Walker, Texas Ranger: Final Justice (1995)
Season 4, Episode 7
10/10
One of the series most riveting yet emotional episodes
14 May 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Man, what a tremendous story about a long-awaited, overdue justice as Walker hunts the man who took his parent's life at the age if 12, and also believed the killer was long dead for many years.

The story about Walker's parents' racially-motivated murder was not initiated in this episode as it had been an ongoing backstory for our title character so it was only a matter of time before the producers and writers decided to have our almighty Cherokee hero aim those familiar hunter instincts in the direction of the despicable knife-weilding racist who left Walker without a mom or dad at a young age as well as turning Walker into the ferocious but righteous and principled man he became.

Again such a terrific episode of where Walker's principles are at an all-time challenge as we see in one scene where Walker holds the killer's life in the palm of his hands, understandably conflicted about whether or not he should pull the scumbags plug. Also, Great performances by everyone involved in this showing including some legendary screen veterans guest starring which include Clu Gulager, Marc Alaimo, William Smith, and John Vernon, all bringing their A-Game to their respective parts. This episode gets a ten.

Best episode of Fresh Prince of Bel Air (no exaggeration)
6 November 2016
Warning: Spoilers
This was and still is my favorite sitcom of all the live sitcoms that aired on television in the 90s because it brought that new spice and witty humor and I'm pointing this out because although Papa's Got A Brand New Excuse, which was the most emotional showing of the series, was my favorite episode, I do appreciate and treasure all other episodes that were just plain hilarious and also the other few tear-jerkers of the series were favorites as well.

*Spoilers* In this episode we first see Will working at his job at the college peacock where a mysterious man is watching Will's every move, this mysterious and nosy man turns out to be his long-lost father who had left him and his mother when he was five and is now back into his life seemingly wanting to get to know his son and to make up for lost times. Things go pretty smoothly even when his aunt and cousins get wind of this but his Uncle Phil had a big say in the matter who was very distrusting and wasn't as forgiving of Lou as the others because he knows he's not making up with Will for Will, but for himself and this causes a rift between Will and his uncle and it leads to Will shouting back at his strict but lovable uncle Phil for the first time in the series. Shortly after the heated argument Phil apologizes as things were said but assures he was only trying to save him from more hurt he knows Lou is capable of causing. Towards the climax of the episode, Lou has a big way to start off this father-son bonding as he plans to take Will on a business trip with him which would mean he would spend more time with him during the summer but Lou comes in at the last minute to call off the whole thing because his business was more important and to make things more heart-wrenching, he asks Phil to deliver the news so as to not have to face his son. Finally, Phil has had enough of Lou's selfishness and this leads to Phil hitting Lou with the hard truth about what a father should be and also says "I will not do your dirty work for you" and "Will is not a coat that you put in a closet and try it on when you're ready to wear it, his life goes on!" During the midst of this argument between Phil and Lou, Will comes in and catches his father just before he heads out the door, Lou delivers the news, and Will fights very hard the anger and hurt he is feeling at that moment combined with the hurt of Lou leaving in the past and it only shows when Will refuses to call him "dad" but instead refers to him as Lou. After Lou carelessly walks out, Will Smith gives the performance of a lifetime as he confides in his uncle Phil and first tries to play off the hurt he is feeling but the anger and hurt he is feeling in the current moment and also from the past finally catch up with him as he understandably expresses his feelings in anger as uncle Phil listens which then lead to sadness with Will ultimately breaking down in tears and uttering the words softly "how come he don't want me man" to which Phil responds by grabbing Wills head and he burying it into his shoulder which make for one of the most touching and beautiful scenes in the entire series.

This episode was so full of emotion and you just couldn't help but cry at the end for poor Will who's father had basically abandoned him all over again and then of course we had that big hug between him and his uncle Phil who had been his father figure for the past four years and it's in that moment when they hug that kind of lets us know he will be alright because Uncle Phil is basically his father as he has evidently straightened Will out, sent him to a nice school, jokes with him, spends time with him, laughs with him, and teaches him about life and it's hardships. The character of Uncle Phil was tremendous in this episode as well as he is the voice of reason and is the only one who shows great emotion and anger when he sees Lou again while everyone else was funny about it trying to kill the tension, this ep really shows that Phil cares deeply for his often-troublesome nephew who he considers another son. Great episode, well-written and every Fresh Prince fan should see it if you hadn't done so already.

Walker, Texas Ranger: Days Past (1997)
Season 5, Episode 19
10/10
Beautifully-written episode.
30 March 2016
Warning: Spoilers
First off, IMDb sucks for deleting some of my posts. Now, let's get to the review, I feel compelled to review this wonderful episode because it had everything, drama, action, romance, and great acting.

This showing starts off at Huntsville Prison where a convicted racketeering mob boss Vince Pike (played wonderfully by Leon Rippy) who is scheduled for an early release quickly establishes himself to the audience as the main villain by beating another inmate to a pulp. Once he is out of prison we discover that this man is responsible for the murder of Walker's fiancé' whom he was going to marry 10 years prior and now it's got Walker all edged up. C.D wonderfully tells Trivette and Alex the fairy-tale relationship that Walker had with his fiancé who's name was Ellen (played wonderfully by Jennifer Grant).

