Doctor Who: The Star Beast (2023)
Amazing. The Doctor is back.
Doctor Who
Affer a few years in the wilderness. Doctor Who returns to true form. Love the reintroduction of the Meep from
the Doctor Who Magazine, which was first seen #19 Feb 20th 1980 when it starred in its own story in the magazine entitled "Star Beast".
The story writing is classic Doctor Who with big Characters and lots of running. Lol. Additional release on the Disney + platform adds potential new global audiences. The first of 3 highly charged specials, looks promising for this new chapter of my favourite sci-fi series. Can't wait to watch the next two with a new Doctor in the new year. A TV series that can deliver for 60 years. Respect to all that have fought for the brand. Love you all. Thank you.
The Morning Show: Love Island (2023)
Breaks The Flow
Time warp
I have been really enjoying the morning show.
I struggle to see the relevance of this episode. I could see how this episode would have fitted in two years ago but apart from some added and interesting extra character's insights. I would have given this a zero
( if possible) for the one fact that Mitch Kessler gets to make a brief appearance on a flashback interview seen. Maybe I am one of those people who struggled mentally during Covid so the words "too soon" come to mind. I hope that next week the show can resume "normal service" . Roll on morning show. I see series 4 looks like it's on the cards. Quit the show while it's ahead ?
Invasion (2021)
Ignore the bad reviews
This is the best series I have watched in a long time. An amazing series, it takes time to build proper characters up . A science fiction series that focuses on the people as well as the aliens. Really really gripping had me on the edge of the seat every single episode . Can't wait to watch more. This is a must see - a must see -a must see
I am hooked . Thank you. I liked the the way that the story interject between four main types of groups of people who live in real life situations. This type of storytelling is rarely seen these days with the Marvel hype bish bash, Bosch style movies that leave you perhaps very numb after more special effects than proper Characters. This series has it all . Ten out of ten.
