Season 2 Ruins everything!

Season 1 was quite fun to watch, eventhou i didnt like the 'cheating' part by altering the decoy. The tacos one was the worse bcs come on, that was unfair!

Well i could still watch the rest of the episodes. Still.. so annoying that they had to 'ruin' the decoys to make their supposedly 'hyper realistic' cakes looked better (?!)

Isn't the purpose of the show to fool the judges because your cake looked exactly like the real thing???

Season 2 is the worst!!

OMG. Almost everyone cheated! What's the point?

Especially this one contestant, made me so frustrated She went as far as painted the whole decoys to look exactly like her (not so) realistic cake. She couldnt color matched the kettle (it was blue kettle but her cake didnt look like the real one at all) and she just painted the real kettles black to match her cake. Like what the ?? Funny thing was, when they cut the cake, the fondant was still blue .. she just painted over it

What's the point ....... She did it almost all the time! Or maybe all the time?

She painted the printer to look ugly so her cake didnt look ugly compares to those ugly (painted) real printers She painted all 3 kettles (decoys) to match her cake bcs she couldnt make her cake looked real!! This was too far.. And the helmet cake ?? Not even finished. And yet she got to semi final??

Not only that, the contestants also burned, torched, modified, painted, ruined the decoys to match their (not so) realistic cakes. Ppft ..

They should've changed the title into 'alter your decoy to look like cake!'

If i only watched this season, i would have given this show 1 star n never watched it again But since i had lots of free time, i watched all seasons ..

Season 3, they finally stopped this nonsense altering decoy thing. I guess bcs so many people complained about it. Then you can see that those bakers were very talented.

It was better than those 2 seasons!

I guess the movie try to be meta and self aware or something but it's so meh. The story doesn't make sense. General slasher like come on nothing new? The killer is always supernatural being. Can just teleport, can't be killed m, can control space and time, do whatever they want, bla blabla boring boring boring. They are not human. Am yawning n reading comic while having this movie in the background. Yes it is that boring.

It's like starwars all over again, trying to pass the legacy to the new generation by killing the old casts. And oh! The tara girl, so cool she survives all the time, what a strong plot armor!

Yeah, watch it if you have nothing better to do but skip it if u dont wanna get bored n losing some braincells Sadly a new fresh movie is such a rare treasure right now ....

Christmas as Usual (2023)

I can relate a bit with this story bcs i am an asian who got married with European guy. However i have met European families too before, also during Christmas and this movie pictures the family so weird. It's like everyone is weird. The Indian guy is rude, the fiance is like a stone (no character), everyone else also flat.

Seems kinda force to be 'perfect' family How come she is not having any personality at all when she is with the family?

And the ex, why he keeps coming to her? Weird.

I guess the MC is just unlikeable so the movie becomes also unlikeable ..

Weird.. Idk, this is wasting my time....

One Piece (2023– )

It's good and visually pleasing but the story ...

I love how the series make it more real n more believable. The visual is sooo beautiful. The same as the manga. Hat off for the visual team! However, when it comes to the story, am a bit disappointed. The series only have 8 episodes but they manage to make it feel so slow. The fight scene is kinda boring. The buggy scene.. the syrup village scene, everything is done in a house, or a room, not in the village. Like hide and seek scene. I mean, it's still possible to make the fight scene better especially because in the manga, mostly filled with fight scene.

I just feel a BIG part of 'one piece' is missing. I wont say it's bad. It's okey. I can still watch it but it makes me sleepy watching it because how boring the dragging can be. Oh well. It's not the worst and i love how everything looks. And i also like the fact that all characters change clothes.. because we do change clothes in real life.

The characters, especially Zoro.. i just dont feel like it's Zoro. He is too one dimentional. Well, i am a big fan of Zoro in the manga!! So much!! Sadly i dont feel like watching him here..

Nami is soo robotic. So flat.. And Where is Genzo story?? Now Nami's tatto doesnt mean anything. Ppft. I understand it doesn't have to be exactly the same but why change the storyline that has meaning to the main story?? I dont hate it. I dont love it. Am neutral. Just dont feel like watching one piece.

For the people who thinks, it doesnt have to be the same, blablabla. Yes it doesn't. I agree. However, many story get cut from the manga to fit with the live action's timeline and i don't really get bothered by it. But removing fight scenes? Important small details like genzo's story? That's a lot. Plus, my husband is not even watching the anime nor reading the manga, and he feels bored most of the time.