Meanwhile, Vince Pike discusses revenge plans with his men much to one of his men's disgust, Pike responds to the disgust by showing the boys who's boss and killing that said man with a golf club. Instead of killing Walker, Pike decides to get Walker's attention by taking out his pals and succeeds with Trivette and C.D and thus they ended up hospitalized. Walker and Trivette decide that the best way to nail Pike was the golf-club murder of one of his men, the big showdown at Pike's mansion occurs and we get the usual shooting and fighting where the rangers get the better of the bad guys and, as usual, Walker gets to square off with the boss and knocks out Pike with an uppercut in a not-so-usual fistfight.

This episode was not only the usual action-packed greatness, but it also made me tear up in some scenes, such as the scene where Walker goes to Ellen's grave and Alex comforts him. I also love all of the flashback scenes with Walker and Ellen when she was alive and the beautiful music that was attached with those scenes along with the strong chemistry that the two displayed on-screen. The usual cast was terrific but I really dug Leon Rippy's performance I mean he always plays such a great villain and truly got under your skin with his laugh, his cruelty about Ellen's death, and his menacing appearance (the corroded teeth, long hair, etc.) I give this episode 10/10.

Walker, Texas Ranger: Unfinished Business (1993)
Season 2, Episode 8
Cool story about a Texas Ranger Wannabe.
2 January 2015
Warning: Spoilers
Here we are in another adventure in the life of a Texas Ranger only this time he must take down someone who thinks he is a ranger.

"Spoilers" Episode begins when Walker funnily takes down a group of criminals sitting by a campfire with the leader's name being Billy Joe MacArthur. The next day in court he is let out on a technicality but Walker gets an envelope with the text written in big letters saying "case closed" and boom, Billy's car explodes with him in it. The letter also had the sender's name; Bodine. Throughout the episode Bodine kills criminals in cold blood that Walker was supposed to bring in. He also plays mind games with Walker for example he hires a couple of punks to try and take out Walker just to see if he was as good as his reputation. Trivette soon finds out that he's been in front of their face the whole time because he was dating a woman who works in the ranger office by the name of Evie. Bodine soon kidnaps Evie and demands Walker come face him alone and he does, much to Alex and Trivette's objection. Walker goes to the warehouse where Bodine was waiting but Bodine wanted to prove he was better which was his big mistake and gave Walker the chance he needed to take him out for good. Episode ends with Evie finding a nice-looking man to dance with.

Great episode with a few favorite scenes which are as follows:

1: The beginning in which Walker takes down a group of criminals by a campfire but he appears friendly at first.

2: Walker and Alex at his ranch before he goes to meet Bodine they share a soft and sentimental moment in which Walker says "I wish I could express myself better and tell you how special you are and how much you mean to me".

3: Uncle Ray's line that fits the description of this episode which I quote "What is sometimes obvious is hidden in plain sight".

4: One of the punks Bodine hires manages to push Walker down from his chair and he mouths off saying "I hear Texas Rangers are supposed to be tough" to which Walker brilliantly replies "you heard right" and proceeds to kick their butts".

Loved this episode and the fight between Walker and Bodine. Another plus is this is the first time we see the character Mabel played by Lou Hancock who is C.D'S blind date in this episode and she drags C.D out of the bar and he hilariously screams "SOMEBODY HELP ME SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE".

Lovely episode with a cool dog.
30 December 2014
This is one of those episodes that kind of bored me when I was a kid but as I understood a little more about the "oil" plot I enjoyed it a little more plus we get a hot tamale guest starring.

"Spoilers" A young woman named Ally farmer wakes up and looks for her father who is on the road and she calls him to say she is making breakfast but before he can make it home, two guys with bandanas covering their face driving a truck force the dad off the road, setting his car on fire and make it look like a drunk driving incident being that the father had a history of alcohol abuse. Ally stands up for her father and tells Walker and Trivette that her father hasn't drank in 4 years and that he was murdered. Even Walker doesn't really believe her until he sees the skid marks on the road. Walker and the team are dealing with these corrupt oil rig workers whoa re trying to pollute the roads and the water with their poison. Meanwhile, Trivette has been looking over this dog whom he and Walker had rescued from drowning earlier but the oil is starting to affect the dog so Walker and Trivette do everything they can and they all go after the oil workers and take them down while Walker takes down the leader Nash. The dog is fine, Ally has avenged her father's death and is now a vet. Walker and Trivette locate the man who threw the dog in the water early on in the episode and it ends when walker tells the dog that the man has a steak in his pocket.

Great episode, M.C Gainey was awesome as one of the bad guys who makes racist remarks to Trivette only to get his ass kicked later by him. Uncle Ray touches your heart a little bit in a scene where he was talking about his first wife.

Walker, Texas Ranger: Family Matters (1993)
Season 2, Episode 6
10/10
Great episode with a sad ending.
30 December 2014
Here we have another exciting and dramatic episode in which we saw Walker and Trivette battle the justice system and Walker and Alex get into a couple of heated arguments.

"Spoilers" Showing begins where Walker befriends a troubled kid named Archie who was getting chased by some bullies and he walks off with Walker to pick some flowers. Meanwhile, a couple of thug mechanics desire to go on a crime spree in which we see them walk into a strip joint, rob and terrorize everyone and then shoot a bartender after he tried to intervene and save his stripper sister. Walker and Trivette bust in and arrest them but are quickly let go because one of the creeps, Mickey Flanders, has a sister on the witness protection program and he is on it as well which means he is free from prosecution and this is where Walker and Alex really butt heads because Walker being the good moral man that he is does not want to let this killer go while Alex has to abide by the law. This whole ordeal causes a conflict between Walker and the F.B.I. As Walker tries desperately to convince Mickey's sister Lanie to drop Mickey from the program, Archie eventually stands up to the bullies. The showdown comes at Walker's ranch where Mickey and his thug Leo try to kill Walker and hold Archie (Who had been staying with Walker) hostage but Mickey's sister arrives and tries to calm her brother down but Mickey shoots his sister and Walker takes down Mickey. Lanie dies in Walker arms uttering her last words "it's not his fault" and Walker turns his head to Mickey asking "who's going to protect you now?".

