Wrath of the Titans (2012)
A sequel which improves the series
They did it again! Although the action scenes were improved since its predecessor, they still confused me. Again I had a scene, where out of nowhere, I had no idea where the monsters came from. Last time it was scorpions, this time it's cyclops! There is an action scene where they are fighting a cyclops and a second later there are two of them! Fortunately, the action in this film, overall, has improved. This is probably due to the different type of directing provided by Jonathan Liebesman, which I have to mention is the director of The Killing Room, one of my all-time favorite movies. He decided to not play with the camera while actually filming this movie and it clearly brought a certain degree of clarity to the action.
Unfortunately, I think that this film was worse from an acting point of view. First of all, I hate re-castings! So they replaced Alexa Davalos with Rosamund Pike as Andromeda and it didn't work for me. At first I thought they purposely replaced her because in this film Andromeda is more of a warrior than a helpless princess like in the other film, but actually she just dropped out because of scheduling conflict. I consider this to be a loss for the film. Second of all, in Clash of the Titans, Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes commanded the screen not only when both of them shared a scene together, but individually too. This time around they didn't inspire me that much. They were great if compared to the quality of the film, especially with some touching moments, but overall nothing that spectacular as in the previous movie. Sam Worthington was, and I have to use this word again, as hollow as always. The stand-outs in this film are Bill Nighy as Hephaestus and maybe Edgar Ramirez as Ares.
The script was again really uninspired. It made the film feel really chaotic and it was like it didn't know when they wanted to get from one moment of the movie to another. It almost felt like the movie was in an inexplicable rush, maybe due to the fact that this movie is actually shorter than Clash of the Titans. Also the really important action scenes felt really anti-climactic because of this "rush" of the film.
I guess the reason this movie gets a higher rating than the previous is because of the interaction between characters. Although they could have made a couple of moments more awesome, but failed once again due to the lack of quality of the script, overall, they managed to make me feel something for the characters in some moments, and not just disdain. I should also mention that the production design was pretty nice and the visual effects were cool from time to time. All in all, a 7.
Clash of the Titans (2010)
A waste of money
Clash of the Titans is a bad fantasy, adventure film. I have not seen the 1981 film of the same name, but I might be interested in checking it out in the future. I could not believe my eyes when I saw that this movie cost 125 million $ and that it grossed almost 500 million $. It makes me sad that such movies earn so much money.
First of all, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I didn't understand anything from the action scenes of this film. I found it weird that some people could not understand the action in Transformers and its sequels when I had no problem figuring out what was going on. This being stated, the action scenes in this film are very confusing, especially a scene involving giant scorpions. At first there was one scorpion and minutes later, there were about 5 more and I couldn't figure out where the hell did they come from. I blame this on Louis Leterrier, the director of this film. Definitely, the worst part of this film is the directing and I can almost say that it is one of the most poorly-directed films I have ever seen.
Second of all, the script is full of stupid lines and a lot of scenes in the film feel cheesy and worthless. The characters suffered because of this and not once was I actually rooting for Perseus to defeat Hades. And when some characters stood out and I actually got interested in them, they immediately did something which put me off.
The acting of the film is most likely the only good aspect, but not a stand-out. The actors who did a great job were Liam Neeson as Zeus and Ralph Fiennes as Hades. They were awesome, although after thinking of it, Hades' voice was too similar to that of Lord Voldemort, but no biggie. Definitely the two of them worked great when they were on screen together and they possibly represent the only good aspect of this film. Another character I liked, but was barely in the film, is that of Spyros, foster father to Perseus, portrayed by Pete Postlethwaite. Maybe Gemma Arterton as Io and Mads Mikkelsen as Draco are also worth mentioning. Now I don't know if his acting was the worst in the film but it definitely annoyed me the most. I'm talking about Sam Worthington. Can he be more hollow than this?! He is the same character in every film and I can't understand how he gets so many important roles.
Overall this film is a 6. I was wondering if I should go higher but after further thinking about this film, it's definitely the correct rating. I suggest you avoid this film unless you are very bored and are in the mood for some mythological-related action.
