I caught "Rew" at the Pollygrind film festival last year here in Las Vegas. This is the work of a filmmaker with a vision. The film is suspenseful, well acted, and leaves you wanting more. Of course at a total of 4 minutes I'd love to see him extend the idea or at least just see what he has in mind next, but it's clear from this short film that the guy has an interesting imagination that I'd love to see more of.
I won't give away anything that happens in the short, but I will tell you that it's dark and like I said above, very suspenseful. I actually watched it twice, and the mood stayed throughout both viewings. Definitely watch it with the lights off in the dark! Alone! Preferably with a few drinks in you :-)
