The Walking Dead (2010–2022)

Never have I ever seen a show with such an unlikable cast!

Before I started watching this show, my brother got me into the video game with Lee and Clementine. Who are two very likable characters. I enjoyed the game so much that my brother got me watching the show, but he first wanted me to play the game. The two characters in the game are more likable than the multiple characters portrayed on the show.

The only likable characters on the show for me personally was Daryl, Glenn and Michonne.

Glenn was funny, goofy and SO innocent. He's one of the men you stick with if crap hit the fan.

Daryl may be abrupt but he's loyal and fun to watch. Every time he comes on the screen I get excited. He's a very enjoyable character and plus he's hilarious.

Michonne is strong and independent. I would take lessons from her.

I don't have much to say about Maggie. She's nothing without Glenn.

Like most fans, I can't stand Laurie. You can actually call her every name in the book and every reason would be valid. And you know the reasons why.

Rick comes across as very selfish and whiny. I can't stand it when he complains. He's the main character and I don't even care to say anymore.

Carols character is portrayed as if she doesn't even know who she is and a hypocrite for leaving the group in season 7 because she all of a sudden, "can't handle it." The same woman who had no problem burning two people alive and shooting a little girl! Okay?

Shane was killing people for the wrong reasons and was even more selfish than Rick was. He couldn't be trusted.

Dale always stuck his nose where it didn't belong.

And lastly we have Carl... my least favorite character on the show. He has a very superficial look to him with a personality that matches perfectly. I don't like him. Think about Daryl for a second, we root for a grown ass man to survive the most out of the entire cast members including a 12 year old boy, hahaha!! I think that proves my point about Carl. I even root for Clementine more than Lee in the game! That's how unlikable they made Carl.

The characters are so annoying, most of them. I'll stick to the game. It has a better story and more likable characters. Hopefully they bring it to life someday. Who knows?

Ever since that stupid cliffhanger the show started getting repetitive. Everything before that was gold. (Yes I can't stand the characters but at least the story was somewhat decent) I stopped watching after Rick left because what's the point now? Rant over.

The Winchesters (2022–2023)

I can't believe Jensen Ackles thought this was a good idea. I'm also stunned at what I'm observing while watching the show, I thought John and Mary met outside a movie theater and got coffee or something? At least that's what Dean was written to tell Mary when he actually met her for the first time.

The clothing is a bit off.. I have TONS of pictures of my parents (full body images) who dressed nothing like how they decided to dress these characters. This is the 70s not the 90s... and why does John and Mary look like actual teenagers? Their eldest son was born in 1979 and Mary in supernatural was for real a grown ass woman and here she's a kid.

Why didn't Jensen just do a prequel from the 90s and how Sam and Dean were raised by their father? Shoving them at Bobby's once in a while and maybe have Jensen do a scene with baby Sam because he went back to change something in their past...

^^^ I'm not even a screen writer ... and I just came up with a better idea than what they're doing now...

House of Darkness (2022)

Sometimes slow can be fun, if you pay attention!

I really enjoyed this actually! Justin Long and Kate Bosworth are some seriously good actors. They really put on a show! I understand there was a ton of conversation and it's pretty fair to say this was incredibly slow. I can understand that. But sometimes slow is good. This held pretty solid build up and while it was predictable I also considered this to be a classic long stretch of tales from the crypt type of story. So I really enjoyed the aspect of that and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen. Even if I knew there was clearly something off about Mina you still don't know exactly what it may be! The ending was great and a classic! The acting was also incredibly good as expected.

He's Just Not That Into You (2009)

I couldn't comprehend the story between Alex and Gigi. Alex was "teaching" her the different techniques of Men's actions. But when he finds out Gigi catches on with the signs he (unsuspectingly gives her I guess?????) he tells her off in strong manner of how he's not into her and why and then realizes he actually DOES like her and tells her "you are my exception". WHATTTTTT

SO. You're telling me AFTER ALL THAT he falls for an obsessive girl who made herself look like an absolute fool who randomly jumps on top of him to make out with him?? If he did that to her she would've called that assault!

