Den skaldede frisør (2012)
Heart warming experience
I originally watched this movie because I have a film (writer)coming out with English subtitles and I wanted to experience watching a film with subtitles. What I experienced was a heart-warming and totally enjoyable experience. It has a wonderful blend of romance, drama, comedy and that acting was fantastic. There are lots of unexpected twists and fantastic subplots. The characters are well developed and the pacing is perfect. Never a dull moment. I would highly recommend to anyone with a heartbeat! I would watch again. Sorry I didn't dvr this gem but I'll be sure to dvr an upcoming showing. Watch this with someone you love and double the experience. Highly recommend.
Santa's Dog (2012)
Hercules Rocks!
Great family holiday film! Kids will love it. Unfortunately there are always a few deadbeats who love to trash films and everyone associated with them but pay them no mind. They obviously have to much time on their sad hands. Trashing children's films? Ba- Humbug! The actors all did a great job and Mackenzie Phillips, Marc McClure and Richard VanVleet are really funny. George McGuire plays a fantastic and warm hearted Santa. Anthony Robinson as the orphan Max Moogle was terrific and Danny Arroyo gives a great performance. Delivers a nice positive message for the kids and Hercules is a very lovable dog. But perhaps not for those nasty few who root for Scrooge in the movies! Give it a try for more then ten minutes - you won't be disappointed.