Loved this episode as it has a couple of lines that I like including:

"It's the funny thing about bullies, they only pick on kids who are afraid of them"

"If you've never met a man who doesn't have a scar or 2, that means he never fought for anything he believed in".

The ending nearly brought a tear to my eye but at least the bad guy ends up paying for it now.

Walker, Texas Ranger: End Run (1993)
Season 2, Episode 5
10/10
Exciting, adventurous, action-packed episode!
29 December 2014
This is definitely one of my favorites as we see Trivette mingle with his first woman (that we see at least). Episode has some terrific bad guys and a lot of car-chasing.

"Spoilers" The episode starts off with a cute Walker and Alex moment where Alex is showing Walker how to tie a tie in which Walker asks "where did you learn to tie a tie" and Alex responds with "my dad said it would come in handy in impressing a man, and then Walker wonderfully responds "your daddy was right". Walker, Trivette, Alex, Uncle Ray, and C.D are attending a wedding for a fellow ranger taking place at the courthouse but during a wedding some thugs with hoods over their head help release a convicted criminal and gunshots blaze outside as all but one of the thugs escapes and that thug happens to be a woman which Trivette funnily points out and that she is "beautiful". Turns out that this feisty woman is set to testify against a ruthless gun-runner by the name of Trigger who had previously killed a ranger captain who broke Walker in. Walker wants badly to put this guy away for good so he gathers Trivette and they are to transport the feisty woman who's name is Kat to New Orleans to testify but she is anything but cooperative as cross-country hilarity ensues where she tries several attempts to escape but fails each time and it wasn't until her beloved ex-boyfriend (who is part of trigger's gang) tries to kill her that she starts to straighten out and be more cooperative and even a little romantic with Trivette as they share a night in a barn after a big car chase scene with Trigger and his boys tried to take him, walker and Kat out. While Trivette and Kat are on the run, Walker starts tracking some of Trigger's men one by one until Trivette and Kat get caught by Trigger and his main boys and Walker busts in and saves them while Trivette and Kat get a piece of the bad guys as well, everything matched, Walker gets Trigger, Kat gets her slime ball ex-boyfriend, and Trivette gets the Indian bad guy who held him at gunpoint. Episode ends at a rescheduled wedding where Alex catches a bouquet.

Loved, loved, loved this episode and Trivette getting romantic with a beautiful woman. C.D mentions his first honeymoon in this episode. The parts I really enjoyed about this episode is when Walker is tracking some of Trigger's men and he terrorizes them by taking them out one-by-one and it shrinks down to 3 men when it started out with like 10 men and he just goes crazy on them and spooks them. That is one of the most appealing things about the Walker character is that he doesn't just beat up the bad guys, he messes with them and terrorizes them. Anyway great episode with lots of action and some romance.

Walker, Texas Ranger: Crime Wave Dave (1993)
Season 2, Episode 4
10/10
Neat episode!
29 December 2014
Here we have yet another terrific episode of Walker Texas Ranger in which we see Walker and Trivette duel it out with released parolees and a corrupt Parole Officer.

"Spoilers" The story begins with Walker winning an annual rodeo event and attracts the attention of several beautiful women. Walker and Trivette spot a robbery going on and they get into a shoot-out and bring the robbers down. The next day while Walker is giving Trivette riding lessons (he wants a piece of the female attention as well), he gets a call from a straightened out parolee wife who is worried because he didn't show up to work the previous night. Walker arrives and finds she is being harassed by her Billy's (the husband parolee) parole office Dave Kilmer, Walker intervenes and knocks Kilmer to the ground and he then identifies himself as a P.O. Walker and Trivette begin to find out that Kilmer is dirty and is connected to a lot of the robberies that have been occurring in the city, including the one at the beginning of the episode. We soon find out that the reason Billy didn't show up for work that night was because Kilmer had wanted him to gather a team and rob the place he is working at and he refused and that is when Kilmer threatened to kill him as he does all of his parolees if they don't participate in these crimes. Kilmer soon sends his goons to kidnap Billy's wife and kid to get Billy to come to him, Walker and Trivette soon find out where they are located and Walker takes Kilmer down, beating his ass again. Episode ends happy at C.D'S bar and grill and then at the ranch where Trivette is still trying to learn how to ride a bull but ends awry for him.

Highlights of the episode:

1: Walker and Trivette hilariously interrogate one of Kilmer's parolees for the location of the kidnapped wife and kid, refuses to talk, and Walker and Trivette bring a bag with what sounds like to be a snake and they scare the parolee half to death in a hilarious way but after spilling his guts, it is revealed that it is just a rattle, the parolee was not pleased.

2: Trivette is gathering some materials he thinks he might need for the rodeo, Walker suggests a jock strap, Trivette is already ahead of him and throws one of his jockstraps into Walker's hand to which Walker reacted hilariously.

3: Trivette showing frustration to constantly having to uphold the law and sometimes wishes he could let loose.

Great episode, C.D and Uncle Ray were awesome as usual, Walker and Alex bicker a little but it's cute, Trivette was comedic as usual trying to learn how to ride a bull, and the guest stars weren't bad either.