I mean did he like her and didn't know how to express himself? Did Gigi telling him off turn him on or something?

You basically taught us that men don't know what they want unless the girl acts a fool? I am genuinely so confused about this message... no one in their right mind would magically fall in love with someone after doing what Gigi did in that scene. I won't be convinced unless it happens to me. Or I see it happen to someone with my own eyes. And I know a lot of people in many different groups and never experienced anything similar. It was so unrealistic. That would never happen in real life.

I love Justin Long tho. Great actor.

You just know it's going to be poor. The original had real talent involved. Ryan Reynolds, Alanna Ubach, Anna Faris and of course my favorite JUSTIN LONG. Etc.

But... I'm sorry when I see names like Danneel Ackles etc... it's like your dad coming home with Stax instead of Pringles...

I'm a big fan of Justin Long and decided to give this movie a go! And I did not regret. Man that guy can act! I never seen a movie he was involved in that I did not like. But that's because he's the real deal when it comes to acting.

Putting that aside the movie had some real funny moments. The most accurate scene was when she told the chefs they had one more table towards the end of the night when they just finished cleaning the kitchen! My brother and I were for real cracking up! Pretty fun film! I'd say solid 7/10!

Jeepers Creepers III (2017)

Jeepers creepers is one of my favorite horror films

And you know what? I even enjoyed the second one!

(Not to mention I'm a massive fan of Justin Long because he's a wonderful actor and he's a horror icon in the acting industry. I have yet to see a horror film he was in that I did not like. And I even liked his other films of other genres.)

So because I enjoyed the first 2 movies soooo much! I was DEEPLY excited for this one! But.... Heh.. even watching the trailer I just knew ... "this is not going to be a good horror flick.."

But because I love this small franchise I watched it anyway just to see what it was all about. As most of the accurate reviews have already pointed out, and knowing that most remakes and horror films in general these days have been so terrible to the point where I gave up hope in the horror genre. Just knowing that If we ever get to see a real good horror film it will be VERY VERY rare these days at this point.

With that being said, coming from a massive Jeepers Creepers fan.. I slowly sunk in my seat... and hated the entire movie. I am so disappointed I'm not even excited for Jeepers creepers reborn.

Supernatural: Carry On (2020) Season 15, Episode 20

Take a deep breath before reading this one.. cause I am beyond pissed!

Are we to believe that after everything Dean Winchester has been through, he dies of a rusty nail?!

The same man who took out a whole vamps nest on his own with no help by anyone, the same man who's been:

kicked Beat Bitten Stabbed Chocked KILLED

Dean Winchester was not portrayed as your average hunter. You can lock Dean in a room filled of vampires 10 times, and 10 out of 10 times he's walking out of that room alive! That's how Dean was portrayed.

And this is the ending they think he deserved? This was no "accidental death". It was a set up to kill a meaningful character we all loved and admired in the most insulting way possible. How about he dies saving Sam? Imagine the more powerful impact that would've been to the fans. Imagine how much more sense it would've made! But no the writers refuse to put any meaningful thought into their work. They didn't care. They slapped us in the face and said "the hell with a proper ending. Let's just use this and get on with our lives!"

I'm sorry but no.. you invited 15 years! The FANS invested 15 years into this show because we were loyal and we loved the brothers. And this is how you decide to take one of them out?

Dean deserved better. He deserved to be with his brother and his nephew. That would've been the ending he deserved.

He always said he wanted to go out swinging. Who cares! It doesn't matter what Dean Winchester thought he deserved! What matters is that he should've got what he DID DESERVE.

Halloween Kills (2021)

If I'm cringing, then it's not a good movie.