Treasure Planet (2002)
Indeed, a film for everyone
Watching this movie was an adventure for me. It's been a while since I just sat down and enjoyed a movie, so I probably neglected some, if not a lot, of the bad things about this film. Anyway, this movie took me on a journey I will not soon forget, one which I am eager to re-visit any time soon.
To start off, I consider it mandatory to mention the wonderful animation in this film. The designers of this movie managed to combine the traditionally-drawn characters and set pieces with some masterfully placed computer generated technology. I have to say that I thought I was watching a movie that just appeared some days ago and not a film over 10 years of age. I read somewhere that more than 40 animators worked on this film, and although I am not familiar if this is a strong number or not, I do consider it to be so. Still, what good would great animation do, if not combined with some great voice work from the actors. Stand- outs for me were Emma Thompson as Captain Amelia, Brian Murray as Long John Silver and Martin Short as B.E.N.. I want to add two more things to this section, the first being Tony Jay, who did a great work narrating this film, and the other is mentioning a 21 year old Joseph Gordon- Levitt working on this film. I didn't recognize his voice while watching the film and was a bit surprised to see that he was the one in the role of Jim Hawkins.
The original way this story was adapted from Robert Louis Stevenson's novel, made me consider this space adventure one of the best pirate films I've seen. Add to the wonderful scenes of action and emotion a great score by James Newton Howard and you will surely get a fine film in my opinion. For any science fiction, adventure or pirate fans out there, you definitely need to check this one out.
John Carter (2012)
Is this really the biggest failure of all time?
Unfortunately, not the film we were all waiting for. My expectations were not very high but I still wanted to see a good movie. I did not get to see a good movie today, but not a bad one either.
Definitely the strongest elements of the film were the fantastic special effects. Almost everything, from the Tharks to the weird and vicious ape-like creatures, looked great. But all the work they put into the design of the film and getting half of the cast of Rome did not help them, because in the end, it was not enough for us to have a good movie.
I really liked James Purefoy and Ciaran Hinds. Especially Purefoy, who I think had a lot of fun with this film. At the opposite pole we have Lynn Collins, who played the role of Dejah Thoris. I didn't really like her and she did not express any emotion whatsoever. Taylor Kitsch didn't give a breakthrough performance but he was not bad at all in the film. He really tried to give it his best.
One of the main problems of the film was the script. I have not read the novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs but it seemed to me that there were a couple of plot holes. And above all that, the screenplay was straight out flat at some points. I got the impression that lines were thrown in just to cover a gap.
I don't want to give anybody the impression that this is a bad film, because it's not. If you're in the mood of seeing a science-fiction action movie, give this one a try, you might actually like. I just hope you'll like it more than I did.
The Hunger Games (2012)
A very good science, fiction action, drama film
The Hunger Games is a great science fiction, action and drama film. I will not by a hypocrite and tell you guys that it was a nice movie but it had some stupid things in it just to appear lofty. I really liked The Hunger Games! I do not consider it to be actual Oscar material, but it is a great film that keeps you interested and makes you anxious to see what happens next.
It's weird to say this, because she is only 21 years old, but I have always loved Jennifer Lawrence as an actress. I first saw her in Winter's Bone, and after that I tried to find other movies in which she starred. And I must mention that I liked her in most of her performances. In The Hunger Games she stars as Katniss Everdeen, and I think she nails the role perfectly.
I liked the way Gary Ross directed this film, considering it is only his third film(as a director). The script isn't that great, but I guess that in this kind of a film it's not fundamental for it to be so. The makeup artist did a very good job, so congratulations to him/her also.
The one place the director should've insisted more, was the relationship between Jennifer Lawrence and John Hutcherson. I have not read the book, although I intend to, but I think he should have defined their relationship a bit better. The main reason for this, is because in some parts of the film I kind of got confused about how they really felt about each other.
What can I say more above the fact that I am really looking forward to the next film in this franchise? Probably that for the first time after a very long period, a movie convinced me to read the books it was based on. Check this movie out, trust me, you won't be disappointed.
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)
An astonishing film
What an awesome film! I can't think of anything else to start with when I tell a person about this film. What an awesome film! The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is a thriller film directed by Academy Award nominee David Fincher and written by Academy Award winner Steven Zaillian.