Walker, Texas Ranger: In the Name of God (1993)
Season 2, Episode 3
10/10
Intense!
27 December 2014
"Spoilers" I do not know what it is about Alex Cahill but she seems to have the this disease known as the HCS, Held Captive syndrome as she seems to get kidnapped and held hostage on a regular basis but it doesn't knock this episode in any way, in fact I always kind of loved that Walker was always Alex's knight in shining armor which made their love more strong.

"Spoilers" A desperate father arrives at this religious cult where his daughter ran off to and decided to live there. The cult is being run by this crazed cult leader Deacon John Body who manipulates and weakens the minds of people living there. he also has an army of mercenaries who run the cult like a prison. Hank (the father) goes to the services of Alex Cahill and a sad backstory was enough to get her to go out there and check out the cult. Little did she know what the leader was capable of as he takes her hostage after she threatens to charge him with statutory rape. Walker and Trivette start to worry and they hear a message left on Alex's phone left by Hank who was wondering why she hadnt come back from the compound. They get assistance from their good buddy Cobalt to try and get proof that John Body is involved in illegal activity so as to give them probable cause for a search warrant and look for Alex where Walker believes her to be. Episode ends when bullets fly and Walker goes head to head with the lead bad guy as he always does in every episode and rescues Alex.

Great episode with a few favorite scenes of mine which are as follows: 1: After Walker rescues Alex, they kiss and this would mark the first time we ever see them kiss.

2: A comical moment in which Walker and Trivette go to pick up a witness as a favor for Alex but this witness is nothing short of gigantic and Walker and Trivette struggle to take him in and end up dirty by the time they arrive to ranger headquarters 3: A scene that got me as a kid in whhere Alex, who was still being held captive at the compound, has a dream where Walker and Trivette come to her rescue, beat up the bad guys, and Walker finds Alex and whispers to her "I love you" and SURPRISE it was just a dream.

Great episode with some emotion and of course plenty of action.

Walker, Texas Ranger: Storm Warning (1993)
Season 2, Episode 2
10/10
Exciting episode!
27 December 2014
Warning: Spoilers
This little gem is one of my more favorite episodes for the following reasons:

1: Trivette has more of a central plot and gets to really kick some ass. 2: Richard Norton plays the lead criminal. 3: Walker punks the bad guys pretty good.

"Spoilers" Walker and the team are working this case in which they are trying to bust this drug kingpin by the name of BlackJack but someone needs to go undercover in prison and infiltrate Black jacks crime ring and that person is none other than Trivette. While Trivette is on the prison bus a lightning strikes a pole and forces the bus off the road in which it hits a tree and Trivette, along with several other convicts, find a nearby hotel and take the owners hostage. Walker gets wind of this and runs out into the storm and locates the hotel and one by one Walker and Trivette take out the criminals with the help of a paralyzed woman whom Walker had saved earlier from trying to commit suicide.

Neat episode, Walker is a true badass as usual and has some pretty memorable one-liners such as "Your idea of family, sucks the high wind" and "90 percent of all accidents happen in their home". It was nice to see Trivette the center of attention and having the bad guys respect him with praises such as "you move at the speed of sound". Richard Norton plays a terrific villain with his impressive physique and dark nature with a cool accent adding to the awesomeness of the character. Other familiar faces in this episode are Luis Guzman and Tiny Lister who play two of the escaped convicts. Nice seeing Luis Guzman feuding with Trivette the whole time which lead to a satisfying beatdown delivered by Trivette. Tiny Lister was comical with his constant whimpering.

Another jealousy moment in which Walker Kisses the woman in a wheelchair and Alex and the rest watch. Anywhoo great episode!

Walker, Texas Ranger: A Shadow in the Night (1993)
Season 1, Episode 3
Brilliant episode!
23 October 2014
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was a great watch with some cool fighting scenes, Walker and Trivette's relationship growing, and Alex in a skirt. In this episode we hear Walker talk a little about his martial arts background.

"Spoilers" The episode starts off with two businessmen having tea in China and one of them is a congressman named Leo Cabe who is trying to squeeze a deal out of the other more respectable and ethical businessman who then gets murdered because of his countless deal rejections. Walker's old friend Yoshi from Vietnam comes for a visit but it turns out there is a specific reason he is in Texas as it turns out that he knew the murdered businessman and is seeking revenge on those responsible and it also turns out that Leo Cabe (who is partly responsible along with his business partner) are being protected by Walker and Trivette because Yoshi and his fellow Yakuza acquaintances had tried many failed attempts on Mr. Cabe's life but succeeded with Cabe's partner. It doesn't take long for Walker to realize that the congressman may be a scumbag who wants to force his wife to be a prostitute for money for the sake of his business. This culminates a classic showdown between Walker and his old friend Yoshi because while Walker wants to nail Cabe the legal way, Yoshi wants to assassinate him and Walker cannot let that happen.

Yeah this was a very terrific episode and it would mark the first ep where we see Walker meet a good challenge.

Walker, Texas Ranger: Bounty (1993)
Season 2, Episode 1
Wonderful episode!
23 October 2014
This episode marks the first appearance of Noble Willingham's portrayal of C.D Parker who was played by Gailard Sartain in previous episodes and would also go on to play C.D for the remainder of the series.