I cannot believe how poorly written and thought out this movie is. The acting was horrendous even In the flashback. I'm a massive Halloween fan. And it's frustrating to see many people defend this. My cousin asked what I was expecting.. are you kidding me? There are plenty of horror films that recently came out that treated the genre with respect. This movie is a slap in the face to John Carpenter's original Halloween fans. They tell you "don't think too much and just enjoy it!" I couldn't help but think about all the bad I've watched through. Because there's more negative than positives. I've seen tons of Horror movies and I can forgive a lot. But this is just ridiculous.

All the complaints you see on YouTube, social media, here on IMDB ... these aren't nitpicks ... they are legitimate arguments..

Nitpicking is "oh I don't like the way the light is shining on his mask". Or "Mmm he's walking too fast, I don't like it". THATS nitpicking..

But the acting, the way the characters talk and portray their roles, the storyline, the camera editing.... yes. Those are fair arguments. And because you guys want to defend it, we're gonna keep getting bad horror films/remakes. And the dialogue is just..... I think I've said enough. If you dislike this comment and actually liked the movie. That's fine. I guess you don't care about the story. You just like slasher films.

Always expect the most. Never settle for less.

Damn what's with all the hate? This is a great horror film! Everyone is asking too many questions! Just enjoy it! Damn.

Everything was literally explained! Since you guys didn't pay attention to the movie I guess I have to be the smart one and answer these questions for you. (Since ya'll didn't pay attention)

What is it? It's a flesh eating creature that comes out every 23rd spring for 23 years.

Why does it drive a truck? It drives a truck and dresses like a man so it can hide its true form and scare you so it can smell your fear. To see what it wants inside you.

Where does it come from? We don't know. That's supposed to be the scary part! Sometimes it's scarier that way. If I saw something that I don't know wtf it is... that would realistically scare the shit out of me.

Etc. Etc. Etc.

You see. Your questions are answered. So simple. This was a great horror film. Yes the characters did something very stupid. But you know. It is what is it. Pay attention next time. Or don't think too much. Maybe you'll enjoy it more. ;)

Walker (2021–2024)

What was the point?

Those who are giving this a 10/10 are all family members, friends and massive supernatural fans. I myself am a supernatural fanatic. But I cannot give Jared a free pass on this one. I am true to my opinions. They completely ruined an iconic television show of the 90s. I LOVED Chuck Norris and Jared just isn't doing it. For anyone. He was great on supernatural but that's only because he was so connected to Sam Winchester to the point where he practically WAS Sam. But he truly can't act. They ended Supernatural way too late. And that ruined Jared.

Why can't Hollywood just take their work seriously? It's getting annoying. If you wanted to do a reboot you could've came up with a better story. And a better casting.

Writers, screen directors, producers, castings... hell.. THE PEOPLE OF HOLLYWOOD... you're supposed to be professionals.. so.. why are we not taking our work seriously?? Your audiences opinions matter. YES they matter! I'd start taking our advice. Because seriously damn.

The Office (2005–2013)

Soul (2020)

This movie opened my mind

As someone who's battling depression and trying to find a purpose in life, Soul has helped me with that. It felt like watching an hour of therapy. I have goals in life and this film moved me to fight so I can achieve them.

Supernatural (2005–2020)

Rating this a 5 because it's half great, half horrific

The first 5 seasons of this show were absolutely fantastic and if it ended there this show would've been a memorable one. But they dragged it out for far too long for it to even gain a proper ending. It's also very underrated for that reason alone.

There's a reason why franchises like Harry Potter or Breaking Bad for quick example are absolutely flawless. It's because the creators of those series ended them without stretching out the story and trying so hard to come up with pointless plots that ruin the character development.

For example.. Metatron kills Dean at the end of season 9 and he became a true hateful villain during the 10th season. All of a sudden in season 11 he sides with Sam and Dean in effort to stop Amara. Im supposed to hate metatron, why am I liking him all of a sudden??? That is not character development... that is ignoring who the character actually IS. He kills Dean and Sam just "okay let's ask Metatron for help!" That's not something you forgive and forget and just move on from. Wtf? But oh when Dean gets mad at Cass let's ignore him and give him the silent treatment whenever they actually needed his help multiple times. Sure they faced Amara who was a huge problem but trust the monster who killed Dean. Makes perfect sense right? Okay I can buy into that. NOT. Nothing in this show is realistic or makes any sense at all anymore.

