I would say a sincere effort is being made without raising any controversies (to be safe?) for a fact which was buried under. It is good that these kind of topics are being surfaced. Mithun role was excellet when he last remarked "welcome to politics" ! Churchill rightly remarked ""Power will go to the hands of rascals, rogues, freebooters; all Indian leaders will be of low caliber and men of straw. They will have sweet tongues and silly hearts. They will fight amongst themselves for power and India will be lost in political squabbles. A day would come when even air and water would be taxed in India." This was just when India became independent. We need visionary people which we lack a big time. Perhaps we are also fail as a "public" to find a good "leader". Congrats!

Critical Slap on our Poor Mentality

This is beautiful presentation on how we reach on moon on one hand and still have Kala bander Monkey in our minds. Superb critics on our life and beliefs! Bravo Rakesh for making this. Can't we come out of such bias and lead to real progress and improvement? Are politicians to be blamed or it is WE who elect them? (Or not elect?) "Jalebi" character and respect to "Shabri", role of "Gobar" and his view of accepting two coins and everything else was great. Music for two songs "masakali" and "sasural genda phool" is great. Good trendsetter film. Quality of recent movies have recently improved and appeal to heart or mind. Abhishek is improving a lot. Sonam looks fresh like the white pigeon !

i have watched this movie and highly appreciate stunning work by the team. though real story might be different, the director have left no effort in every frame. songs, picturisation, script everything is so perfect. real professionals work. generations will remember this movie

i have seen movie and bought video casette. we enjoyed the movie and felt this is a MUST see for every good family who believe in traditional values. It reminds of Ramayana. With modern values. It gives clear message about how to deal with family problems and how to control ego and how to develop let-go feelings within family members. We have preserved video just in case any dispute arise between family members, we will see the movie and get back normal unity. hats off for such a daring movie. it may be commercial failure. but these clean movies are welcome.
