Beast (II) (2022)

Movie is Brilliant for the artistic mind and those who have taste..

Just watched the movie and cannot believe the mixed reviews it's getting, I being a Vijay fan who would honestly say if a movie is bad went to watch the movies with 3 other friends, who are neutral moviegoers. I was expecting they'd start to make fun of me but to my shock they all loved the movie, its a mass entertainer, for all ages, comedy, action, thrill, the script is fine no matter the hate, it has no plot holes, the cinematography is brilliant and and visuals is splendid to look at. The music, sounds and backround score is on point awesome. I watched the movieeith dolby atmos. Vijay made a awesome performance with a nice origin story. Inspired not ripped off from any Hollywood movies. The hate this movie is getting is definitely because of Ajith Kumar fans having waited so long and got a movie Valimai recently which underperformed so much and had so much issues with the script etc. Basically the movie is being review bombed by Vijay haters and Ajith Kumar fans who basically are haters, if a genuine neutral movie watchers 3 of them loved the movie and told me that they are going to bring their mom and dad as well later to enjoy what's that other than a success. A movie to be a massive successful hit it has to have rewatcheable capability and Master delivers with the fine comedic elements expected from Nelson and mass dramatic sequences and scenes by Vijay. The chemistry not only Vijay had with Pooja Hegde is awesome but the chemistry with all other co-stars is something definitely a sane person would enjoy and have a good time either by themselves or with family or friends whilst watching this movie. I have a love about aerial battles and this provides something no other Tamil movie in history has provided. This movie takes a bold move to do all that, risky but bold and really good to see a director try these in cinema than to just simply watch some actors just walk on a runway and get a damn paycheck for a lame ar** performance and get praised for that above that too. You need class to enjoy movies like these and appreciate them, you need to have damn taste to love movies like this without being a envious fanboy of another actor.

I wish my dad was alive to watch this movie with me today, he being a retired airforce personal and all would have loved it like me because these political games don't work with Thalapathy, he's a soldier. LEANER MEANER STRONGER!!!

I've played the games and they made the movie true to the source material, It was exciting from the moment it started, I guess most of the people who watched it haven't played the original games and the remake games by capcom. I saw another review where someone had mentioned why was it set in 1998 and I was all total face-palm reading that. This movie is not for the regular movie goers, its for the video game fans. I'm so glad it wasn't like Paul W S Anderson's take. It felt more grounded like the games, and oh my the visuals and theme and the setting, it absolutely felt like Racoon City. I would rate the movie solid 7.5 but since there's no option I rated it 7, minus 3 for the few issues it has. It truly is a enjoyable movie, it's fun and a good entertainer, watch it with zero expectations and watch it without caring about the crappy negative reviews and you can enjoy it, unless you are a video game player then of course it would really fun watching this take.

Death Note (I) (2017)

Awesome movie if you haven't watched the anime...

It was really good as a movie, I watched the movie and when I did I hadn't watched the anime. It was really good for me because I wasn't comparing the original source material to the live action. The issue is that most people want it to be exactly like the anime, the director was trying to make his own version of it based on the anime not exact Xerox copy of the anime, if that wasn't his intention he would have simply made it happen in Japan, with a Japanese cast etc. I know the anime is really good because I'm currently watching it, I'm loving it and can't seem to stop watching it. Have a open mind, think of it as a what if episode from marvel.

I loved the movie, I truly enjoyed I and I love the anime as well since I'm watching it now.

Hero (III) (2019)

Realistic Tamil Superhero Flick

I always seemed to love the Sivakarthikeyan's movie, because his comedy in the movie is entertaining and also when it gets serious subjects he delivers the best performance as well. This movie has a brilliantly scripted story connecting its superhero subject with the storyline. Unlike any other movie where a protagonist gains abilities and does the things just for the screen runtime this has a purposeful motive for all of the things done by the characters. Direction and cinematography is similar to and inspired by Hollywood superhero flicks like Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight trilogy and similar. I love the concept behind the Origins of the Hero, brilliantly done. Also the BGM is magnificently done, I keep humming it while riding my bike everywhere I go now. This movie is a must watch Tamil movie of 2019 and by far falls onto the category of best Tamil movies of 2019. I hope they make it into a franchise and write a even better script than the current one with a bigger budget and continue it to a saga. I love Divakarthikeyan's acting and look forward to him reprising his role as the protagonist in Hero. Arjuns acting like PS Mithrans previous Irumbu Thirai and countless awesome movies he's acted before is extremely brilliant. Also not to forget the message this movie delivers is one to remember for all generations of people around the world. 'A person capable of thinking for himself is in himself a superhero'.