"Spoilers" A young punk named Roy Buchannon robs an A.T.M Machine in Oklahoma and rides out to Fort Worth Texas to see his much nicer and innocent brother Ned Buchannon and they happen to run into Walker who was about to give a speeding ticket but Roy, who freaks out, shoots Walker's tire and drives off but he takes one of his uncle Ray's horses and is able to apprehend Roy. it is later discovered that Roy's motiv for robbing the A.T.M was to pay the bank and save his Father's farm after the banks screwed him and were threatening to take his farm.

After a heavy chase scene where Walker and Trivette are chasing Roy and lose him, we are introduced to the real bad guy of this episode Boone Waxwell played brilliantly by Bruce MgGill who is a bounty hunter. His job is to bring Roy back to Oklahoma because he had jumped bail but Waxwellhas other plans because it turns out he has knowledge of the money that Roy had stolen and demands he give it to him, when he doesn't, Waxwell shoots Roy down. Waxwell then sets his sights on Roy's girlfriend because he knows that she knows that Roy's brother Ned has the money and kidnaps her to force her into giving the info Waxwell wants. Walker and Trivette are al over Waxwell but can't arrest him because they have no proof of Roy's murder or his evil intentions. They soon figure out and Walker and Waxwell duel it out where Walker ends the fight by uppercutting Waxwell and knocking him out cold onto the hood of his car.

Great episode. The original cast was great as usual but the real show-stealer is Bruce MgGill who eats the scenery as Boone Waxwell I mean his charm, lines, and despicable nature make for a terrific villain that you just love to hate. My favorite moments of the episode are Uncle Rays jokes featured prominently, Alex's jealousy at the hospital when a flirty nurse comes onto Walker, and Walker tossing Trivette's computer into the garbage, Purposely I might add.

Walker, Texas Ranger: Borderline (1993)
Season 1, Episode 2
Terrific episode.
21 September 2014
This is the very second episode of Walker Texas Ranger and I must say it was a brilliant watch. In only the second episode the relationship between Walker and Alex seems so strong and I give credit to their good acting and their chemistry. The relationship between Walker and Trivette is one-of-a-kind as well they are like polar opposites but work so wonderful together. Floyd Red Crow was instrumental as well.

"Spoilers" Alex is in the midst of prosecuting a scumbag who took out a police officer but at the same time it seems an evil ex-sheriff Dewy Baker(Leon Rippy), has just been released from prison and seeks vengeance on the prosecutor who put him there, Alex Cahill. For awhile it's just mind games, (stalking, killing her horse), and when the time was right he kidnaps her and takes her to some cabin in the woods where no one would hear her scream and now Walker and Trivette must save the day.

One actor I have to give credit to is Leon Rippy who gives a very sinister performance as Dewy Baker with his messed up teeth and spikey hair really adding to his menacing appearance. Great episode with suspense and a satisfying beatdown from Walker to Baker.

Walker, Texas Ranger: The Return of LaRue (1996)
Season 4, Episode 15
One of the most intense episodes.
10 May 2013
This is one of those episodes that really keeps you watching all the way through because it was that damn good.

I have to say that Wayne Pere who played Victor Larue was great at making you hate him and he delivered a terrifying and sinister performance. It really felt like Walker and Alex were going to die at the hands of Larue but of course Walker came through and gave one of the most satisfying beat downs ever given to a villain.

This episode featured a return of Victor Larue from the 2nd season of Walker Texas Ranger. "spoilers" Victor Larue is a vicious Criminal who in his last appearance on Walker Texas Ranger kidnapped Alex Cahill and some other innocent people for money and in the climax of the episode Larue stuck Alex and the others in a car compactor in which they were almost killed but walker saved them and took down Larue. In this episode Larue gets released from prison on a technicality and begins taunting Alex and Walker just waiting for the right time to extract his revenge on them.

Eventually Larue finds Walker's ranch where Walker was hiding her and ties up Alex and knocks Walker out cold. While Alex was tied up on the bed Larue took Walker out to the badlands and tied him up but Larue doesn't stop there seeing as he had a jar full of scorpions reserved especially for Walker. Larue then opens the jar of scorpions and pours them onto Walker's body. Walker's horse Amigo soon springs Walker from his predicament and Larue returns to his captive Alex. Larue then attempts to get freaky with Alex but Alex's knight in shining armor returns and gives a struggling beat down to Larue which ended in Larue getting kicked out of Walker's window that he is going to have to replace. Larue gets sent back to prison and Walker and Alex hopefully got it on.

Doug (1991–1994)
My favorite nicktoon on nickelodeon!!
8 August 2010
Warning: Spoilers
Ahh the memories of this show just make me feel warm inside, This show really takes me back to when everything was simple. This show stars the title character Doug funny who's just an average kid with a wild imagination. This show shows most of the struggles that kids dealt with in elementary school. In this show we see all of doug's imaginations in which some good and some are bad. Along in this show are other awesome characters like his blue and hip best "human" friend Skeeter valentine, his other best friend, porkchop his dog, his love interest Patti mayonaise, and his arch rival Roger klots. The things I love about all of the character are that Skeeter is very funny, kinda dumb, but loyal and has doug's back, Porkchop is so smart and also always has doug's back and he's almost human because he walks most of the time, Patti is a sweet girl who is very nice to doug but I am a little bummed that they never kissed, And my favorite character Roger who is a bully and a asshole with a good heart and I think deep down he cares for doug and is one of his good friends. Overall this show is a 9/10 for me I really dislike the Disney version that one sucks do yourself a favor people and don't watch that one and stick to the classic nickelodeon version.

