Rehash of SATC storylines and phrases

Spoilers.

I enjoyed the show and binged it yesterday. But it was annoying (and I'm a SATC fan) how many SATC plot lines and phrases were used.

My ears perked up when NPH's character said "you're fabulous!"

Then a reference to il cantorino (Italian restaurant Carrie's friends didn't make it to for her birthday)

NPH's charachter's mom falling into the garbage (hello Samantha ??)

Breast cancer storyline

If these would have been just one thing out of the list I identified okay fine. But it feels rehashed. I rated it highly because I like NPH.

Sex, Love & Goop (2021)

Worth Watching!

I don't understand why so many people gave this a 1. I think it's fantastic to have open dialogue about intimacy and to not make it taboo.

I only reserve my '10' ratings for oscar worthy shows or movies so that's why I gave it a 9.

Not sure why so many people think this thing should be private - it's a show about sex, and how to connect better with your partner thru physical intimacy, and helped with trained therapists.

The Tomorrow War (2021)

Great summer action movie

It was predictable but fun. I kept my phone down the entire time. I enjoyed it a lot. If you like science fiction this is for you.

Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

I wanted so badly to like this movie. I was excited for it since I first saw posters over a year ago. It came out today on hbo max and I was thrilled!! I was picking up my phone due to boredom. Little action. Dull. I have never taken the time to write a review before but needed to express how disappointing this was to watch. I'm a Gal Gadot fan too.

Once Upon a Time (2011–2018)

I really enjoyed the pilot episode. It was refreshing to view a show that was not another reality series or "dare" show. This series brilliant mixture of classic fairy tales that adults have grown so familiar with and blended it with creative story lines. The acting was well done and the special effects were as well. The casting was well done and I couldn't imagine any other actor/actress playing the parts. Without giving too much away it's worth investing the hour to view! I can't wait to see the second episode and recommend this to any one who is/was a fan of Disney movies/Lost. Older children may even enjoy watching the series
