One Piece (2023)
The Keys to Human Endeavor
I watched Season 1 of One Piece with my 10 year old son and we couldn't wait to watch the next episode. Each of the main characters were well developed over season 1 with look back scenes of their childhoods. The depth and power of each of their dreams were carefully developed as we watched them mature before our eyes. Following their strengths, managing their weaknesses and slowly realizing that no person accomplishes dreams alone. Each character learned the power of teamwork and the value of respecting and admiring the qualities of each teammate. The power of One Pieces lies in developing these archetypical characters on a whimsical, creative and entertaining storyline of a world that blurs the lines between notions of right and wrong. But never loosing the fundamental value of treating people with respect and helping those in need.

Entertaining Lesson on Why It's Bad to Lie
Our boys who are 8 and 11 years old loved this movie and asked a lot of questions during the movie. A movie that can entertain and teach one important life lesson is worth it's weight in our time and the cost of our Netflix subscription. I think too many adults are rating this movie....and, it's too late for them on the lying lesson.