PS : am a manga reader. I watched the anime but not all eps bcs the phasing is way slower than the manga so i compare the live action to the manga a.k.a the OG. And now i just want to read it all over again from chapter 1 bcs it's just that good.

I feel so tired just watching this. The serial killer is annoying, the MAIN character is even more annoying, the police woman is annoying The characters in this series are the worse. I dont know. I guess slasher movie with no good plot is still more enjoyable to watch than this. They try to be smart i guess??? But nah. This is not worth my time.. so we are supposed to root for the main character? She is supposedly a genius but once having s*x with a guy she becomes stup*d beyond believe. She is oke to date a guy who arranges gang r*pe on her???? What is this story??? I cant wait for her character to just die .. really. Just stop talking woman. The only thing i am sad about this is thay she doesnt just die in the series and then maybe it will be watchable again :)

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (2023)

Such an amazing experience

I love this movie! I love to see so many spider people, i love how they explain the multiverse. Imho, the story is a bit dragging however it might be this way to set up the second one next year. I don't mind to sit for 2 hours in the cinema and i enjoy every second of it. I love the artstyle.. seriously! Lately, with all the boring movie from disn*y and the gloomy theme they choose, this one feels like a fresh air. At least to me. So beautifully drawn, so colorful and yeah.. even when some part of it can be bit boring, i still can't keep my eyes off this movie. It's worth to watch. I am hoping to watch it again next year in the cinema. It's worth every penny.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018)

Amazingly fun movie !!

I didn't expect animation movie especially superhero movie can be this entertaining!! I got to be honest, am tired of mcu and superhero theme film nowadays but i give this movie a chance bcs .. well, look at the artstyle !!! Soo sooo sooo beautiful. The story is very good, characters are lovable, everything is good. Again.. especially the artstyle !! OMG ! As a graphic designer, i can't keep my eyes off this movie's colorful animation.. such a fresh air. I've watched both movies and both are good ! Seriously.. watch it.. give it a try. It's entertaining, no politic stuff that dictates you. I can feel how much care this movie is given by the makers. Keep it up ! I don't mind to rewatch it again n again bcs it's just too beautiful..

Yawning and boring

Oh my god. Am so bored watch this. Maybe the intention is to make it slow burn but it does successfully making me falling asleep. The story is oke i guess. So many many flaws and so many things that are nonsense. This is more like that awful movie 'orphan' the father never sees the bad side of the kids. And well, ending up dies. The idea is quite similar with religion stuff in it. I dont know what to say to make this review 500 characters however am so bored watching this. It feels like punishment ... and at the end, they are innocent? Come on they aren't. They are not well in the head. It's not up to them to punish people. They aren't God. Idk. Dont waste your time.

Orphan (2009)

I watched this the first time in 2009. I remembered it was not this bad. Rewatching it now really wasted my time. Everybody in this movie was just so plain stupid. The father, the mother.. ugh. The idea was good i guess but the movie was super cringe! I mean, the father was not at all believing the wife ?? He trusted some girl he just knew over the wife? Well i was so happy when he got killed by the 'kid'. The mother? Oke she was more aware of this 'kid' but again. Always too late. The last scene cringed me so bad !! So the police was already there in the house and instead of going to them she went behind her house ?? WHY ???? To have the scene on the lake??? Ppftt. No logic. Felt so tired to watch this. The twist didnt change a thing actually. She was still blood thirsty killer no matter how old she was ... overall, good idea bad execution.

The beginning was slow but good. The movie tried to make the MC looked like she had gone crazy. I knew it was about kids that either she killed or abandoned. Apparently, she abandoned the kids bcs the father was bad and now the kids coming back to her perfect life with definitely bad intention. It's like those ppl who blamed everything that happened to them were their mother's fault. Also the mother left bcs allegedly the man before was dangerous and thought she left the kids (whom she didnt want) with their aunt. I knoww the kids got abandonment issues, and the mother did bad things, didnt really make them have the right to kill the new family. The son made the new son either killed or injured a bully. The daughter got so jealous to the new daughter and she seemed to be insane. In a way, it was good for her to leave them bcs they are bad people. They are murderer. No sympathy at all to those kids. Well she left her new kids too but what could you do. Weird movie. I guess they tried to make it looked like 'jordan pelle's' movie or something. But it's failed. Failed miserably. Sorry not sorry.

