Out of Sight (1998)
Why the uncredited rank for Keaton and Jackson?
This is a very good movie, if you read the book first. As any Elmore Leonard fan knows, the movies from his books are usually pretty bad. But with this cast, it was hard to mess it up.
"Out of Sight" was a great book and the movie won't disappoint. But the book does go into greater detail, as any book does. It's much easier understanding the movie if you read the book first.
Now my question;
Why were Michael Keaton and Samuel L. Jackson listed as "uncredited"? They were both famous in '98 and were in the movie. Pretty weird.

Paul McCartney: In the World Tonight (1997)
Title deceiving as to content
When I first heard of this DVD, I thought it may be footage from his concerts from around the world. Anyone who watches this will see it's just the opposite. The music is secondary to Paul letting everyone know how great he is and explaining how he makes his music. As Frank Zappa once said "Shut up and play your guitar" This DVD is good if you are looking for a documentary from a great artist. But if you want to see him perform, find another DVD of his live music. Some of the music is lip syncing and a little is him playing to a crowd. But most of the time he cuts in to let everyone know how he did what it is you are hearing.
Punch-Drunk Love (2002)
As Bad As A Movie Could Get
Of all the movies I have EVER watched, this movie ranks near the bottom. It makes very little sense, has slim action, and is just so unbelievably bad that it's even hard to describe. I got it from the video store and can't even believe I didn't turn it off. A total waste of a couple of hours of your time.
Rainbow Bridge (1972)
Hendrix at his worst
I bought this DVD hoping for a great Hendrix concert. I was way off. He only plays very litte and even appears drunk in a few scenes. And just when the music starts getting good, it ends suddenly. I thought it was a faulty DVD, returned it to the store and the next one was the same thing. If your really hard up for some Jimi, there is about 15 to 20 minutes, and that is it!!
