Beautiful Disaster (2023)
Never read the books but loved the film!
Never read the books but extremely enjoyed the film. It's quirky, funny and charming all while
Being kinda sexy. The characters actually have character and the tone of the film is spot on. Nothings worst than a film that takes itself too seriously or glamourises toxic relationships. (Like majority of the the globally successful romance series. I'm surprised that the writer/director made a film that I found so enjoyable when after we collided was so unenjoyable. It also doesn't follow the stereotypical theme of fight for no reason - makeup sex - fight - sex and so so on. The love scenes are actually fun and kinda hot.
Maladies (2012)
unusal, underrated and unique.
The film itself differs from most films but underneath its surprising entertaining and at times very funny. James Franco is an absolute astonishing talent of an actor as well as the rest of the cast. More people should watch this film as it opens up the every day struggles of mental illness. I laughed, i cried and i was never bored despite the slow-pace of the film; ive come away feeling satisfied. Overall i would recommend to anyone who has experienced mental illness or even anyone who has a enhanced understanding of what it actually means to be cursed with a bad mental health.
After We Fell (2021)
After we fell defiantly let the book down
The film was just a collection of random scenes with no context or any creative transition. Everything felt staged and acted and with very poor cinematography. The film lacked important information that would make everything very confusing for the only film watchers. The film would of been much more intriging and enjoyable if they added a couple of montages and focused more on relevant and interesting plots and arch's .
