Hypnotika (2013)
Creative, Funny, and Where can I find the soundtrack?
My wife and I found this to be entertaining and whimsically funny. The sound track BEGS to be released. Or, perhaps, it is just me begging. Oh, well, as an antique, semi-retired comedian and street performer. May I help with the script for the sequel. After all I am the inventor of the Diving Snorkel. (patent pending). Thanks again for the brilliant entertainment.
Monsters? (2010)
This is truly a "short", a very cute short with a talented child actor.
I am pretty sure the entire script was about 10 lines. Writing a 10 line review is going to be tough unless I fill about nine lines with fluff like this particular vague and oh, so long, typing exercise. All of which has to be written just to tell you that the summary really does say all I can tell you without spoiling this cute short film. I can tell this film is short. I am running short of ways of saying things without being repeatedly repetitious, again. Is this fluff amusing enough to pique the interest of a review approval person, and allow such an long winded review of such a short film? I swear the script is shorter than this review and much better written. I spent all this time typing fluff. Because this film is worth a look. It is truly a "short", a very cute short with a talented child actor.
Indian Hill (2009)
A great story of a young boy setting and making a goal
This is an endearing story captured exquisitely in its innocence.
In this current entertainment era of bigger, louder, brighter special effects coupled with gratuitous sexual content and graphic violence, "Indian Hill" is a refreshing look at young people innocently playing.
This is my first IMDb review, after reading the spoiler alert warning, I want to let the world know this. There is no way you could spoil this short film. This is a film that you can watch again and again.
I especially appreciated the feeling of almost being inside the mind of Jack as he grew in both skill and confidence. Like every good film short or long, I felt myself celebrating with him and his friends.
"Indian Hill" should be shared with the world.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975)
One of the most creative musicals ever created
Great over the top performances by a host of actors.
What other movie has people seeing it hundreds and hundreds of times?
None.
Meatloaf was delicious in his role and his music ROCKS! Tim Curry was magnificent in fish nets and heels. This insane festive rock musical should be required viewing by schools everywhere. Please talk to your local Board of Education about putting this in the requirements for graduation.
Fantastically Fun Movie.
Now that I think about it. It is time to see it again. Where's my newspaper?
