The feel has been very different watching season 2 from season 1. Overall it feels like the target demographic shifted from Gen X and Boomer to Gen Z and younger millennials. Still good - but it's harder to connect to the sentiment in the stories. Overall thankful for this show because it's thoughtful at its core.

I just watched an awful episode about a bicycle marathon. I'm extremely disappointed in the writing. You can't take a Black woman's experience, flip it to fit your protagonist, and then have the Black character give a speech that was clearly not written by a Black woman. My first thought was that they can't possibly have any Black women in the writer's room because this was atrocious.