Ghost (1990)
One of the most powerful and moving movies of all time.
23 July 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I first watched this movie on TV when I was about 8 and just had to ask my mom to rent it and I've watched it a dozen times ever since, My mom never let me watch the pottery scene when I was little lol. Anyway ghost tells the story of a manhatten yuppie couple Sam wheat(Patrick Swayze) and Molly Jensen(Demi Moore) who have just moved into a fancy apartment and wanna spend the rest of there lives together. There is that classic love pottery scene I was talking about where Sam and molly really show how much they love each other while the classic tune unchained melody by the righteous brothers plays on the disc jockey. Sam works at a bank along with his friend Carl bruner(Tony Goldwyn) and Sam notices something fishy going on at the bank when Sam discovers too much money is magically appearing in his accounts. Sam Molly are walking home from a movie later that night until a man Willy Lopez(Rick aviles) approaches them with a gun and asks Sam for his wallet and they fight and the gun goes off and shoots Sam. Sam can be seen running down the street but it's his ghost as he looks down at his dead body. Molly is saddened deeply by his death and later Sam's ghost sees his killer break into there apartment to look for Sam's wallet. Sam then teams up with a psychic lady Oda Mae brown(Whoopi Goldberg) to help him connect with molly to warn her that she's in danger from a similar fate. Soon Sam finds out that his so called friend Carl was behind Sam's murder all along and that he hired Willy to steal his wallet which had the mac code for Sam's account. Sam cannot move things and watches in disgust while Carl hits on Molly. Sam then turns to another ghost who haunts the subways of new york and is able to touch things and Sam ask's for his help and eventually learns to move things with his mind. Sam then takes Oda Mae to pose as a a fake customer by the name of Rita miller to close the account that Carl was supposed to get four million dollars. The bad guys then soon come after Molly and Oda Mae and Sam has to protect them and both bad guys end up dead and taken to hell and finally Sam gets one last moment with his beloved one before going to heaven.

One of my most favorite movies of all time it is a mixture of romance, action, comedy, and thriller. Patrick swayze, Demi Moore, and Whoopi Goldberg all give brilliant performances. Tony Goldwyn and Rick aviles were also terrific as the villains of this story. Classic movie and highly recommend it for everyone.

Walker, Texas Ranger (1993–2001)
My favorite show of all time!!
28 May 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I first started watching walker Texas ranger when I was 13 and have been in love with it ever since I know it's cheesy at times but it's always fun seeing the bad guys getting there asses handed to them on every episode. The show is about a Texas ranger named Cordell walker (Chuck norris) who is kind and gentle to his friends but a mean s.o.b to the bad guys and will do whatever it takes to bring a criminal to justice. Alongside of him are his partner James trivette (Clarence gilyard) who is a retired dallas football star who busted his shoulder and is now a ranger. Walker has a little love interest in the show with a.d.a alex cahill (Sheree j. Wilson) who is a very smart and attractive woman and she wants to bring a criminal to justice just as much as walker and his partner. Usually at the end of every episode they hang out at a bar called C.D'S bar and grill owned by retired Texas ranger cd parker who is also a good friend of walkers. One of my favorite things about this show is that walker never hesitates to meet the bad guy when they wanna meet him somewhere and he shows no fear. Clarence gilyard and Noble willingham provide the comedy in this show and are a blast to watch. And Sheree j. Wilson is just great as alex and there are a lot of w/a moments in this show that just bring joy. All in all my favorite show of all time 10/10.

Walker, Texas Ranger: Standoff (1995)
Season 3, Episode 21
One of my favorite episodes because of robin sachs.
27 May 2010
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was really great and had a little suspense mainly because of robin sachs who played the dangerous and skillful master of disguise Phillipe brouchard. This episode is basically about a Mexican presidential candidate rafel mendoza who is a target of death to a dangerous assassin brouchard(robin sachs) and after Walker saves mendoza from being shot Brouchard gets a bunch of men and plan to take a charity ball hostage and kill mendoza. Sachs was really walker's greatest enemy because he didn't overreact like a lot of the villains on walker and he almost killed cd but in the end walker has to win because it's a TV show but I still love it.

Rocky V (1990)
Why all the haters??! very good movie and highly underrated.
26 May 2010
Warning: Spoilers
All I can ask is why did so many people including Sly himself dislike this movie? I think people miss the point of this movie and that is that Rocky (sylvester stallone) didn't cherish the money and fame it was his family and friends that he loved and he didn't need money to make him happy. I know it was bull to see him lose all his money and he won't be able to support his family like he used to but Rocky proved that he can make it without being rich. Anyway this movie takes place right after rocky's most dangerous fight with Ivan drago. Paulie (Burt young) gives power to rocky's accountant and Rocky loses all his money.

Now Rocky, Adrian(talia shire and his son Rocky jr.(sage stallone) move into Paulie's house in Rocky's old neighborhood and he keeps getting hassled by a slimeball fight promoter named George washington duke and apparently he wants to make rocky money by having him get in the ring again but rocky refuses because he knows that duke is part of the dirty part of the boxing business. Rocky walks into his old trainer Mickey's gym in one scene and starts hallucinating and he sees when Mickey used to train him and this is probably my favorite scene in rocky 5.

Anyways a young and hungry fighter Tommy gunn(Tommy morrison) come into rocky's gym and makes a bad impression to rocky and he asks rocky to train him and after saying no a couple times Rocky decides to train tommy gunn. Meanwhile rocky jr is getting bullied at school and feels ignored at home by rocky. Jr. starts learning how to fight and then finally beats up the school bully.

