You either really like it, or you really hate it
26 March 2019
If you read the 1 star reviews, everything those people complain about is the reason why the other people gave this show 10 stars. If you hate "tasteless jokes", others love them and don't think they are actually tasteless. If you hate "shock humor", others are crazy about it, they find it refreshing.

I enjoyed each second of this show. If you didn't, it is not my problem. But please, don't write on the internet that this show deserved to be canceled just because you didn't like it. There are a lot of other people who enjoy this kind of stuff and I truly hope it will be rebooted.

And the moral of the story is...
26 January 2019
Warning: Spoilers
... that if you're a teenager and you want to have sex and fun, bad things will happen. I give it 3 stars because it was watchable, but the storyline is really bad.

Very funny
22 January 2019
I saw this movie in 2012. I loved it. Today I was curious about its rating. It truly deserves a better rating. I don't understand why some people say that the movie isn't funny. I remember that the entire cinema hall was laughing all time throughout the movie. The majority had a great time. So what's with the hate? The movie is hilarious.

Very very poorly written
20 January 2019
This is one of the most poorly written movies I've ever seen. The characters are totally undeveloped. They don't have any personality traites. All we know is just that some characters are good and other are evil. They don't have a background. They don't have a story. They don't grow, nor do they develop in the movie. Nothing interesting happens in the whole movie. It is so so boring. It is not smart, it is not funny, it is not tragic. It is nothing. Worst of all is that the movie is pretentious, although it has zero interesting ideas. Although the acting was OK and the directing was good, the extremely bad script made this movie unbearable. I didn't read the book, so I don't know if it is as bad as the script.

In 2000 I thought it was the worst film ever
19 January 2019
In 2000, when I saw this movie, I thought it was the worst film ever. I literally felt that you can't get worse than this. A friend wanted to see it too and I told her: "Dude, the film is really bad". She watched it anyways and, after seeing it, she came to me and told me, laughing: "Dude, you were right. This is really bad". Although I felt it was stupid, it still somehow managed to slightly entertain me. It was watchable. It's been almost 20 years now. Meanwhile, I've seen so many many other really bad, un-watchable movies. So, what do you know. This bad movie wasn't the worst movie at all. In fact, as some other people also pointed out, it was somewhat entertaining. So I give it 5 stars, because it is a mediocre movie. I hope that 20 years in the future I won't think this movie was actually good comparing to the movies that will exist in 2040.

Nice time watching it
14 January 2019
It was relaxing. Nothing bothered me at this movie. I loved the 90s music, the rose scene, the costumes, the effects, the fact that the actors were adults.

People complain that they didn't feel chemistry between characters. Yes, this isn't "The Notebook", but hey, it's just a popcorn movie. It is pretty sweet. Enjoy it as it is!

Things that bug me
28 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
The movie is nice to watch. I think it deserves a 7 because it is relaxing and moving. There were some things that bugged me and I would like to state them: 1. In the movie, I felt that Ryan Gosling looked at least 3 years younger than Rachel McAdams, which contradicts the plot. 2. I didn't like the acting of McAdams. Gosling, on the other hand, is great. But she is superficial and I can't feel any chemistry coming from "Allie" towards "Noah", although "Noah" looks very in love with Allie. 3. It is unrealistic in many aspects. How did Gosling pay his mortgage if he wasn't working? Did the scriptwriter just kill Noah's father just so Noah and Allie would be free to fool around in the whole house? Why was Allie so submissive to her parents? ... and much more. If the movie had a better leading female and was more realistic, it would have deserved a better score. It is a good movie, but the holes in the plot and McAdams's acting and the fact that she look older than her lover really bugged me.

Paradise PD (2018–2022)
10/10
Please continue this show!
18 November 2018
I love this show. It is very fresh, unlike other sitcoms. This "freshness" is hard to achieve. These guys did it. I also liked Brickleberry, but Paradise PD is definitely better. Also, in Brickleberry I hated the passive agressive little bear, but in Paradise I really like the dog. The show is entertaining and I feel refreshed after watching it. Sometimes it can be a little too hectic even for me, but towards the end of the season, the show has been tempered a little bit down and I think it got better this way. Please continue this show. I'm sure that its success will grow bigger and bigger.

The "friendship" problem
22 October 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I read some comments here and most people complain that this movie was cringy, predictable and that it teaches young girls a bad lesson: violent bossy boys are the best. I would like to add to this list the fact that no where on this planet is there such a rule as "you don't date your best friend's relatives". This whole movie centers around Lee's "drama" that he can't stand seeing his best friend dating his brother. There is no logic to this behavior, apart from Lee really being a selfish psychopath. I can't believe this movie states this problem as if it is something normal that people actually do. Sure, let go the love of your life because otherwise your snowflake friend would be upset. Right. And make a drama out of it. And then be thankful when snowflake finally allows you to be with the one you love. Wow.

Would have been nice without the singing
14 October 2018
I liked the movie for its silly script and for its scenery and also for the fact that the image was bright and colorful. Unfortunately, I hated the singing, although I love ABBA. Towards the end, I was just like "Make it stop! Make the singing stop!". Also, Cher's voice ruins the song.

Eighth Grade (2018)

Kill It With Fire
5 October 2018
Why those kids can't express themselves? Why can't they talk like normal people? This movie creates a false impression about pre-teens. I actually taught some classes to eighth graders and I can assure you all of them could speak without stuttering and they actually were capable of making a conversation. Of course there are children with problems, but this movie certainly doesn't depict the average reality of middle graders. I get that Kayla is a special kid, but all kids depicted in this movie seem to be braindead. This movie just trashes the average children.
