Piranha 3DD (2012)

EXACTLY what you want, if you are looking for a silly horror comedy!

This movie isn't very good, but it doesn't need to be. If I was scoring by fun, I would give it 7 stars! However, let's get real, it's a 4 I rounded up to a solid 5 because it delivered on all fronts in terms of campy horror elements and had a protagonist who was played just well enough by the female lead to keep me invested enough to keep me watching, and laughing, long after the credits rolled.

If you are looking for ONE type of movie, this is a winner!! If not, don't bother.

Gabby's Dollhouse (2021– )

Impressively good

I'm a 39 year old man who likes Horror movies and heavy metal, but I was introduced to Gabby's Dollhouse by my pre-K daughter. I have been incredibly impressed with the quality of the show. The little girl who plays Gabby is so good that it feels truly genuine, even when it's a bit cheesy. I highly recommend to picky parents who want to watch something with their little one.