Things seem to be going pretty well between rocky and tommy but then duke starts to manipulate tommy into fighting for him and tommy then starts to change his attitude and we later see he basically used rocky and all tommy cared about was money. After tommy gunn beats the world heavyweight boxing champ Union cane(who won the title by it being manufactured) tommy is getting heat from the fans for not thanking rocky instead of duke. This anger's tommy and he feels he is in rocky's shadow and Duke manipulates him by saying that rocky never cared for him. In the meantime rocky and his son reconcile and they are home team again.

So tommy and the press go to the bar that rocky and his friends hang out and challenges rocky to fight. Rocky nearly laughs in his face and refused to fight tommy. It wasn't until Tommy physically assaulted Paulie when rocky decided to fight him and Rocky and tommy brawl in a street fight and rocky wins in the end. Very good movie and I am one of the few people who like this movie and as much as I like rocky 3 and 4 I feel that rocky 5 was more realistic and wanted to go back to the roots of the first 2 movies. 10/10

Rocky III (1982)
My favorite one in the series.
24 May 2010
Warning: Spoilers
This is my favorite Rocky movie of the whole series mainly because of the fast paced fights, the action and Mr. t. This movie takes place three years after the second movie after Rocky has beaten the world heavyweight champion Apollo creed. life couldn't be better for Rocky balboa(Sylvester stallone). He now has a mansion with his wife Adrian balboa(Talia shire), He's got everything, cars, money, he's doing commercials and he's beaten 10 opponents since he became champion.

He still hangs out with his best friend Paulie (Burt young) and Rocky even does charity bouts like fighting against the world wrestling champion Thunderlips (Hulk hogan). But Rocky is unaware that a new fighter by the name of Clubber lang (mr. t), has been watching Rocky in his fights and scouting him and Clubber lang is pulverizing his opponents to get to the top. Only Mickey (Burgess meredith) recognizes Clubber's strength and tries to keep Rocky away from him. Mickey is only giving him fights with people who are steup to lose.

At a statue unveiling Rocky decides to retire but Clubber lang comes out of the shadows and challenges him to a fight and Rocky thinks he is just another fighter but Mickey tells him the truth and he thinks Rocky wouldn't stand a chance against him. But rocky convinces mickey to train him but Rocky starts training like a showman,(having the press watch him train, renting out a fancy gym where people sing while he trains).

Just before the fight is about to begin Rocky and Clubber almost go at it backstage but then Mickey starts having heart problems. Mickey tells rocky to just go and he does and Clubber lang whips him pretty good and knocks rocky out in the second round. Just after that Mickey dies and Rocky goes into a deep depression and almost hangs up his gloves, that is until an old foe of his Apollo creed(Carl weathers) comes to his aid and decides to train Rocky for a rematch agains the ferocious Clubber lang. But rocky is feeling guilty about micks death and he blames himself and only Adrian can bring rocky to stop blaming himself and and realize that micks death was not his fault and that mickey was only protecting him when he put him against the setup fighters. Now rocky starts training like his old self and Apollo teaches hima new way of fighting where rocky can stick and move and block. Now it's the rematch against clubber lang and Rocky will prove that even if he loses he will have lost with no excuses and no fear as Adrian said to him earlier.

I love this movie of the series and I think it had a good message that if you lose something and you learn from it, you never really lost it to begin with. And it takes a hell of a man to recapture something you once loved. All of the actors are tremendous in this movie. Sylvester stallone proved once again that he can act and Talie shire was wonderful as usual. Burt young was great as the loving jealous brother in law. I think it was cool and exciting to see Carl weathers' character Apollo creed to swallow his pride and become rocky's friend and trainer. And of course Mr.t was great as the ferocious, mean and nasty clubber lang and he gave a new meaning to the word tough. I think this role should have won him a supporting actor nominee.

Rocky IV (1985)
Another great sequel!!!
24 May 2010
Warning: Spoilers
You would think that by this time the series would go downhill but it doesn't. Sylvester stallone, Talia shire, Burt young, Carl weathers and introducing Dolph lundgren all star once again in Rocky 4. This movie takes place a little after the third movie after Rocky had just faced for what has to be his most powerful opponent Clubber lang. A Russian fighter by the name of Ivan drago (Dolph lundgren) comes to America with his wife and the Russian politicians. Rocky's now good friend Apollo creed wants to fight this new Russian because he feels that the russians are trying to make them look bad. Apollo believes that once your a fighter that is who you are and people can't change. Rocky doesn't really like the idea of Apollo fighting Drago right away because they know nothing about him.

Apollo decides to make one hell of an entrance before his fight with Drago but in the end he won't be making much of an exit. Drago kills apollo literally in the second round and rocky goes into another depression and he decides to fight Drago in Russia and of course Adrain (Talia shire) disapproves because she saw what Drago is capable of. Rocky said that he's a fighter and thats the way he's made and he goes to Russia without Adrian and brings Paulie (Burt young) and tony duke(Apollo's trainer Tony burton) and Duke trains rocky in Russia.

Rocky has no real equipment in Russia and Rocky trains ghetto like sawing wood and chopping down trees and running up a mountain while Drago on the other hand has all the high tech equipment and sparring partners and he takes steroids. Adrian eventually comes down to Russia to support rocky. The biggest fight of rocky's life is now on and at first the Russian fans boo and jeer at rocky but it wasn't until they saw rocky's determination and heart that they started cheering for him.

