The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live: The Last Time (2024)
AN INCREDIBLE END TO RICK'S STORY
The series finale did seem rushed; Beale being killed, CRM plan being stopped and civilians finding out what CRM do - I think it would have been better for them to stop the CRMs plan & stop Beale in S2 but I get Andrew and Danai wanted a good ending for their characters. It was a shame about Thorne as I thought she would have helped Rick & Michonne but it wasn't meant to be :(
The final 5 mins were incredible and beautiful to watch, Rick back with his family after 8 long years.
I can only thank Andy and Danai for an incredible limited series and thank them for their portrayals, their characters will go down in TV history! Overall, I loved this spin-off and I'll definitely rewatch it in the future.
The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live: What We (2024)
Andrew and Danai are incredible!
Andrew and Danai's performances in this episode are incredible and they should get all of the awards for their performances these last 4 episodes.
Rick finally has to make a decision: to go back to the CRM or to go back home with Michonne? This episode got me in the feels with the callbacks to Carl once again.
Rick has stayed alive because of the dreams he has had about Carl and Michonne - I really hope Rick and Michonne have a happy ending as they deserve it so much! I can't believe we only have two episodes left, this show has been remarkable and I'm excited to see how their story will end. They made a very good decision turning this into a TV show instead of the 3 films they had planned.

GIVE ANDY THE EMMY
What an incredible episode of TV, one episode in and better than the other three spin-offs already!
Andrew Lincoln gives a superb performance in his first episode back as Rick Grimes. 6 years on and we get our answers to so many questions; what are A's & B's, what has Rick been up to, what has he had to do at the CRM and why he hasn't been able to escape and get back to his family.
I'm so glad they have finally embraced Rick losing his hand in the comics and that scene was incredible when it happened. Chris Tate did a remarkable performance as Okafor and his death was a massive shock, I love that they aren't afraid to have characters killed off already. Lesley as well another brilliant performance and I think she'll play a big part in Rick & Michonne's escape.
Cannot wait for this week's episode, we are in for a TREAT for these next 5 episodes!
Peaky Blinders: Lock and Key (2022)
end of the beginning
A fitting end for tommy!
A few unanswered questions but I'm sure they'll be wrapped up in the film.
So many incredible scenes; arthur's vengeance, tommy blowing up the house for lizzie, tommy & alfie, tommy killing micheal and tommy riding off on a white horse - poetic!
I was confused as to why finn would do what he did at arrow house & get himself kicked out of the family; duke was cool and I'm excited to see the future generation in the movie & what they have in store.
Overall, incredible series finale & end to the show. Bring on the Peaky film!
Peaky Blinders: Sapphire (2022)
"i'm not a devil but a mere mortal man"
Slower episode again but that ending makes up for the episode. A lot of conversations & quotes paralleled to earlier seasons which all makes sense.
Extremely scared for tommy when he has been told he has a year possibly 18 months left. I'm intrigued how the show will end. What is alfie's final act? Will michael get his revenge? Will jack get what he wants? Will mosley become PM and marry? So many things to unfold in the final two eps. Bring it on!
Peaky Blinders: Gold (2022)
weaker than the first two
It was a weaker episode than the first two; slightly confusing - definitely a filler episode. Ada was incredible; her foreshadowing for Tommy & the ending was so sad. You can see in this episode where Tommy is gonna go in these final few episodes. I am hoping it picks up and the last few are good especially with the finale in three weeks time.
Doctor Who: Flux: Chapter Six - The Vanquishers (2021)
all of that build up just for the dr to chuck it away
I've no words other than all the buildup for the dr to find out about her past and regain her memories wasted. Just for her to chuck it away the end.
Some alright humor, some okay scenes but i just feel bad for jodie, she really has been a great dr. The writing has just been poor.
Overall, flux storyline wasn't the best, only one good episode out of the whole storyline and that was the Weeping Angels episode. I can't wait for chibnall to go and for RTD to be at the helm! Too bad jodie has to go :(
Doctor Who: Flux: Chapter Four - Village of the Angels (2021)
Chibnall's best Dr Who episode
By far Chibnall's best Dr Who episode. It felt like the old Dr Who again even tho I'm still not feeling the origin story and who the Doctor is story arc. Other than that, it was a really good episode; it was scary, intriguing and the ending was a great shock too!
Looking forward to these final two episodes for the Flux storyline.
Dexter: New Blood: Cold Snap (2021)
Dexter Morgan is back!
Slow start to the reboot but the final 15 mins cranks up and makes up for it. Once a Serial Killer, always a Serial Killer.
This season is going to be bloody and sweet.
