This fourth episode is globally a good episode stuffed with good funny situations felt(smelt) with Jake who makes of under the water in the kitchen sink or Charlie who discovers in its car the bra of her mother. Jake once again takes away(gains) the piece but Charlie takes(brings) out very also with its usual pricking humor there. We also see a jealous Alan who eventually triumphs ephemerally at the end (one of the funniest gags when Alan releases(leaves) Judith and has to justify himself then). What is always refreshing in the series it is the disrespectful side which does not fall in vulgar down-market. In any case here is a good not flawless episode but at the moment the best of the season just.

This third episode is of a good level but does not get loose either from other episodes of the same kind(genre). It is a classic episode where is underlined well the hypocrisy of the characters in particular the mistress(teacher) of rather funny, more completely absurd Jake. Jake is once again due to his(her) funny moving naivety. The dialogs are globally good without being excellent and the repetition(rehearsal) in the humor is effective but a little bit easy.
It is especially Charlie still who develops the intrigue which shows itself at least predictable even if from start to finish it remains entertaining. For summary no unforgettable episode but a real pleasure to follow all this especially when Jake sees Charlie and his(her) mistress(teacher) together.

This second episode is rather good but would tend to rest(base) on the bases of the series without setting of risk. We follow two different stories(trouble) one with Charlie and one with Alan but none of the two really fascinates. It gives of the blow an at least uneven episode and what we can judge lazy person(sloth,lazy people,sloths). We see for the first time Herb, a minor character who will then become more important. There is always the conflicting relation between Charlie and her mother but this relation remains in the end unchanged, without considerable evolution.Very fortunately the typical black humor of the sitcom still works thanks to an Alan blunderer, the scathing retorts are present but do not make laugh constantly regrettably. To end we can thus say that we feel(smell) arrived signs of weaknesses even if the series stays of a good level thanks to its numerous resources.

It first one(night) episode of the second season establishes(constitutes) a good episode but slightly disappointing for several reasons. First of all in view(sight) of guest luxury stars in presence such Sean Penn, Elvis Costello we could expect in better, has more inventiveness. The scenario is rather thin and the humor works especially thanks to the charisma of the actors in presence. Charlie is here at the height of his(her) cruelty to his staggering brother of clumsiness. This twenty-fourth and last episode of the first season stands out as being easily one of the best. Nevertheless the idea of departure is rather simple (Charlie who wants to be made a vasectomy) but she(it) is exploited(run) completely and effectively. Jake is particularly funny here because he is always out of step with the reality. Charlie Sheen is also in great form with its caustic, cynical retorts. This final episode leans on funny, hilarious situations in their incongruities.
We are also conquered by the wholesome freedom of speech of the set(group) with a humor friendly trash which settles only few limits. This twenty-third episode establishes(constitutes) a robust very representative episode of the global tone of the series. New conflict between Alan and Judith because of the influence of Charlie on Jake. But Charlie managed to knock down the situation thanks to the manipulation. The irony of the situations always walks(works) hardly quite as the dialogs rather successful altogether. With this twentieth episode the series accuses one enough level sharp drop while staying at a very honorable level. Why? Simply because the intrigue is too thin and does not rest(base) on not much (Jake's temporary bad mood). Of more the humor sometimes sinks into the repetition(rehearsal) (Jake plays badly the guitar always the same piece) and in the heaviness (the gag of the not funny puppet). The coming of the shrink does not really sort out things. Fortunately some retorts remain funny thanks to Charlie and Alan, without forgetting Jake's funny mimes. But the intrigue results in no evolution of the character of Jake who becomes again happy at the end, where from the feeling to have had to deal with an episode of filling. In summary uneven, a little bit lazy episode at the level of the scenario and of the inventiveness of gags but which remains enjoying to look.

This nineteenth episode is a part of big moments of this season which is undoubtedly one of the best of the famous sitcom. We are entitled to the wholesome coming of beautiful Teri Hatcher in luxury guest-star who plays the sister of Judith, Liz. Liz turns out to be the complete opposite of her sister: she(it) is frivolous, flirty, little serious. The contribution of this character is important in this episode because it is thanks to her that we have the funniest moments with a humor always so incisive and nasty. The hilarious retorts come from all sides(spurt out) almost constantly to such a point that we reach(affect) almost the excellent level of seventh and twelfth episodes. Jake makes us have a good laugh with his(her) failed magic tricks and the sexual references are even funnier than usually all this during Jake's birthday(anniversary) which is now eleven years old. Of this idea of original base(basis), the whole becomes even funnier when Bill goes out with the mother of Charlie who does not know about the history(story). The humor of this episode is very representative of the series at the same time ironic, heavy without ever being too vulgar, cruel. Everything the characters are for the diapason and in particular Charlie and Berta. But it is necessary to admit that all the scenes(stages) are not for the same excellent level and of constancy in the laughter. In any case this episode is one of the best of this rich season due to its originality and its saving freedom of speech.

This episode has nothing exceptional but follows itself with pleasure thanks to the slaughter(cutting down) of Charlie Sheen still so excellent in this role which looks like him(her) enormously. The funny situations show themselves less effective sometimes but remain funny especially when Charlie asks for some money(silver) to her mother. The problem it is because an episode only on it it is a little bit thin and then because we do not see enough Jake. He(it) is also lacking striking minor characters. This tenth episode is clearly imperative as one of the best episodes of this first season of a very good level. He(it) takes for theme the classic episode on Thanksgiving. Except that here naturally nothing is classic. Charlie gathers(combines) all his(her) family to retie with Lisa, one of his(her) ex, played by the attractive Denise Richards. The episode distinguishes itself by its dialogs which remain almost constantly excellent with always this pricking, cruel and ironic humor. We are also entitled to a cult scene(stage): the scene(stage) of the dinner with the speech of each of the protagonists all very hilarious and who reflect perfectly the personality of each. Mention(distinction) special to Rose with her very moved side. In a surprising way Charlie is charming toward the end because he(it) in the air(sight) for once a little near sincere. In any case here is an excellent, successful episode from start to finish and which shows that Two and has Half Men can compete widely with the best sitcoms. This fourth episode distinguishes itself for several reasons of three first ones. For all that we do not have to deal with the ultimate cult episode but with the very good episode with an Alan in great form which wants to leave the house of Charlie. In any case here is at the moment the best episode which exploits(runs) almost all the threads and the qualities of the series (is missing a really cult passage and the conquests of Charlie).
