Perfect fodder for MST3K
18 July 2020
As duly noted in most prior reviews, a recipe of bad dialogue, cheesy plot, and acting that appears to be straight out of childhood summer camp skits, this film begs for the sarcastic humor of a peanut gallery in the style of Mystery Science Theatre 3000.

Damaged ceiling panel steals scene
19 April 2019
I knew this one was in the "so bad it's good" realm when I walked into the TV room and saw just one scene -- where the dominant element was a dark brown, water-damaged ceiling panel in the top (house right/stage left) corner of the white-ceilinged room at the station-thingee-lab-place with the aliens. Because the shot placed the damaged panel at the exact top center of the frame on our ultra-wide, flat-screen TV, it was impossible not to notice once observed. For me, well, it was the only thing that caught my attention during the two minutes I bothered to watch seriously. The acting, setting and script were nowhere near as commanding to the scene as that ceiling panel. The only other scene I glimpsed was one featuring ridiculous-looking Power Ranger-ish aliens disappearing a la a Trek-like transport beam to their spacecraft above. A worthy humorous moment. Probably devoting four minutes to the movie, as I did in passing, is plenty.