The thing I loved most about this film was the pacing. In this 2 and a half hour long film, you never get bored. Not one single time! I really admire when a film makes me stay with it 100%. I remember There Will Be Blood doing that to me in a similar way. Rooney Mara was stunning in her performance as Lisbeth Salander. Daniel Craig didn't give his best performance ever, but he was OK, and the chemistry he had with Mara was very good. In terms of acting, Christopher Plummer was amazing as Henrik Vanger and I hope he will never retire from acting, although he is already 82 years old. The original score of the film was great and I am surprised it did not get nominated for an Academy Award. David Fincher also did a nice job. Not as good as in other films like The Curious Case of Benjamin Button or The Social Network, but still, satisfactory work and in concordance with the rest of the film.
The movie was so good, that I was expecting something spectacular from the ending. Well, I didn't get that. Don't get me wrong, I thought it was a smart and logical ending, I simply didn't like it. Maybe it's because I didn't want the movie to end at all.
All in all this is a great film with great acting, great music and I could go on. Almost everything in it is great and I sincerely do not know why I am not giving this a 10.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 (2011)
Bill Condon disappointed me
This film was sad... I was expecting something better, especially because Bill Condon was directing this. He directed one of my favourite movies of all time, "Gods and Monsters" alongside with other movies like "Kinsey" or "Dreamgirls". Considering this, I was very disappointed.
The original score of this film is not at all appealing and combined with the bad sound editing makes the movie difficult and unpleasant to listen to.(I mean while you are watching it, it doesn't sound good; you know what I mean). Although some people found the acting "mesmerizing", I thought it was dull and how could it be any different in a movie where almost nothing happens. The script was empty and had no sparkle whatsoever.
I consider this movie had no chance of being good from the start, because to me, the premise seems idiotic. I know it's a romantic vampire film, but at least make me believe the humans in this movie are in their right minds.
All in all, I do not think this was the worst movie in the series. I think The Twilight Saga: New Moon still has that covered. But I am fairly disappointed in Bill Condon because, not only did he choose to be part of this project, but above all, this film was not directed well.
Half Nelson (2006)
Ryan Gosling at his best
Well done Gosling, well done. Now this is what I call a performance. If you are a fan of Gosling's, this is his best performance ever, so you HAVE to watch this film. But not only Gosling gave a good performance. Almost everyone did, including Anthony Mackie to certain extent.
Half Nelson is a drama film and might I add, a strange one. For some, the message of the film may be ambiguous and the movie itself, boring at certain points. That is never a good point, but especially here, considering it's only an hour and a half long.
During the film, a great deal of scenarios would pop in to my head concerning the ending. Well, I have to say, the ending is unpredictable. The best word to describe it, is "solemn".
The only reason to why this is not a 10 for me is the screenplay. I consider it to be the only flaw of the film. The problem is that the script is one of the most important parts of a movie.
But I must repeat, Ryan Gosling is simply wonderful in this film. So if you are a Ryan Gosling fan, if you like dramas or if you just want to see a really good film, check out Half Nelson.
Drive (2011)
Not the movie I expected
This is another movie I heard so many great things about and I was expecting something incredible. And because I had such high hopes for this film is the reason I gave it a lower rating than I would have probably given it. Is it a good film? You bet it is. Did I like it? Sure. Did I REALLY like it? Nope. But let me talk about the film a bit.
High praise from me goes to Nicolas Winding Refn, the director of this film. He did a great, great job and he is the main reason why this movie was good. I congratulate him. Also, I liked the plot of the film. It's clear that Hossein Amini, who wrote the script, did not write it as the movie was moving forward. He came with a well written screenplay from the beginning and he knew what he wanted from the film, and I believe that in a certain degree, he got it. Undoubtedly the best performance in this film is that of Albert Brooks as Bernie Rose. He is the second reason, after Refn's directing, I gave it a positive rating.
Another thing I liked about the plot was the Driver's anonymity. I personally found it cool how this character is being offered to us, with no information about his past. We needed to figure out the type of person he is just based on his actions. And after the first half of the film, you finally think you got to know him. But after that, he does something completely surprising and you begin to wonder again about who this guy really is.
