Bill Nye Saves the World (2017)
What's wrong with people?! This show deserves a better rating!
I am shocked and disappointed that this show has such a low rating on IMDb.
This show is informative and entertaining, and brings focus and education to topics that we, as humans, need to bring more attention to.
No it doesn't have any special effects or other attention-grabbing tricks - just pure information. Bill, I hope you *do* make it to 17 seasons. ,etflix, let's start with Season 2. Maybe add some shiny things, nudity, and people jingling keys, so that more Americans enjoy the show...
Breaking Bad: Hermanos (2011)
Wow, Best Episode Yet!
Wow, best episode yet! This is *such* an intelligent show, which is what makes it almost scary.
I thought I was watching the wrong episode for the first four minutes but they were just flashbacks to remind me about some unfinished business from last year...
(well that wouldn't submit since I apparently need at least 10 lines. I wouldn't know that since this is the first review I've left. Yes, this episode was *that* incredible that I just had to submit a review, in order to recommend it to strangers! It's amazing how this episode ties together a number of loose ends from the past, plus dealing with some current issues. It's nice to see that Jesse is moving on from the Gail thing, but looks like he may have another task at hand...)
The Poughkeepsie Tapes (2007)
Horrible! Painful to watch...
Perhaps if they spent a little bit more money on this movie, it would have been a little more believable and thus would have been a little bit more enjoyable to watch. I get the impression that they were trying to do 'Blair Witch Project' meets 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' but Blair Witch was way more believable with the home-made-feel and Texas Chainsaw Massacre had a decent plot behind it. I'm not a big fan of horror/gore movies but both Blair Witch and Texas Chainsaw were enjoyable.
'The Poughkeepsie Tapes' kept me wondering where the punchline was going to be. It was silly how the camera constantly avoided the action, and so little money was spent on faking injuries. Funny how everyone that gets cut up is always found laying injury-side-down.
I would recommend that you don't waste your time watching this movie.
