This could have done so much better.
30 November 2020
Waste of good actors on an awful script and poor unrealistic dialogues (I felt really bad for Sutherland). Waste of money on a pricey production that had more nonsense and scrip holes than a mexican soap. Waste of time for everyone who saw it for the actors and for David E Kelley who have done so much better than this in the past. But what makes me sadder is that this show could and should be a lot better. It could have been good. I couldn't believe how bad it was until the very end.

The Undoing: The Missing (2020)

This is going to have twists and turns until the end.
2 November 2020
Warning: Spoilers
So in the first episode we are shown that Jonathan was probably having an affair with Elena. During the second episode everything strongly suggests that Grace is the one who killed her. But because they couln't give away righ in the second episode I believe this is going to have many twists and turns like a real life crime documentary. So as far as I am concerned the killer can be the blonde lawyer, Grace's father or even their kid. If we get to the end only to find out that it was Grace who did it, the writing on this is even worse than I thought.

Soapy with a Nice Cast

6,5 This series seems to follow the formula of Big Little Lies but I think the only thing in common is Nicole Kidman and a crime. This is another soapy TV show whith really good actors, just like we saw in Little Fires Everywhere and for that reason I am watching it. Also, can't deny that I love to see all the beautiful clothes, houses and lives from the privileged in NYC. The directing, cinematography and dialogues felt cheesy at times, but then you have great acting so I am just going to stick in here and see what happens. I expected something better from David E Kelley but it worked because now I am hooked up for next week.

Mixed feelings
20 March 2020
I read the book and loved that every characater had so many layers. Here everything looks a bit rushed and a clichê but of course, this is what happens when you imagined already the entire book universe in your head. But the production is good, good actors and I can actually remember some entire dialogues from the book being said here.

Balance
11 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The series is obvioulsy not perfect and has some writing issues (the abortion thing could have been done a kit better) but I think the bar is too high. Some people commented here that it stopped showing both sides of the me too case but I felt the opposite. It was an affair between people working together, she liked him, she just didn't like what that represented. I think it's meant to be ambiguous and to make you think: did he really is the only one to blame. Is there anyone to blame on national tv, outside his marriage? I guess it's on purpose too that Carrel doesnt show up but he will soon.

The show has so many hot topics: stars middle life crisis, media capitalism, filtered reality, Twitter dictatorship, american dream goes wrong and keeps going. I have a feeling they will keep on track.

Beautiful and touching

I think this might be my favourite. I understood that girls mind and felt true empathy for her. And his character was so honest. There is no right and wrong here, just two people exposing their weakness. It was beautiful and touching.

Emotional VS Art
2 October 2019
I liked this series, the story is heart breaking and the acting is good, some of the young actors are suberb. But this could be a lot better. When I see all these 10 stars rates I think people only focused on the emotional part of the series. The story is rushed, messy, all the bad guys are plain characteres and you don't even get to understand their motivations. It's a shame because this could be a really good work based on the true facts. Also the Trump real footage look like propaganda and trust me, I really don't like the guy. I felt the same when it happened in Mr. Robot. We must keep things separated.

What upsets me the most is that when talking with other people, you are not even allowed to have a critical view on this once the focus is racism. Yes, it is a really sad story and I feel guilty that this injustices keep happening in the world. No, it is not a 10 star series, it has script, editing and production issues and I should could say it without being affraid of having my intentions criticized. Scary world.

I'm not feeling it.
1 July 2019
I wanted this show to be a minisseries as it was supposed, but of course I can't help myself from watching. Around the second episode I got excited that things were getting better but now I seriously doubt it. Everything seems very rushed and overacted. Of course the actors are amazing but I am not feeling the story and not creating empaty with any of them, which was why I loved the first season so much. I am rooting for something big soon, I hope the next episodes have an extra layer of deepness to support all the character's storylines and actions. Liane Moriarty is such a great storyteller, with a hand for detail, I miss that.

Wow!
12 June 2019
I mean wow. This must have been the best thing I've seen in television in my entire life. I gave 10 stars to four movies in IMDB and now this. I can't even believe this a tv show, it has so much quality, so many great movie references, the writing, the cinematography, the dialogues, the camera work, the originality, it is insanely good. Sam Esmail is a genious and I am truly happy I discovered Mr. Robot in 2019. Even if the rest of the series doesn't cope, it was worth just getting to this episode, this amazing opening and everything else. I am in an awe of talent from this team. Sweet cinematic dreams are made of this!

I can't review this!
11 March 2019
I have no idea if these men are talking the truth or not, the documentary was made to make you believe they are. The close ups, the music, the editing, the footage images, the very long and detailed descriptions, etc...

But even not knowing what the truth is, I cannot understand how so many people is judging this man, banning his songs, calling him a monster, without a single real evidence that not words.

Also, why the doco doesnt talk about the billion and a half asked to the family or even about the timeline where these men were already adults and friends with him or trying to work with him and be close to him and his family? Or why anyone talking on his behalf is interviewed?

I am not even a Jackons fan, but I can't understand how a one-sided documentary is been taken as the sole truth, as if it was pure journalism or a 360° view over the truth. This is a documentary, and the director, like any other filmmaker, tells the story he wants.

I hope all these accusations are taken to a court room where the truth can surface. Until otherwise we can't judge anyone.
