I think most reviews will say more or less the same, with the emphasis being on this poor woman, Madalina Ghenea. And it's true that she couldn't act if her life depended on it. Same thing for the absolutely atrocious acting delivered by Macarena Gomez. Those to are the whole value of the movie, they are so cringingly bad that you keep on watching to see just awful it can get. And believe me, I don't think there has been any worse acting in the history of cinema! The plot, the scenario, are not even worth mentioning, you can easily read a book or cook your dinner while they dive, etc...
Back to the main character, whose heavily botoxed face remains as expressionless as a a plastic doll, and who seems to have absolutely no clue about the scenario, sailing...or much of anything. Let alone that in some places she just seems bored! Add to this a jumping shark (no less!) and an assortment of horrible accents (thank Heaven there isn't much dialogue)! And you have a recipe for the worst train wreck in ages!

Whoever did the casting must be either drunk or blind! As if any normal woman would leave the absolutely perfect Mario Ermito for the eminently forgettable and nondescript actor who plays the leading man? I was going to stop watching this incredibly long and boring torture, and only stayed because the action moved to Greece.
The problem is that the scenario is pathetic and the actors are so miscast, that they can't redeem it. For example, the 3 sisters are supposed to be Spanish heiresses to a billionaire? Please! . So, honestly don't lose your time on this absurd and excruciatingly lackluster "comedy".

Where to begin?
The plot? Ridiculous, improbable The casting? Are you kidding me? The two main characters are so unattractive, so wooden, so un-sexy, it's pathetic! The mistress is supposed to be attractive? Really? The only role she would be perfect for would be a prison guard in a low budget war movie!
The "surgeon"? Oh please! An expressionless, ordinary face on a slab of marmorean, flabby skin loosely wrapped around a haphazard skeleton.
Add to that the only expressions they both wear is spookily haggard when performing what looks like obligatory and painful "sex"... Everything in Obsession is dismal, disjointed, badly written and acted even worse. Mono-dimensional characters, excruciatingly weird (weird boring, not even weird fun!) scenes and a revolting ending...just save yourself the pain, don't waste time on watching this!
