Race (2008)
Simply forgettable!
I was anticipating the release of the move impatiently... I've longed to see Saifo's movies and with this superstar cast i figured the film had to be a hug hit undoubtedly. But little did I know, the movie was absolute crap.. Yes the twists were intriguing but nothing more. The tracks, dancing, stunts were all boring that I yawned all the way through the film!! At some point of the movie, the scenes became expectable and less watchable. Saif and Bipasha don't have sort of chemistry going on for them so that was a "switch off" for me too.Hopefully, Saif would be wiser in choosing his roles in the future; I'm such a die-hard fan of his but this movie I believe should be erased from his glamorous record.
Aaja Nachle (2007)
A piece of art that endorses life in every aspect!
This movie was absolutely terrific from every angle. I watched 2 times in one day which is something I rarely do, not to mention I've got a life to live. But this movie was truly fascinating. Starting from the "O Re Piya" song, I felt alive and enthusiast. Madhuri is at her best in this movie, her dancing and acting are simply amazing which proves that she had nothing to worry about in regards to the comeback. The "Lila Majnu" musical was captivating, my emotions fluctuated, I cried and laughed all the way through the scene, such a master piece I must add. The couple, Imran and Anokhi, was great; their acting was as good as it should be, you can easily get attached to them and understand what they are going through. To all who have criticized the movie, I must say, you just didn't understand its creativity give your mind a chance to let loose. I advice all to watch it and I'm looking forward to what Madhuri has in stored for us the fans!
Yeh Lamhe Judaai Ke (2004)
Couldn't even finish it :( !!
For all the fans out there who are in love with Shahrukh khan's acting I have to tell you that this movie is the most disappointing of his ever. From a personal point of view, I love to see Shahrukh's movies because I just adore his voice, looks and all the emotions he brings to his movies. However, the minute he started talking in "Yeh Lamhe Judaai Ke" I was heart broken, it wasn't even his. Another man dubbed for him and by the way this other man has a terrible voice that doesn't even suit Shahrukh's image. Also, I believe that the movie came out pretty late, and obviously it couldn't compete with all the modern movies then. Plus, the first song was totally unnecessary and really boring. Those were terrible memories of a movie that I couldn't even finish :(.