Now let me talk about what I thought were the weak points of this film. For me, one of them was Ryan Gosling in the first 3 quarters of the film. I know he got high praise for his performance in this movie, but I didn't like him. I don't think he was completely bad because, as I mentioned, I liked him in the final act of the film. And I hoped the movie would bounce up with a performance from Carey Mulligan, but it didn't. Carey Mulligan's performance just added another misinterpreted role in the film.
Bottom line, will it get nominated for any Oscars? Well, it will probably get nominated for Best Director for Nicolas Winding Refn. Also it surely will get nominated for Best Supporting Actor for Albert Brooks. It might even get nominated for Best Picture considering there will be a maximum of 10 nominees. Other than that? I would be out of my place to say. Will it be in my top 10 best films of 2011? Most likely, it won't, because there are so many other great films out there. But who knows? I had great expectations for this film too and I gave it an 8.
Midnight in Paris (2011)
One of my favorites of 2011 so far
OK, how about I start this review in a classic way, by promoting the film. Ladies and gentleman this is a movie directed and written by none other than Woody Allen. Just to give you a short resume of his, he has won an Academy Award for Best Director for Annie Hall and has earned another 5 nominations for Best Director. He has won 2 Academy Awards for Best Original Screenplay for the movies Annie Hall and Hannah and Her Sisters. He has been nominated another 12 times for this award. He also has a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role, also for Annie Hall. I think you can figure out a conclusion from all I just mentioned in this paragraph.
Now to get into the film. This is a beautiful romantic comedy, and probably the best I've seen all year. Owen Wilson gave one of his best performances ever, but I still do not consider it Oscar material. Michael Sheen as Paul Bates probably gave his best performance of the year. But, to be honest, all of the actors that worked on this project were great in their roles. Also I thought the script was great, beautiful and is probably going to gain Woody Allen his 15th Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay. For me, it is the best screenplay of the year so far.
OK, now I usually don't say this but Owen Wilson does not deserve Rachel McAdams(talking about the characters). He deserves better than that broad. Just wanted to mention this.
One of the things I really liked was Adrien Brody's cameo appearance. What, his name is written alongside the other main characters of the film?! NOPE. His screen time was exactly 3 minutes and 25 seconds. But I have to say, he was one of my favourite things about this film. I just laughed the whole time he was on screen.
To sum up this is a great film and surely one of the best of 2011.
Bad Teacher (2011)
Maybe the best comedy film of the summer
First off I want to say that I am impressed with Justin Timberlake. He is one of my favourite singers, so before 2010 I would have never regarded him as something else other than that. But I see he is getting into film more and more. After minor roles he had a breakthrough performance in The Social Network in which he played one of the main roles. This year he started off with this movie and I can't wait to see Friends with Benefits and In Time. In this film I think he nailed his role. I can't even say how much I liked his performance in this film. I think he might have a bright future in this line of business.
The concept of the film is silly, but I liked it. The movie was cute and funny, it was adorable. For this type of film I think you do not need that much of an experienced director but talented screenwriters that can offer us a funny and imaginative script. That is exactly what Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky gave us. I also liked the performance Cameron Diaz offered us. At first I was holding off on my opinion concerning her performance because she is actually one of the actresses I dislike. But bottom line her performance was pleasing. Who am I kidding? She was actually great in this movie. So with a cast that didn't look that strong to me, all of the main roles were interpreted in a good way, including those of Lucy Punch as Amy Squirrel and Jason Segel as Russell Gettis, the other two main roles I didn't mention.
For me this is one of the best comedy films of the summer.
Unknown (2011)
Liam Neeson in another action movie
Just to clarify, this is a psychological action thriller film. In my opinion, this movie should have had less "action" and more "thriller". Related to this is the fact that I know Liam Neeson plays a great positive character but I really don't buy him as an action guy. Maybe it's just me because when I told people I was going to watch a movie called "Unknown" starring Liam Neeson in the main role, they were like:"It's an action film right?". And that is not because they had heard of the movie. I was happy to see that this movie isn't all about action.
Moving on to more important stuff, the movie was directed by Jaume Collet-Serra. He is an inexperienced Spanish director. Apart from this he has directed only 3 movies:"House of Wax"(the only one worth mentioning, but anyway), "Goal 2: Living the Dream" and "Orphan". And considering this, I thought he did a great job directing this. Also the script is actually good, except the lines from the action parts. Another positive thing is that for 3 quarters of this film, I knew how it was going to end. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how the ending turned out.
