The X Files: Anasazi (1995)
Possible Easter Egg found that may have not been noticed
Just wanted to make notice of a possible Easter Egg that may have not been noticed. When Mulder returns to the front door of his apartment we see that the number of his apartment is "42". That may be a reference and honor to the Science Fiction Comedy book called "Life, The Universe, and Everything" written by Douglas Adams, of which the number "42" plays a part of the story. So correct me if I am wrong if this has no reference to the novel. Or even the related T.V. series that was made from his novel.
Alien Nation: Dark Horizon (1994)
Interesting Facts and Devices Found
Here is some interesting information for you and a connection that I may have found. I have first noticed that the writer for this movie was Rockne S. O'Bannon. And I noticed that his father may be in fact Dan O'Bannon who did the movie "Alien" (1979) directed by the wonderful director Ridley Scott. And here's an interesting fact that you may have noticed. One of the main ships in space from which Aporos shuttle came from looks like the deserted ship found in the movie "Alien" that the crew of the Nostromo investigated and brought back the Alien to their ship. Check the both out and tell me and all what you think about the similarities. And both the T.V. series, and corresponding movies, and movie "Alien" are made by 20th Century Fox.
Blade Runner (1982)
Timeless Classic Dark Movie
What a timeless classic movie! I would consider this my number one personal choice of all time. I love everything about it. All of the elements of the movie work together wonderfully. This is a movie that I repeatedly watch and never ever get tired of. The setting, the beautiful music by Vangelis, the atmosphere, the action, and the actors all work together fantastically as far as I'm concerned. It would be interesting if they could make a prequel to this movie as well. I would love to see it. The version I prefer the best of all of them is the "Final Cut" version which is done the way Ridley Scott wanted it to be. He has done other wonderful films in the past as well including "Alien". Truly take the time to watch this enduring classic film.
