Would find it very difficult to finf a cast as bad as this. Another flop that is full of bit part actors who cannot act and all believe they should be the lead. The overacting is palpable.

The script is appalling, no continuity, with time fillers throughout for a very, very basic story.

Every role, every character, is so false and transparent, it would be hard nnot to laugh as most of the actors lines made them smirk and grimace.

Not just continuity. The number of times the two Judges and Daughter lawyer know nothing about law that is known by everybody on the planet, is unbearable. I had to leave this series a few times, and then return to it. Raphaël an experienced killer, is made to look like an infant at times. This could be bad coaching or just poor acting. Contrived scenes aside, The brother (of Ludovic) is far too good an actor to be cast in this series. The second season is even worse.

Really?

Opening episode. Consitently told how wonderfule and beautiful she is children, friends. Well, no: families do not behave like this. If anything, the Mother should not need constant reassurance from her children. Very very poor continuity. She's a lawyer, wears the same outfit for the whole week. Before Joey Star complements her on her cooking, they should have panned away from the instant spaghetti. She does nothing, washing, cooking, shopping. Which begs the question, who does all the housework? She doesn't have a clue for a lawyer. The imbecilic things she does. Husbands car numberplate, nope, not a clue, not a letter or number. Could be just poor continuity and directing. Too predictable and too much padding out. Two episodes required max.

I have viewed a lot of films. There appears to be a distortion of perception here. Not everybody in the world is obese. It ruins any credibility the script could have had.

Poor Acting

This film suffers from what most American series, sitcoms, movies suffer from. The actors can't divorce themselves from believing they are all the hero. The damaged girl and the the couples child are the real stars. Sean Bean is humble enough to at least be credible in his role.

Here's how

I stopped watching this after the first few lines of dialogue.

"Looks like you've been having a good time". ??? It is not visible from her appearance, or surroundings.

"You know I don't like surprises"

Who could write such poor script?

Probably been written by some who hasn't been around kids, or doesn't have a family.

....Let's try this script writers...a little more realistic.

"Hello darling...."

"Hi Dad"

"Mummy O. K?"

"Yup, shall I bring anything?" before closing boot and entering abode.
