This was terrible. This crap is what happens when you make a good story of revenge and try to shove every bit of PC BS you can. Tom Clancy would be shaking his head.

I don't mind him having a back story and fleshed out character, but the females that play his ex-wife and daughter are awful. Their characters are awful and they are poorly acted. All other secondary characters are wonderful, please write out the family SOON!!!

Watched 5 episodes. Can't watch anymore... This is crap. Can't believe it's gotten 3 seasons on syfy! On the other hand, this is the channel who brought us Sharknado, so maybe this is typical syfy channel fare. Oh how I long for the days of eureka!!

Although people are talking about this being a "Highlander" ripoff, I'm not really getting that vibe. I LOVE this show. It is a bit different & quite fresh. I am really enjoying the story lines and the flashback histories of New York.
I love the chemistry between the Ioan Gruffudd and Judd Hirsch, as well as Gruffudd & De La Garza. The characters don't take themselves too seriously either, so in amongst all the gritty crime drama there is a fair bit of levity which helps the balance of the show.
In fact, I love this show so much that I feel fairly sure it will be canceled any second now. Anything that is as fun and smart as this, is generally not very popular with the majority of the"sheeple" viewing public. I hope this sticks around a good long while,but I will enjoy it like every episode is its last.

There are some movies that have been "DONE". Titles such "Gone With the Wind", "The Wizard of Oz", and "Citizen Kane" are on an elite list of movies that were done so well and so perfectly the first time, you need not do them again. "Red Dawn" was one of those movies. Whatever jackwad thought it would be a good idea to remake this should be forced to watch this abortion of a "movie" until their head explodes from the shear stupidity of it all. On the other hand, this generation of tweenies probably thought this was completely cool way to fight. It actually highlighted the extreme self-centeredness and low moral character I tend to increasingly find in today's youth, so there's that. Please don't see this movie. You will leave it with fewer IQ points than you had originally and if you are patriotic at all, you will become nauseated within minutes of this inane pile rolling the opening credits. 2 stars for good acting from Chris Hemsworth and Brett Cullen. -2 stars for everything else...