Love it... Definite must watch movie.

Petta (2019)

A masterpiece in the making

I don't usually give reviews to movies unless it's one awesome movie. Rajini sirs Petta is so awesome, I've already watched it twice here from Sri Lanka. I love it so much that my heart yearns to watch it again and again. I feel like I want to own a theater and keep on playing the movie nonstop. Petta brings back the vintage classic Rajini style Mass back. The movie is enjoyable so much, the screenplay is so well written and the visuals look like it's straight out of a Rajini Comic Book if there's such thing. Karthik Subbaraj did a great work directing this movie, that guys got talent, his direction style is unlike any Tamil conventional movie I've seen and his work alongside our thaliaver shot this movie like a rocket sky high... I will enjoy movie just like Basha and Sivaji and so much other Rajini films which I will watch nonstop and still feel like I'm watching it the first time, with my jaw dropped as I did the first time. Anirudh worked damn hard for this movie with the backround score and songs I can feel it, he has added a special mass for our Thalaivar and boom it worked. Vijay Sethupathi's acting is awesome so is Nawazzudin Sideeqi's. I like the rest of the casts performance as well, they adore Our thalaivar Rajinikanth and gave there 100 percent to make this movie and it worked brilliantly giving our this blaster Petta. If you haven't wstche this movie, watch it and keep on watching it cause I know for a fact that this movie is one fantastic gift for the entertainment industry.

Theri (2016)

Back with a Spark....

I today managed to catch the movie. Regardless of what other critics had to say or the regular Vijay haters out there, just hopped on my bike with a friend and traveled about 1 hour to the theater to catch the movie since the idiots in my town didn't release it. The movie was awesome, I felt the whole Atlee presence in the direction, the whole Raja Rani theme and colors also the action and Vijay's awesome dialogue, punch lines and action sequences. The movie is really good because It's got bit of everything you'd want in a movie, comedy, family, emotional scenes, drama, action, thriller scenes some which came out to be a shock in a instant as well. G.V. Prakash Kumar 50th movie with his music, fricking awesome job with that, the theme track and other songs as well like Jithu Jilladi, Eena Meena Teeka, En Jeevan and so on. I loved the father daughter scenes, and Baby Nainika was really awesome with her acting and she was so cute in her scenes it felt like she was really there when the whole theater laughed when she cracked jokes and so on... Samantha and Vijay's scenes was memorable in the movie. In my opinion Amy Jackson didn't have that much screen time so that was kind of a downside. Rajendran was awesome, he had a lot of screen time and his character really well written into the script. It didn't feel like Prabhu was in the movie, mostly it felt like more of cameo than a actual role.

A Treat for the fans...

Recently I managed to check the movie, I didn't pay much attention to the critics, when I did watch it It was a really good movie, it stayed to true the comics, the animated movies and so on. I believe it is not the movie you'd watch if you like movies which has comedy, a lot of light colors somewhat similar to Marvel. And in order to watch the movie people should have done some homework like the comics, TV series and animated movies, video games and so on. Like i said it is a movie for the fans who knows what's happening in the DC universe not for someone like hey superman yeah he's famous or look that's Batman my son has his lego toys haha, they are going to fight let's watch it, I don't think its for people with that mindset, easy going, fun movie watchers. The direction was fantastic, loved Snyder storytelling. Ben Affleck's acting was really awesome and he stayed true to the original character. The music was really awesome, Hans Zimmer always composes the best back round score. VFX was really good, I don't know what people were mumbling about. I was like yeah that and this when certain elements from the animated movies, comics and video games showed up on the big screen. It's really a great movie, I don't know why most people didn't like it, practically I don't care, makes me feel like I am in a world infested by Zombies. Ha Ha Ha.

Home Alone 3 (1997)

Really awesome people should give this more credit.

