Spider-Man: Far from Home (2019)
Boring and so bad
It's really mind blowing ; mind-blowing that there are so many "user reviews" from people promoting the movie for the studio. With 10/10. Really!? THAT obvious?
One of the worst Marvel movies ever.
Watch something more exciting, like a faucet dripping in the sink.
Transformers: The Last Knight (2017)
Let's hope this is Transformers: The Last Movie
Definitely the worst movie of the series. So awful, that makes one beg that Michael Bay does not make another Transformers movie. You are left wondering what's going on with the script writers, did they write this as a joke? As a prank?
Not that the other Transformers movies claim to be great Cinema, but at least you enjoyed the effects and a basic story structure for a couple of hours.
This movie has nothing to enjoy. A horrible script, mixing Aliens/Transformers with Knights, King Arthur, Merlin, talismans and Antony Hopkins in -perhaps- the worst role of his career. I truly feel sorry for him as well as Walhberg for participating in this monstrosity. They really must 've thought this would turn out different than it did.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Do something more exciting, like organizing your socks per color.
The Lost Room (2006)
Another SciFi series with a great start and a poor ending
Don't get me wrong. The series was a great ride. It started great, just like other series do (e.g. Lost, Fringe) and just like them, opened up a number of possibilities. But alas -unfortunately- just like them, it had such a disappointing ending! So many answers remained unexplained.
The story begins with a mystery room, a motel's room number 10, that can only be accessed via a special key. There's a hunt for this key and the room's objects which all have magical properties. So the hunt continues for 5 great episodes. And then you got the ending.
Spoilers follow: Who was this character in the room? Why was he "chosen" to be another "object"? Why should he die? Why didn't the main character remain in the room as the future "object"? What was this room? How did it all start? What happened to the Order and the Legion who were seeking the objects? These are a few of the questions that remain unanswered, leaving the viewer dissatisfied and -quite frankly- angry with the show.
Just like I said, a great ride, with a horrific (not in a fun way) destination.
The Formula (1980)
Boring - useless
I am a big fan of retro movies. So when I started watching this, knowing that Brando is playing and that its an espionage movie including WW2 elements I was pretty excited. Unfortunately it was a big waste of time. The plot is so complex that you simply cannot follow it. Many names in the script and subplots under the main plot and at the end...you really wonder what the **** happened! I mean there's a key issue in the movie, synthetic oil, but besides that, you really can't figure out who's working for who and what's going on! Scott is a great actor and I also liked Brando's performance (he plays for 10 minutes or so in this 2-hours movie) but that's simply not enough. The main problem with this movie is the script and the way the director used it. You simply do not have the time to figure out what is going on in each scene. There's a scene at the end where almost all the names are referenced but instead of making things clear, hell broke loose! If you like a good movie, choose something else.
