I'm with Lucy (2002)

We all know that "I'm with Lucy" is not "Citizen Kane" among the movies, but being a fan of cinema masterpieces from all over the world I was really surprised how good and enjoyable this one was. Usually when I see a romantic comedy I skip the channel, but not this time. I decided to follow the story thanks to Monica Potter who is great for that kind of movies and deserves to be more famous. She reminds me of Meg Ryan's roles in "You've got mail", "Sleepless in Seattle" and etc. The movie? Not a single dull moment. Believe me I was expecting something much worse than what I was able to see. Variety of actors works fine, turn of the events is quite surprising. If you'll have a chance watch it. It won't waste your time as it gives everything you could expect from romantic comedy. Few laughs and entertainment. Enjoy!

This is a movie for all of you out there!

Abandoned train station in New Jersey becomes a new house for Fin (Peter Dinklage), a man with dwarfism who moves here after inheriting it. He tries to avoid any contact with local people, but it's hard for him to do while his loneliness is interrupted by Joe Oramas (Bobby Cannavale), very friendly hot dog seller and Olivia (Patricia Clarkson) a painter. As you can easily guess those three will soon change each others lives as they have more in common that you could predict ... "The Station Agent" is a really warm comedy you will enjoy no matter what. It is not about being different from others, it's about people, their loneliness and relationships. This simple story uses simple things to prove that all you need is friends to live a happy life and overcome painful memories. Uplifting, well-acted (actors shine in here), one of the best ... ever!
