Gravity Falls: Northwest Mansion Mystery (2015)
Favorite Episode
My personal favorite episode of Gravity Falls :)
1: The redemption
Dipper and Pacifica were awesome as the heroes and Pacifica's redemption was amazing (though she kinda lost it in weirdmagedon) Without this episode Dipcifica wouldn't exist, admit it.
2: Horror
Has the perfect amount of horror and humor. I was watching every second, and it was all amazing.
3: Continuity
This episode starts Dipcifica, Grenda and Marius, Pacifica's rebellion towards her parents, and Dipper learning that the might be some people he CAN trust. So much would be missing without this episode.
Overall, AMAZING!!!!
Gravity Falls: Take Back the Falls (2016)
Great!! Still...
This finale is some of the best I've seen!
I love the voice of Bill, being an owl house fan! It's an amazing end to gravity falls despite a few things.
1: They could've ended the show with the cipher wheel, and I would be happy. I'm the kinda person that loves when a show is tied with a ribbon as perfectly as the cipher wheel would have. The fact that they didn't stick with it because of GRAMMAR kinda annoyed me.
2: As most reviews say, Stan's recovery was admittedly too fast. I was heartbroken when he lost his memory, but I didn't want it to be fixed just like that. I think it may have needed more time in order to make the sacrifice worthwhile.
3: Pacifica's development in Northwest Mansion Mystery (My personal favorite episode) was completely lost in the finale. Her being shocked at the idea of only having one pony and her selfishness throughout the finale kinda ruined all of her character development.
Over all, the finale and show were both amazing pieces of animation that will never be forgotten. I hope they revisit Gravity Falls in the future. I know I'm a little late to the party, but I just want people to know that Gravity Falls still thrives, even 7 years after the release of the finale.
A Week Away (2021)
High School Musical Knockoff
I have mixed feelings. It wasn't very interesting and I got bored watching it, yet the promotion of young actors is nice to see. It felt like a Christian version of high school musical, taking the same plot line:
#1: Boy can't be who he wants to be
#2: Boy meets girl who he can't have
#3: Boy finds he is amazing, says the truth and lives happily ever after
Honestly, I like HSM better. It's nice, and I freaking LOVE George, though he can be cringey at times. Nice movie ig, but I hope Netflix doesn't keep going in this direction of creating bad movies instead of keeping good shows like Julie And The Phantoms. They want this, but don't like kids who are actually good singers, (not to be mean lol) and don't have that DCOM nasal voice? I mean, seriously.
Honey Girls (2021)
It's pretty good!
There are people here that are just focusing on the fact that they're not fluffy little stuffed animals. Even if they are humans now, there is a pretty good storyline (it is a bit cheesy) and pretty nice characters. It isn't a movie just about the Honey Girls, it's a movie about friendship, love, and shining in the spotlight. They made a movie BASED off of the characters. So it's not exactly like the characters, so what? There are way too many haters for this movie out there. Plus, this is a big step for Build-A-Bear! There is not a another movie I know of made by build a bear. I hope to see more of this girls!
