Grey's Anatomy: Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger (2018)
Last episode for me
Any resemblance to the show I once loved is purely coincidental. The new interns are awful. The very awkward shoe-horning of very one-sided political issues is just too much. This season was the very first time I had my finger on the fast forward button through many shows. This show used to be my favourite, and up to season 12 I'd always defend it as a drama that has aged pretty well, all things considered. But I really don't want to watch it anymore. I've lost all interest. The new characters feel very contrived and box-checking. The funniest thing is the casting directors seem to think the show takes place in Atlanta, the demographics simply are not realistic in any way to Seattle.
Grey's Anatomy: Sledgehammer (2015)
What show is this?
This didn't even really feel like an episode of Grey's Anatomy. Did they change the writers? I watched the whole show up to season 10 back in the day and recently started watching again right from the first episode. The political agendas seem to be really creeping into the show and not in a good way. I said to myself that it might not be a good idea to watch after Derek's death. It was a great show with George, Izzy, Christina, Mark and Lexie and others. They continue to slowly eliminate all the good characters and replace them with clichés. Sometimes when there are OR scenes with all female surgeons it feels like I'm watching The View.