Really good 4th entry in the series and this had my favorite music. Dolph lundgren was very intimidating and mysterious as the Russian fighter Ivan drago. Yeah this movie was probably the most unrealistic in the series but thats what makes it fun. Love it 10/10

Rocky (1976)
Best sports movie ever made!!
24 May 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I actually saw most of the sequels to this movie before this one But I still think this one is the best, storywise. The movie is about a philadelphia club fighter and collector named Rocky balboa (Sylvester stallone) who is going absolutely nowhere in life. He collects money from people and beats them up and gives the money to a loan shark named Gazzo. He has a good friend named Paulie (Burt young) who drinks a lot and they both have nobody but each other. For awhile Rocky has been trying to get a date with Paulie's shy sister Adrian (Talie shire) but she is too shy to go out with anyone. But on thanksgiving night Paulie gets Adrian to date him and they go ice skating.

Rocky also works out in a gym owned by Mickey goldmill (Burgess meredith) and Mickey is always yelling at rocky because he feels rocky had the potential to be big but he wasted his talents by working for a cheap second-rate loan shark as Mickey referred Gazzo. Meanwhile the world heavyweight boxing champion Apollo creed(Carl weathers) original fight with a fighter named Mack lee green ducks out and doesn't want to fight Apollo. The fighter claims to have broken his right hand or something.

So Apollo has to find another fighter to fight and he chooses rocky balboa because he thinks the sound of it sounds like a monster movie and it would make Apollo look good and Apollo plans on finishing him in 2 rounds. Rocky on the other hand acceptes the challenge and then starts getting trained by Mickey. From then on Rocky starts training like crazy and creates his own style of training and this includes punching meat, drinking raw eggs and tieing a string to his feet so he can learn to balance. But yeah all in all this movie is of pure brilliance and the character of rocky has become an icon everywhere. The acting, the music by Bill conti, Rocky and Adrian's relationship, the training and the big fight at the end makes this movie a classic.

This movie is about more than just fighting it's also about the character of Rocky trying to prove himself and to show everyone that he doesn't care about winning and he just wants to go the distance and say he did it. It's about Rocky overcoming all odds and that you don't really have to win to win. After fighting the most dangerous fighter and going the distance and showing everyone that you have the guts and determination and heart you have won something that is bigger than a belt. 10/10

Rocky II (1979)
Really great sequel!!
24 May 2010
Warning: Spoilers
It's the rematch of the century as Rocky takes on Apollo creed. Sequels rarely live up to the original but I think this is one of the few that do. This story takes place right after the first rocky/apollo fight as Rocky and Apollo are taken to the hospital. Apollo(Carl weathers) immediately challenges Rocky(Syylvester stallone) in a rematch for the heavyweight title and Rocky tells him and the press that he is retiring. Life seems to be going great at first for Rocky and his now wife Adrian(Talia shire.

They get a new apartment, car, watches, and they seem to be doing great for awhile. But then Rocky starts to have a hard time finding a job and he can't do commercials because he can't read. Then his best friend Paulie(Burt young) gets him a job at the meat packing place he works at but then Rocky gets canned right away because he hasn't worked there long enough. Meanwhile Apollo creed is suffering from the press and they are calling him a fake and they think the fight was fixed. This angers Apollo and he humiliates Rocky on TV. Thats when Mickey(Burgess meredith comes in and wants to train Rocky again. Adrian doesn't approve so Rocky starts training like crap and it doesn't get better when she gets in a coma but she wakes up after a couple of days and they have there newborn baby Rocky jr.

Now Adrian approves and Rocky starts training hard again and it's time to fight Apollo creed in the rematch of the century. All in all a very great sequel thats a lot like the first but the big fight at the end is really good and it keeps you at the edge of your seat! recommended for anyone.10/10

Home Alone 3 (1997)
tolerable at best. pretty cool traps.
23 May 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I have to admit when this first came out I was not thrilled about a new kid but hey Macaulay culkin can't stay a kid forever so I gave this one a chance and waited for it to come on VHS and then my mom bought it on VHS at sam's club. The movie is about a kid named Alex pruitt played by Alex d. linz and he lives in a suburban chicago neighborhood. He has 2 older siblings who pick on him and busy parents who work all the time. One night he gets the chicken pox and has to stay home from school for a couple of days and his parents could not find anyone to babysit him so they just let him stay home alone. Meanwhile 4 james bond type villains lose a very powerful computer chip and they think someone who lives in alex's neighborhood has it in there house. Anywhoo Alex spots one of the criminals in one of his neighbors house and he calls the cops and they don't believe him so he has to take matters into his own hands and sets up booby traps for the four criminals. Not as funny or classic as the first 2 but It's tolerable but not really needed in the series but kids will enjoy it. The criminals appear to be smarter and sneakier but Harry and Marv will always be the best burglars in the series. I gotta tell you this movie is a classic compared to the despicable home alone 4.

Garbage
23 May 2010
Absolute garbage! this movie ruined the whole home alone series I mean even 3 was more of a home alone movie than this, at least that they tried something new with home alone 3. Well if there is any place to write about all the bad stuff about this movie IMDb would be it. 1. Kevin is never home alone in this movie. 2. Kevin is 9 in this movie, in the 2nd he was 10. 3. Two of his siblings are in not in this movie, Jeff and Linnie. 4.That butler kind of creeped me out. 5. The traps really sucked I know it was a Disney movie but come on they could have at least made the traps funny. 6. No Harry!. 7. The whole parents getting divorced I mean when the hell was the home alone series about his parents getting divorced.I could go on and on and on but I'll stop I just wanted to explain why I hate this movie. 0/10
