Selena & Yolanda: The Secrets Between Them (2024)
She's still lying...
Why wait until 1 year before she is eligible for parole to release this? We know. Why paint this false picture of Selena almost 30 years after her murder. We know. She is in jail for MURDER not being a "trustworthy" friend. Yes!!!! She was guilty right away. She KILLED Selena. "We can speculate on how the gun went off, but I wasn't there and you weren't there." Why was this production even allowed. I actually became more angry at Yolanda. She killed Selena. She is the one who bought the gun. She said she was scared for her life and that is why she bought the Gun. But was she scared for her life by Selena? I don't even believe the love letter from the doctor is real. I don't even believe the letter that was written to confirm Yolanda was assaulted is even real. She opened a lot of wounds by Selena's fans by doing this documentary. Wish Selena was still here. I still love her music.
Odd Girl Out (2005)
Truth.
I really like this movie because it shows the true nature of today's society in schools. Fortunately I never let girls get to me like that in high school. When I saw girls like Nikki and Stacey I ran the other direction. For those who are teenagers watching this movie, please know that it's real stuff and the struggle is real for a lot of children in our country. Usually stuff like this happens because girls think they are better than everyone else, or are jealous for one's looks, IQ, grades, friendship status....the list goes on.
Her Own Justice (2015)
UMMM..What did I just watch?
Spoiler... Okay...this movie is TWISTED. Literally twisted. I'm not sure what rating I should put so I put a 5 because it wasn't a bad movie but It wasn't a good one either. Where was justice? This is one of those movie that you keep watching because you wonder what's going to happen next or if the person is right or wrong. Twisted indeed.
Fugitive at 17 (2012)
I love this movie
This movie is my kind of movie. Suspense, Determination, True Friendship, Not giving up, Facing justice, Being justice. Holly didn't give up at all. She made sure the person was found. The thing that stood out the most is that she wasn't protecting herself and her own justice. She was focused on making sure the person who killed her best friend was put to justice. And Holly even put herself in danger's way to be a friend for her friend.
Tyler Perry's Boo 2! A Madea Halloween (2017)
I'm not sure
Spoiler: I watched this movie the other day. The part I didn't like is when Joe was in the car with Leah at the camp. And Joe asked her if she was a minor and she said she was. Then he made a sexual remark. That wasn't cool.
Overall this movie was funny, but Madea isn't as funny as Hattie. Hattie cracks me up.
The Bad Batch (2016)
Not to sure what I watched
I don't think this is a spoiler. What was the point of the making of this movie? I made it through the whole movie only because I fast forwarded the gruesome parts. I think the only thing I "liked" about this film was involving the little girl and the determination of Arlen. My heart sank for Arlen and everything she faced.