A thing that I really disliked was the fact that they put Frank Langella in the main cast. If you look it up on any site you see his name over there among the main actors. I was thrilled to see him in this movie but...HE PRACTICALLY HAS A CAMEO APPEARANCE. That really annoyed me.
But at the end of the film I was like:"Waw, I really liked this movie.".
Paul (2011)
The best science fiction comedy film of the year
I loved this film! When I started watching this I was thinking it was going to be a 6. But it actually surprised me and I found this movie being a great science fiction comedy film, and I haven't seen one of these in the longest time.
To promote this movie I think I should start off by saying this movie was produced by Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner. Well, Nira Park also produced it but she doesn't have that of an important resume. If you do not know what Bevan and Fellner have produced together I will just mention a few titles:Four Weddings and a Funeral, Elizabeth, Atonement, Frost/Nixon. Now, can you tell you don't like any of these movies? But now let's get into the actual business.
First of all I thought the screenwriters, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, who also stared in two of the main roles, did a great job writing this. There were some jokes that weren't really necessary in there but in the end it worked out OK. And speaking about Pegg and Frost I thought their characters in the film were great. They had great chemistry and I felt they had a lot of fun working on this movie, and I always like it when that happens. Probably one of the strongest features for me concerning this film was the whole concept. I mean I know there were a lot of references to Steven Spielberg but I loved each and every one of them. And I absolutely adored Paul. Part of the concept, I really liked seeing how life on Earth can affect an alien, not that I had ever wondered about it before.
But the exaggerated humor, the minor but obvious flaws downgraded it to an 8. But I cannot end this review without saying that this movie really surprised me and I encourage everyone to see it. You will laugh, have a great time and at times be impressed by the visual effects.
The Tourist (2010)
A great romantic thriller
Good job. Good job to the director, Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck. Good job to Graham King, the producer who is best known for movies like The Aviator and The Departed. And not last good job to Christopher McQuarrie(Academy Award winner for The Usual Suspects) and to Julian Fellowes(Academy Award winner for Gosford Park) who wrote the screenplay along with the director. Why am I so pleased? Because I was not expecting anything from this movie, but I almost loved it. All of the people I mentioned did a great job in my opinion. I liked the action, I liked the plot, I liked the characters. And even though this is a romantic thriller I got the feeling of a comedy sometimes, and I really enjoyed that because it worked. I also liked the music, the cinematography and the editing. I know this should not surprise me because every single person who worked on this film is known for her or his success in their line of work. I even kind of liked the way that Depp and Jolie played their roles. The only reason this is not a 10 is that the chemistry between the two main characters...well, it didn't exist. As I mentioned, I liked their performances, but I just can't see the feelings in them.
The Last Airbender (2010)
If you are over 15, don't!
Shyamalan...what the hell man? From being nominated for 3 Academy Awards(Best Director, Best Picutre and Best Screenplay) for The Sixth Sense you now won with this film 3 Golden Rasberry Awards in the same categories.
OK, let's take it piece by piece. The screenplay is so childish. I don't think it's very stupid, but it's clearly for 13 year old kids. Lines like "What's the spirit world, grandma?" proves this. I will not blame Shyamalan for this. Let's say he wanted to do a kids film, but what about the directing dude? This is a badly directed film. And I am wondering how did you drop from The Sixth Sense to this? Moving on let's speak about another producer(Shyamalan is also a producer) Let's talk about Frank Marshall. He is a great film producer and has earned 5 Academy Award nominations for Best Picture. I mean who didn't love Raiders of the Lost Ark or The Curious Case of Benjamin Button? How come he produced this? Also, the entire cast did a horrible job with only one exception. This is an incredible film because it failed on so many levels.
But I have to mention the 2 or maybe 3 cool things about this film. The first one is Shaun Toub as Iroh. He was great. The other is the story/lore of this entire universe. It fascinated me all the way. I consider this to be one of the most cool stories I have ever heard, but it is put so badly into motion, it almost made me cry. A special mention about the ending, I really liked it because it left me wanting a sequel, even though this is a horrible movie.
Why is this not a 5? The Story. If I liked the story so much, why didn't I give it a 7? Well considering I gave movies like Chicago or Invictus 7, it just didn't feel right.