OMG.. i thought it would be somewhat decent, the first 2 episodes were okay and i assumed it would be supernatural or ghost or something. What was the point of all the ladies gathering around playing ouija and didnt close it? Such a waste of time. I was thinking this series could be way shorter since we didnt really have to watch all the 'filler'. Yeah so many party scenes that lasted too long. Dont even get me started with the ending. The ending??? It was so bad. -10000 out of 10. Come on BBC. Couldn't you make better ending that at least make sense? Everyone is free. All the phyco is happy walking around the earth. Weird. How come all the evidence just poooffff disappeared like ninja. And again, all the other kids in this series acted like criminals. Is that how kids behaving this day?? The hospital scene also didnt make sense. Ah. Everything went so so bad from episode 2. So boring so unlikeable so annoying so stupid. The message from this series is : the darkweb is God and rules the world! They are everywhere in every device! .... And also.. Police in this universe didnt exist.

Come on.

Should have gone with the supernatural idea. So it wont matter that much when it doesnt make sense..

I think i watched it when it came out 15 years ago. Me myself was a teenager so i was thinking it was pretty scary but didnt have good story. Now watching it again on netfl*x, i realize that this movie is sooo dumb. Omg. I can't even put it on senteces. So many dumb moves and so many dumb decisions the characters do that really irrational. And the evil killer, really??? Is he invisiblw or something. A big fancy hotel doesnt have security cameras? I used to worked in a hotel n it was less fancy than this one, we did have a lot of cameras in the alley. Ofc so easy to track where the h*ll that cleaning lady last went. The bell boy so innocently goes into the room following the 'suspicious guy' in the locked room, that would be weird. At least should have reported it first with his walku talky to the front guy. And again, the police????? Are you kidding me?! This kinda serial killer escaped and he was that obsesed w that girl didnt even notice her or her family??! And the family???? Really not even bothered to call or pick up the girl just bcs they wanted her to enjoy the night?? Omg. If there is a murderer running lose, who really obssessed w my niece, i dont care what the police say about his whereabout, i would drag my niece'a as* back home to safety n alert the hotel. And now all her friends died, can u imagine what kinda trauma she would have? She might even feel like kill*ng herself out of guilt. Good job uncle. At least she had fun in prom night! ;) Jezzzz.. this is just a garbage movie and dont watch it guys. Dont waste your precious time like i did.

Alice in Borderland (2020– )

I love the manga and read it all Then when netflix made the series i was afraid they would change it into some political nonsense .. am glad they didnt.

Tbh, i like the manga better than the series, however the manga has 60-+ chapters and the series only has 2 seasons. The characters in the series are bit less deep compare to the manga but again, it's acceptable. The ending in manga makes more sense than in the series but i still like it.

Again, i cant stress enough that i am glad it respects the source material and not turn it into drag** ball Z disaster.

Recommended. Should watch it and also should read the manga. If you live survival theme, u'll love it!

The story doesnt make sense. Every character seems unreal and so entitled really. Lazy writing. I have no sympathy at all watching this. The teenager is stupid and did something stupid and then they never spoke about it. Oh well in real life she would have trown out from the house i guess. The wife is so entitled, doing nothing but going to this fancy club. Blah. Really it's so bad. People didnt act real at all. And the part of 'base on true story' has so little to do with this. Kinda tired of writers putting 'based on true story' and it's actually not.. isn't it a lie? Omg netflix.. do better.

Ek Villain Returns (2022)

First of all i don't understand how the reviews are mostly either 10 or 1. So i gave it a chance. Apparently i agreed with the 1. I guess 1 is too good. And it makes me feel suspicious with all the 10 stars now. The story goes backward and forward all the time. Seems so confusing although am not confused. Then the actors, so not believable as human being. They want to make such a super human or something. It gets old lah. So easy to become super human apparently. Then it's just so funny. The love story is not entertaining. No reason at all to have some feeling toward those characters. The evil woman is just like a psycho p**n actress i guess.. but her acting seems so force. Idk. Doesnt make sense. Not likable at all. So many scenes are when it's raining. Bcs rain makes everything more dramatic i guess. Oh also the music OMG makes me wanna cover my ears.. so bad.. Soap opera on TV is better than this garbag*. Sorry not sorry. Dont watch it unless u are into torturing yourself for 2 hours.