I recently started to have a home alone marathon from the original to this, so while i reached Home Alone 3 i started to find out more about the supporting actors what they are doing now and all and i could not believe this movie is rated so poorly, as a kid i loved it, the pranks on the crooks are hilarious, but most people wanted Kevin back but the truth is he too grown up by 1997, look at me i am 20 and still watching this movie there has to be a reason why i still enjoy this, this movie is awesome. People should give more credit to this movie, i think Raja Gosnell did a very good job. Too bad John Williams do the music for this music but i think Nick Glennie-Smith did okay. The crooks in this movies are awesome in this movie too. Alex D. Linz acting was great as well as the supporting actors. The fact is people shouldn't compare any sequels to the previous movies unless they have the same characters, if its a new story with new characters and all they should never compare the movie to the originals. This movie falls into my all time favorite list.

Teen Wolf (2011–2017)

Fricking Awesome!

Last year i was hanging out at the Internet Cafe and one of my friend told me about this new TV Series that has started to air TEEN WOLF. I thought it was another Vampire Diaries Twilight Saga chick flick but MTV did it, they took the classic and turned it into something really awesome that even guys love. So far been recommending this series to some of my friends and everyone seems to love it, every episode is awesome to watch, the suspense is really awesome among all, then the comedy is fantastic, love Dylan O'Brien's character really awesome jokes he cracks as well as the scenes of him with Tyler Hoechlin's character, epic comedy. The CGI is really awesome compared to other TV shows, looks like a high budget movie if you ask me. Above all i love this show and will keep watching, i will watch it from the beginning after the series finishes too. AWESOME, really worth watching!

Eric Draven (Brandon Lee) returns back from the dead one year later, after the brutal murder of him & his fiancé on Devil's Night, the day before Halloween. Eric walks from his grve to his apartment, with pain and memories of that terrible day where his fiancé was raped and murdered by a group of thugs, the day before their wedding. Soon the crow shows and leads the way to destroy the people who did this awful deed to Eric. Eric Draven being back from the dead is invincible now and one by one kills all responsible to only find a greater revelation. The Crow is a awesome movie, i watched it for the first time in 2010, even though it was released in the late 90s, i put the movie in my all time favourites, brandons acting was excellent, magnificent, there's no words to descrube. Unfortunately he was killed on set, by a shooting accident, this movie was probably landmark movie for the Lee family. Rest In Peace Brandon Lee, you are missed by thousands worldwide.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010)

Edward and Bella are back together, but Jacob black has not yet given up on Bella. Strange killings start at Seattle regarding an army of vampires.

Edward and Bella are together again, but Jacob Black hasn't given up yet on Bella. Strange killings occur in Seattle, people going missing etc. regarding an army of vampires who are coming to Forks led by Riley who is in command by an unknown person. The vampires and the Werewolves team up together to take down the army of new-born vampires who are stronger than a usual vampire. There will be Drama between the three Edward, Bella & Jacob. Soon the the love between Edward and Bella turns into a Love Triangle cause of Jacob who has always been in love with bella. The movie is really nice, worth watching, one of the greatest movies of the decade i should say. Everythings is just the same as the book. The acting by Kristin Stewart and Robert Pattinson and Taylor Laughtner where great. Special effects, sounds, music, action, everything was really great. Story was super duper awesome, thanks to Stephanie.

Bella swan moves to the Forks Washington to live with her father. This is where she meets Edward Cullen, a mysterious, gloomy, dark guy. Edward saves Bellas life soon, and things start to figure out that edward is not human, not even alive, edwards an vampire. But edward and his family turn out to be different, trying to fit in and live as normal human beings without harming humans. Soon Edward and Bella start to fall in love, this is where things start to go terribly wrong when three new vampires come to Forks, James and his companions. James soon trys to kill bella just for the challenge because shes the only human in love with a vampire and in protection by the Cullens. The movie was excellent. Awesome. I read the book to, it was superb. The theme for the movie was superb, the climate gloomy and all, it actually fit very well to the book. Good work Katherine Hardwicke, and many thanks to Stephanie Meyer for creating Edward and Bella. I don't know what most of the other fools here say about the movie, i say they don't have taste at all. I sat the movie was super awesome. Really worth watching even a 1000 times.
