To those who remember the classic Rugrats (pre Dil), wasn't watching it one of the greater times of the day? I grew up on that show, it was the very first cartoon I watched and loved. The characters are fun, they get into adventures, and they do this all behind their parents backs;) I loved coming home from school and watching this classic! Then, Dil comes. Personally, I don't like him that much, because he ruined some of the Rugrats adventures, but I still thought Rugrats was great. Kimi was okay, I really don't have a problem with her. She doesn't need to try and be Tommy, however. I miss the classic Rugrats and it's a great show for people of all ages. If only they showed it more...

Good....Until A Point

Don't get me wrong, I sometimes watch this cartoon. However, I have noticed a BIG change. It's Sponge Bob. How many of you noticed that BEFORE the Spongebob movie, he at least showed some signs of intelligence. Now he cries over spatula's and the laugh is so annoying! The whole Spongebob/Patrick "having" a baby clam is disturbing for people who really look into it. I'm not one to talk though. I loved the earliest episodes, they were fantastic. I wish they'd show them more instead of the new re-runs. The thing that gets me is that Nick overrated it. It wins every "Best Nicktoon" contest, they show it every day for at least 2 hours, and the merchandise is so overwhelming. I can see why people like it, but did Nick really have to kick out all the other good shows (ie. Rugrats, Hey Arnold, Wild Thornberrys, Rocko) just to show it? I think not.
