favourite, but it was very in the spirit of this show, expect the unexpected. I know we're never actually getting any comfort in this show, any apologies, any of that, because that's who these people are. So it is a bitter sweet episode for sure. But I liked that the guys actually cared that Dee is at her lowest and did something about it. They care, in their weird way, even if they were partly responsible. But that's just the gang for you, self destructive, chaotic, throwing each other under the bus all the time, and codependent till the end.
Better Call Saul: Rock and Hard Place (2022)
Michael Mando absolutely won me
Michael Mando as Ignacio was definitely the right choice. His performance broke me in a good way. This episode was spectacular. Sometimes you're worried that prequels are not gonna be as good as the original thing. Well not this time, this show definitely meets the bar that breaking bad has set and this episode in my opinion is the best so far.
First Kill (2022)
Didn't have high hopes so I'm not disappointed
It's just kinda annoying when the most uninteresting characters are the two main characters. The rest of them have really interesting arcs. At some point I seriously stopped to care about Juliette and Calliope at all, I was waiting for the other characters to be on screen.
Our Flag Means Death: Wherever You Go, There You Are (2022)
The finale broke my heart but in a good way
From like storytelling standpoint it made so much sense
SPOILERS!!!!
I loved everything about this finale and I can't wait for season 2 to pick up from where this episode ended (praying for season 2). Everything was so heartbreaking in this finale, from the feeling of hope at the very beginning that slowly went down, to Ed going back to begin heartless, crazy, brutal, but then we see and the very end that he's crying???? That was the ultimate stab in the heart and I hated it but I LOVED IT. Taika Waititi you're a fricking genius and I'm just I can't express how much I love this show.
Supernatural: Carry On (2020)
Dean is sharing his heaven with his abusive father XDDDDD
I can't I just I'm so disappointed and I'm laughing so hard. This was a disaster. I've made a rewatch of the whole series in 2 weeks before the finale, and for what XDDDDD.
