The college I went to was Penn State University (main campus) and majored in Music Education with voice as my instrument. I was put on a track to become an opera singer due to my vocal ability being rare and sought after by the opera community. During college I sang in many different churches, two college choirs and toured with one of the college choirs as a soloist for the entire time I was in college. Unfortunately I had joined the US Army after high school for the GI Bill and consequently had to do my active duty portion of my enlistment. In hind sight, I should have joined the Army band as a singer.
Quite often being a soloist, I continued to sing in community and church choirs for the next 15-20 years. I also became a Cantor at a church and the local seminary. For some reason of which I cannot recall, I stop singing and doing theatre. It had nothing to do with raising two boys. Maybe it was because I was concentrating on my new profession as a photographer.
As a photographer I have photographed musicians and athletes but I mainly work with models, both male and female. I've done weddings for friends. I have traveled up and down the east coast of the USA, various states such as Texas, Iowa and California as well as Eastern Europe, mainly Germany and Scotland as I was based in those two locations.
I love movies and theatre so I guess this is why I joined IMDb. Finding actors who aren't in the database, movies/productions or things like adding birth dates or bios is a joy for me. I have been doing that for many years, especially when I come across an actor in real life who doesn't have a bio or personal information listed.

The Bugaloos (1970)
morality stories and 70's ideology directed towards children thru music and comedy
Was it a drug trip? Who knows, however, I do know that I was "hooked" on it as a kid. The story lines intermixed with music and comedy are fun loving cleverly disguised morality stories and 70's ideology directed towards children and acted in a BIG fashion very suitable for children which can seem kinda tripy to adults. The music was a wonderful mix between typical 70's sounds and airy Celtic-like folk music. I certainly can look back and know that a lot of my morals and ideas of how to treat other human beings came from the messages presented in the show. However, as an adult I also see some odd behavior the character of Harmony is often making fun of others, how ironic. Even though "modern" children might not understand the concepts behind the "bad" characters (along with LP's and record players, lol), I would still highly recommend this for children as well as a fun reminder to adults looking for find or relive their past. Plus the songs are still fun to hear and sing.
