Shark Week: Shark of Darkness: Wrath of Submarine (2014)
The Blair Witch Project of shark 'documentaries'
First of all, if you're watching this simply for entertainment and nothing else then it will probably be fine for you. But please, if you're watching this because you want to learn about sharks and their behaviors and hunting methods please watch one of the many wonderful documentaries the both Discovery Channel and NatGeo wild have. There are even many shows about this specific place in South Africa and the unique white shark behaviors there. This movie is full of shark misinformation and exaggeration. It is beyond me why Animal Planet would show this on their channel. Most of the time Animal Planet does much better.
Signs of a Psychopath: Having Breakfast on Him (2023)
An especially creepy episode of this fine show.
An especially creepy episode! An interesting psychopath with many of the classic psychopath
traits but with some unusual ones as well.
I know many people might consider this series a very dark thing to watch, but I think a positive of the series is people get to see firsthand psychopathic behaviors so they can see that psychopaths can look like anyone and operate in many different areas of life. Also, they could see that psychopaths are dangerous, and lastly, people might be able to identify psychopaths in their own lives or other toxic relationships. It might help someone stay safer. Excellent!
Dirty Jobs: Greenland Shark Quest (2008)
I can't believe they killed it!!
Why must you kill this amazing Greenland shark?
I can't believe you would do that! Shame on you
Happy Death Day 2 U (2019)
Hilarious!
I'm so surprised this movie doesn't have higher ratings, it had me and my husband laughing out loud. We had great fun. DO NOT WATCH IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE FIRST ONE. It won't be nearly as funny.
The Orville: Majority Rule (2017)
Ridiculous
Why is it that whenever a male member of the crew goes on a secret mission they suddenly have no impulse control and they do unforgivably stupid things to draw attention to themselves?
Facing: Facing Putin (2016)
Excellent
Find out the truth about this man directly from people who spent years working him as well as many others who interacted with him directly. I know the liberals will claim this program is B.S. but watch it yourself and you will see this man is dangerous.
Jaws 3-D (1983)
Not bad for 1983
Hey, I know it's easy to look back at this film and say how cheesy it is, but I was 11 when this movie came out and I saw it in the theater in 3D and at the time it was pretty cool. So keep an open mind and go easy on it.
Evil Lives Here: You Know My Brother's Name (2019)
Very interesting
I admire all of the people who agree to go on this show and share their stories, but I especially admire this woman for her bravery as John Wayne Gacy's younger sister. I can't imagine how overwhelming and terrifying it would be to discover someone in your family is a serial killer. It's very interesting to learn about Gacy's childhood and wonder where everything went so wrong. We've learned some things but we still can't answer the question of why a person becomes a serial killer. Maybe hearing the stories of friends and family will help us start on the right path to learning the answers.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Bible Fruit (2008)
Has me cracking up
I've seen this episode many times over the years but it still makes me laugh. It probably always will!
Aqua Teen Hunger Force: A PE Christmas (2009)
One of my favorite episodes
Had me laughing a lot ha ha. Shake is up to his usual mischief during the Christmas season.
Adam Ruins Everything: Adam Ruins Prison (2016)
Entertaining / liberal bias
I think this show is very entertaining, just know that the show has a very liberal bias so it will only present information that agrees with that point of view. But overall a fun watch.
Hostel (2005)
Gore, a little sex, some suspense, not bad.
If you're a seasoned horror fan you will probably think this movie is decent. It might be a little intense for some, but it's nothing compared to extreme European or Japanese horror that's out there. Captures the grim Eastern European places still torn from war where people are doing whatever they must to survive.
Kynodontas (2009)
*Yawn*
I was in the mood to watch something horror/psychologically twisted. From what I read this movie sounded like a good match. I was expecting something a lot darker and more violent. I get the story yeah yeah the power of brainwashing etc. etc. Overall I thought it was too mild for someone like me and probably too offensive to the average person.
You Might Be the Killer (2018)
For people who've seen tons of horror movies
If you've seen all the Halloween's, Friday the 13th's etc. then you will probably enjoy this movie. It's made especially for people like us.
The Clovehitch Killer (2018)
Horror without the gore
More like a psychological thriller / drama than a horror movie. Interesting, suspenseful, and much better than the majority of recent horror movies.
Christine (1983)
Not half bad for a horror movie about a car
Not exactly scary..... but definitely creepy. A classic in the vein of Carrie.
Hellraiser: Revelations (2011)
Painfully awful
I do believe this is the worst horror movie I've ever seen in my life. Honestly it is an insult to Clive Barker and the Hellraiser series. Horrible acting, weak script, a total embarrassment. Over the years I've watched hundreds of horror movies many of which were low budget, but this is seriously the worst one.
Hellraiser: Deader (2005)
More of the same as the last two
A bunch of scenes where crazy stuff happens and then suddenly she awakens and it was just a dream. My beloved Pinhead is there but not very much. Just not scary anymore!
Hellraiser: Hellseeker (2002)
A rip-off of the last film
This movie, like Inferno before it, just doesn't feel like a Hellraiser movie. It's basically like the last one only instead of scumbag cop the main character is a scumbag accountant. A tiny bit more Pinhead than the last one but he just isn't terrifying like he should be.