All in all this is a kids film, so if you are under 15, go watch it, maybe you will like it.
Public Enemies (2009)
Not the best crime drama film you will see
Man, I was expecting better. And probably because I was expecting this movie to be really cool, I gave it such a low rating. It was very disappointing. I mean, a crime drama with Johnny Depp, Christian Bale and Marion Cotillard in the main roles, all of them Oscar worthy actors. What more could you want? I think for starters I would like another DIRECTOR. Michael Mann has done some great films. And by done I mean directed, produced and wrote. The Insider and all the others he did, I'm right up there with him. But man do I think this is a poorly directed film. The screenplay isn't that thrilling also. I mean even in those RARE scenes in which we have tension, one of the characters comes up with a stupid line and screws it all up. Marion Cotillard wasn't that great. But if we are in the "bad acting" category over here, might I say that the performance Christian Bale gives in this film...AWFUL. Maybe it's just me but I would've preferred him with his Batman accent or whatever.
Now what was good? I found only two things positive about this film. The first one is Johnny Depp. Even with the whole "opposition" he had from the script he still managed a strong performance. Now the second one is the cinematography. Have to say, that was actually great.
I will not give this movie a 5 because it is not as bad as movies like Legion or Priest but I won't want to see this movie again unless it's with someone that can attract my attention while I am watching it.
The Da Vinci Code (2006)
An overall good film
OK, I am only going to speak about this movie...as a movie, not relating or commenting on the religious aspects of it. So this being stated, here I go.
I liked the movie because it is a mystery film. It really makes you think about the riddles in it and you actually try to solve them and, in a way, you become the characters played by Tom Hanks and Audrey Tautou. Although I must say that the performance Hanks offered us was...not bad but not great, just my opinion. On the other hand I didn't only love Ian McKellen's character but I thought he gave the best performance in this film.
I did think the action in the film was rushed in a way. You can't compare the book with the film. And saying this I mean the movie is almost great, but the book was just amazing. I recommend you read the book first and then watch the movie. But everyone can do it their way.
One final thing I have to add is that the movie would've been a matinée if not for the great soundtrack composed by Hans Zimmer. So, 9!!
Angels & Demons (2009)
I got exactly what I wanted
Well, I really enjoyed this film. But, I will start with the bad things. So, I thought the screenplay was mediocre. And because of this fact, it was obvious who the bad guy/villain was.
For me, a very important thing in movies or movie series, is the time line. So Angels & Demons by Dan Brown was written in 2000, while The Da Vinci Code in 2003. So, and I also think Brown stated this, The Da Vinci Code is Angels & Demons's sequel. But speaking for the films, The Da Vinci Code was adapted for the screen in 2006 and 3 years later in 2009 this movie that I am reviewing now. At first I thought they made a prequel, but I read somewhere that they changed the time line from the books, so they actually made Angels & Demons, the sequel for The Da Vinci Code. It is a little confusing.
So related to this, if it is actually a prequel, then I must say that Tom Hanks actually looks older. So unless the makeup artist was an idiot it is indeed a sequel.
I know most people said that it is better than the first film because the first one was kind of boring and the action was mainly composed of Tom Hanks talking. I disagree. The first film kept me entertained the whole time. And, like this one, it was a 2 and a half hours movie. I think both films are great and you should probably have them in your "movie archive".
What was my opinion, more concrete, relating to the dilemma on which of the films was better? I think they both are up there on the same rank, as my ratings say.
The Golden Compass (2007)
Great visual effects, bad film
Well this is certainly a kids film or at least this is my opinion. Besides that, the only reason this is not a 6 is because this movie has GREAT VISUAL EFFECTS. I mean, DAMN! From this point of view it is a beautiful, and I must repeat, beautiful movie. But besides that...the screenplay is terrible, the actress who played Lyra Belacqua was terrible. Also within the movie there were some foolish, and I must say, childish mistakes.
One other thing I want to mention. Besides the great visual effects and maybe the art direction the ONLY other thing that I really enjoyed was the fact that they got Ian McKellen voicing a big awesome polar bear.
So I will give this a 7, also because the kid in me kind of liked this fantasy-adventure film.