It's seriously nonsense. I dont get the direction of this movie. Who do i need to feel sympathetic? The female character is so bizarrely stupid and acts so stupid. She is more like ungrateful lil b****. The boss lady is kinda nice to her and she feels like she is enslaved. She has 6 months paid holidays n she has to do exercise for the pregnancy n boo hoo 'am enslaved!!' And why robbing n killing the lady at the end? She'll be in jail definitely. Yeah the price an opportunist needs to pay. Haha.

That's so stupid It's just wasting time to watch this. I guess i am losing braincell watching this. Just skip it. It's boring n stupid.

It's really slow And it's not making me want to know whats gonna happen. I've binge watched it n got bored so fast. The first episode was oke i guess Then it got so slow. They ONLY focus on the main character's past n that's it. Should have made her a single woman instead of married woman. No story there. They show her having a kid (that she doesnt care at all). She chooses to sacrifice herself to meet her missing sister and yet abandons her own kid. Abandons her husband, her entire life. So many loose ends. So many unresolved stories. Weird plot. The ending is very boring. Boring boring boring.

The ending pissed me off Let's just let a murderer walked bcs he took revenge by his own and killed the wrong person His own friend Haha st*pid Now the friend's son is left alone without a father and the murderer lives happily n freely Yey. Good message.

Just one word.. Flat.

The joke is so flat The details are missing The house looks too clean for an old house Looks too new Everybody looks so clean n beautiful The way they talk also very modern Nothing represent their era at all.

Is it that difficult to do a tinny bit research on how those ppl should look... :( This is bothering me so much. Just like watching modern ppl in costume.

The chemistry between the couple doesn't exist Just not believable So disappointed bcs i watched it w open mind and hoping to be able to enjoy the 'extended version' of the original

Dont wanna compare but i couldn't help it I just found out about this show n watched it because i do love the UK version n kinda wanna watch something similar to it.

Really couldn't bear the story.

Been a big fan of Horrible Histories (both books n series) and then watched BBC Ghosts and then this US version.. It's like night and day.. Maybe some ppl would like it but it aint for me

Well don't waste your precious time .. It's so weird So flawed Lazy writing And i just had so many questions 1. How come the husband is NOT punished for leaving his kid with a SERIAL KILLER who ended up ATE her in the jail.

2. How the serial killer KILLED and ATE the daughter in the jail 3. How did Emma mutilated and moved the body of her victim, and cleaned up after? Giving the fact that she is 9 yo 4. How this evil kid fooled all the POLICE FORCE ????

5. How come the husband trusts this ex family killer to be around his family ... 6. How come the husband is the therapist 7. How can a kid overpowered 2 adult men so easily and yet struggling with Anna

Actually this series is just a joke I guess the writer hates kids .. ha

Oh well.

I tell you this.. just skip it.

First of all, i know it's B movie so i don't expect much Then, the super shaky camera (first person perspective) only makes it worse.

Too shaky

The scene in the bus, the windows are super bright so you cant see anything outside. Maybe they dont have enough budget to actually ride the bus on the street.. It just seems weird to drive with super bright windows that look completely white.

How can you drive when it's super bright outside??

They show the scenery outside only when they arrive.

And the bus is always shaky somehow eventhou the street is kinda normal n smooth.

And the worse one is the main character Super duper selfish and punchable The whole movie i just want her to die Well or got punch in the face 100x She is useless and puts everyone in danger all the time.

The infected is also not believable

Just skip the movie I watched it so u dont have to.

Well technically i didnt finish it bcs it's like getting tortured

I dont know how the model industry works, but watching this doesn't make it look nice either.

So much toxic and looks like it's already 'planned' who will be the winner.

So many 'bad' pictures look like someone chooses that bad picture on purpose to make the girls eliminated.

So many unnecessary drama between the judges And it makes the models look like they have no power or consent.

"Oh you are a model, so shut your mouth and do whatever we want!" "Don't you dare to speak up!!" Ppft.

The photoshoots are so so. Sometimes good sometimes look so cheap

If you want to watch it for the drama, you'll be entertained But for the talent show? Nah.

I guess this show gets old badly like milk. Watched it when i was a teenager and now i am 30, oh boy.. what a different show!