Oh and I hate when people say "so demons and monsters that go bump in the night is realistic to you but not a character that can go from bad to good?" Like listen morons... The point of having villains at all is to HAVE AN ACTUAL STORY. So YES everything else in the show does make sense because that is the purpose of what Sam and Dean are fighting. Demons, ghosts, werewolves, vampires etc, you need all that to have this kind of story. It's THEIR world! And they did it WRONG with Metatron THATS MY POINT. Metatrons character was a villain and he was supposed to stay a villain. But because they wanted to drag this series they literally ruined his character when they had a chance to end the season using him. It's like what's the point of even making him a villain in the first place? Even Sam said it himself. "You killed my brother!" But okay let's team up with him 🙄 because that makes sense. Not.

Also, you need to know when to end your project/work, so it has proper substance, meaning, character development and most importantly of all, a proper ending. And supernatural had so many chances to pull that off. It should've been season 5 or at least season 10. The show lost itself after that. And because they decided to stretch it... the story of Sam and Dean no longer had a meaning anymore and lost its purpose for the reason they were hunting in the first place. Bringing the mother back was a big mistake. That's where it became meaningless. What a stupid idea.

Breaking Bad (2008–2013)

YEAH SCIENCE!!!!

This is the best series I have ever watched. It is perfectly written. The tension is spot on and it has meaningful substance. A lot of show writers can learn from this show. It's just impressive. Give it a chance and you'll see what everyone else is talking about.

Honestly... if you don't think this is a fantastically well written show then you have horrible horrible taste in television quality period. I completely understand everyone has their own opinions but I draw the line when it comes to Breaking Bad when someone tells me it's "boring" or "overrated". How someone can write a bad review on this show is beyond my understanding. It's literally the best goddamn show I have ever watched. And I've finished a lot of shows in my down time. They couldn't have ended it any more brilliantly. Especially after all that amazing build up.

Big Trick Energy (2021)

Hear me out, because I truly do not want to put these guys down. But I really have to say... It's not that they're trying to "copy" the jokers. It's the fact that they're trying to be funny LIKE the jokers. And it's not working and extremely cringe worthy. Q, Murr, Sal and Joe have a very special bond that is 100% clearly real. You can absolutely see it. These guys are clearly trying way too hard, where the jokers aren't acting and don't even have to try. I don't like that they're calling one of the guys "fearless" because that's what Joe is known for. And saying the other "has great hair" because as we all know Joe, Murr and Q say Sal has the best hair of the four of them. I'm not over thinking it. It's just small details that I've picked up and It turned me off completely. Especially their intro where they're calling themselves "idiots" it's just too many Impractical Jokers vibes and I don't like it. Those four amazing legends (the jokers) have worked so hard to get to where they are. And the fact that these magicians are trying to imitate their characteristic traits is not doing it for me. I watched the first 3 episodes and I've already seen enough. I understand everyone has their own views and opinions, but If you're giving this show a 10/10 you're either a terrible judge of good comedy or you personally know these guys and just trying to help them look good.

Impractical Jokers (2011– )

The haters can literally take a hike

I've watched all of The Office, all of Friends, all of The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Seinfeld, The Big Bang Theory.. a load ton of Ridiculousness etc, etc... absolutely NOTHING has made me laugh the way Impractical Jokers has made me laugh. One time I laughed SO HARD I was gagging. I never comment on anything but these four men are the epitome of comedy. And if you totally disagree with me than you have no sense of humor whatsoever, you don't know how to laugh, and take things far too seriously in life. This is pure gold. It's absolutely hysterical and I highly recommend it to everyone reading this. When this show ends, good tv in itself will officially end.
